Hi!
I'm testing this plugin for a website for a summer camp (casa de colonias). The problem is that I need more possibilites than full - not full, so the house is very big and could be not full. In that case, the house could be shared with two or more groups. Are there any possibility to add another colour to the calendar to indicate that the house is not full but has been booked also by another group?
I dont't know if you understand my question, so it's not very easy to explain 🙂

Hello John,
yes, I am understood you. Please check Booking Calendar Hotel Edition version.
At this version you can set capacity of the booking resource (house) at the Resource menu page. So you will have days free untill number of reservations (number of visitors) for specific day will less then capacity of booking resource. Please test also "Visitors apply to capacity" option, its will give for you different results, dependce from your selection. Also please note, during resrvation at this version, the day is booked without time impact, as a full day.

On the hotel edition, can you clarify how the date range selection works.
I need to be able to have vistors select, from mon - wed or wed - fri. What does 'Specific days selections:' do and what is the logic for the numbering.

at the range days selection, you can define only one time name of day, where visitor can start selection of days.
‘Specific days selections:’ feature, is mean to set days numbers, which visitors can select. For exmaple if you visitor have to select only weeks (7 or 14 or 21 and so on days), so then you need to set 7 there. Exmaple #2: if you need that your visitors can select only (7,10,14,20,21... days) so then you need to set 7,10 value there.
I'm still confused! Is there anyway of selecting just Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Friday.
Hello Ian. Right now is possible to set only one start day of week or any days. At the general settings menu page during range selections.
In your situation is possible to make some trick for having Mon-Wed and Wed-Fri selections.
1) please make unaailable Saturdays and Sunday's at the general bookimg settings page.
2) you need to make several bookings at Add admin menu for single day Wed for times 12:00-14:00. So you will have Wed. as a partially booked days, it's not very comfortable to make such menu resrvation bu it's way how to make this trick. At admin Add resrvation menu at the top right side you can find auto fill forms fields button, which can help you.
3) then at the general booking settings menu page make checked fixed time and set start time as 14:00 and end time as 12:00
4) at the same page make checked range days selections and set 3 days selection using one mouse click selections.
That's all.

Are you import first time, or you are imported data early and now try one more time? If you try it one more time, so then it's not import, because all bookings are already imported and now is getted automatically.
If you are still do not have any reservations at the Booking Manager Pro, and you are sure that you are have some reservation at the Booking Calendar so then please reply to my email with screenshot of booking table from Booking Calendar menu. Thank you.

I purchased your "Premium" booking plugin for a client that teaches baseball lessons, and so far I think it is working out great! I have one problem though and I need your help.
This is what keeps happening all the time:
A student books a lesson for a specific time (for example from 2:00-3:00). Then the instructor goes in and approves it. One day later, another student books a lesson for the exact same time, and the system did not tell the 2nd student that the time is unavailable. The teacher had to manually reject/change the time request.
Is there a way to set up the calendar so that it DOES NOT allow anyone to request lessons for times that are already booked? My client does not want to manually reject/change all the requests that are during times he is unavailable. He wants a way to show the students that those times are unavailable. Even if it is in the form of a "pop up" or something that says "The time you requested is not available". I don't know what to do to fix this.

I thing there is some wrong configuration at your booking systems, because if you check live demo of this version so then you can see that it's not possible to make 2 bookings per same time at same date.
So please check that you are correctly use booking time short codes at the form fields customization page. I purchased the Premium Plus version of this plugin and have a couple questions. I am setting up the site for a client of mine and what they need is the ability to:
1) Set a Deposit for a trip
2) Have a remaining balance amount
3) Set maximum number of people allowed per trip.
So basically they do tours on watercrafts for a few days. They offer 4 different trips and each trip has a different cost, and number of allowed people.
Is there a way that I can configure this plugin to allow me to set a deposit and a remaining balance, and setup a restriction on each trip to now allow people to book the trip if all the slots are already filled?

1) Deposit payment will be available at the next update of Booking Calendar version 2.9 . If you want to get actual development version, which is have this feature, please send to this email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com your order number of purchasing and email from billing form.
2) You can use feature "Request payment by email" for this. You are also able to chnange cost at the booking table by pressing edit cost button.
3) Maximum allowed bookings per day (capacity of booking resource) is available at the Hotel Edition version. Please test it at the live demo of this version. You can make upgrade to this version using upgrade linkat the top right side of Booking Calendar Settings page.

I have the exact same problem! Have you found a solution to the problem? It does not matter if i use:
[starttime] and [endtime]
or
[select rangetime]
After booking the first appointment it works fine, I can't book the same time again. But then after i have booked the second appointment that day, it now becomes possible to book the time as the first appointment again and again. Still not the second, but the first as it was free. I think i only is able to remember to block one time period at the time.

Please check at the General booking settings page that you are have UNCHECKED "Fixed time usage:" feature.
then please recheck that you are use in correct format times inside of [select rangetime] shortcode. If you are still will have a problems, please send link to your page for testing it.

The booking calendar is take time zone from standard WordPress settings. So you can set timezone at the WordPress general settings page.
