  1. Hey,

    I was looking to buy the hotel version for a clients website (this plugin ticks most of the boxes). However is it possible to have a different view of the calendar, for example being able to list the properties vertically with the dates at the top listed horizontally. That way people will be able to view all the properties and available dates in one view rather than a different calendar for each property, similar to (wotif.com.au).

  2. Hi,
    I've an issue, let me explain it: when you set "dynamic selection of days with two clicks" and set a minimun selection days, through the frontend you can reserve just one day, without clicking the second time (there is no validation on minimun selection days).
    Can you check?

      Please check that at your general settings booking page was checked "Multiple days selection".
      If its will not help, please reply to my email with description, which version do you use. Also, please send link to your page with booking form.
      ( The one day issue in dynamic days selection is fixed from 2.8 version )

  3. Hello i use the hotel edition.
    How can i set the number of visitors (the number of people that can sleep in a room) for each resource?

    • Hello,
      You need to activate "Visitors apply to capacity" at the resource settings menu page. After this at the resource capacity table you will get one additional field - maximum visitors per resource.

  4. Hello, I have a client who is wanting an online "book it now" program integrated into her wordpress website. The only problem is that she would like to use Chase Paymentech Orbital to process credit cards - before I go ahead and buy this plugin I need to know that it will work with Chase Paymentech. Hope to hear back from you soon!

      The Premium and higher version of plugin are support Paypal standard and Sage payments systems integration. At the version 2.9 update, which have to come soon, is support Paypal Pro and iPay88 payments systems.
      The Chase Paymentech Orbital system is not support yet. Sorry.

  5. What is the field name for the resource to be included in emails? Can't seem to figure out how to make it remind customers what resource they were booking.

  6. Hi,

    I am interested in purchasing your plugin (hotel edition), but have a few questions.
    1) is there any way for to switch a booking from the assigned resource to a different resource, after the booking has been made?
    2) is there a way to allow the client to choose a resource at the time of booking?
    3) with sage (or paypal for that matter) can you set up the payment system to take a credit card number to hold, but not charge until close before the booking date?

  7. Is there anyway you can set Public holidays in this system?

      this feature is available at the Premium Plus and Hotel ediion version.
      at this version using "Seson filters" you can define your holidays days, and then at the "Cost and availability" setting menu page set these days as unavailable (or available).

  8. I own a small hotel in Costa Rica. I am very interested in your hotel version. We want to offer to our clients the service not only to book the nights for our rooms, but also book at the same time different activities which we offer. Where would that option be in your reservation system ? Also Pay pal does not offer the service in Costa Rica and it would require to open an account outside of Costa Rica, is there an other option?

    • Hello,
      1) Its possible to define at the booking form selections of them inside select boxes or checkboxes. Then at the payment settings page at advanced vost management section set additional cost for selection of this options. You can test it at live demo.
      2) Right now at Hotel Edition version is supported Paypal and Sage payments systems integration only. At the next update of plugin will be added also iPay88 payment system in addition.

  9. hello, i have the wordpress 3.1 and the premium calendar version, i do not understand how to setup the aditional cost for visitors.
    I have a X€ price/night for 2 people and i want to add 10€ for each extra person.
    The other issue is that i'm not sure how works the booking calendar because doesn´t advise number of nights (if i book from 1 to 5 of May i'm booking 4 nights and i can calcolate the cost per night)

      1) The setting additional cost for visitors is exist at the Premium Plus (and higher versions). So please go to the Booking > Settings > Fields page, and check that at the top form is exist shortcode for visitors selections ( some thing like this: [select visitors "1" "2" "3" "4"].
      Then go to the Booking > Settings > Payment page, there find "Advanced cost manegemnt sections", you can see at this are your "visitors" field and values assigned for each possible option (you will see "1" = "100%", "2" = "100%", "3" = "100%", "4" = "100%", which is mean the same cost for each selectins of visitors. ). If you want to add 10Euro for third visitors and 20 Euro vor selections of 4 visitors, you just need to set this values: "1" = "100%", "2" = "100%", "3" = "10", "4" = "20" .
      2) According calculation of nights. Yes you are right, if you select 5 days (1-5 of May) its mean 4 nights, and if you set 100 per night, the final cost will be 400 at this example

      • Another question: if i have more hosts in the apartment, some apartments have until 6 persons, i cpuld change the shortcode in Booking > Settings > Fields page, and check that at the top form is exist shortcode for visitors selections ( some thing like this: [select visitors "1" "2" "3" "4"] ?

        • You csn chnage the number of visitors selections at the form fields pag, so for 6 visitors you can have this one: [select visitors "1" "2" "3" "4" "5" "6"] shortcode.

  10. I am trying to add a 6% tax to my total price.. How is this done??

      At the premium plus version you can set at the form fields page required checkbox option according this. Then at the payment settings page at the advanced cost management sections set additional cost for that checkbox as 106% (which is mean additional 6% from final cost of booking).
