  1. I have paid for the premier version. I am trying to configure this so that it can be used to allow clients to book reservations in our dining room. Want to be able to pre-set our times (5:00 PM, 5:15 PM, 5:30 PM etc.) and allow clients to book one of those set periods. I do not see this as being possible. Please let me know if I am mistaken. Thanks!

      you need to make at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at the top form the configuration like this:
      [select rangetime "17:00 - 17:15" "17:15 - 17:30" "17:30 - 17:45" "17:45 - 18:00" ]

  2. Hi, I plan to buy Premium Plus version. The deposit feature is something would like, soI look forward to the next release.

    Also, I need a way to make a resource unavailable on particular days, is there a better way than making a fake booking?

    • Hello,
      1) if you purchase Premium Plus version now so you will receive this new update for free later by email request from you.
      2) You can define unavailable days, by definitions these days at the season filter at the Booking > Settings > Season filter page and then set them as unavailable for your booking resource(s) at the Cost and Availability menu settings page.

    I have tested the free version and the demo versions but I can't find a feature where I'm able to have a check-in and checkout (leaving) time.
    Is that possible? For example, I have an apartment for rental and for start and end days of an rental period of days the first customer must leave (checkout), let's say before lunch. And the next customer arrives in the same day but checks in after lunch. In that way the first day and the last must be available in the booking calendar.

    In other words, A way to have days split in half which is shown in the calendar and available for the next reservation on the same day as the first reservation ends.

      The check in/out times are exist at the Premium and Premium plus versions. You just need to check multiple days selection and activate range days selection at the general booking settings page. Then at the same page make checked fixed time option, after enter check in and check - out times.

  4. Hello there. We just bought your Premium plugin.
    Is there a way to show a calendar with timetable?

    Something like this one .. (you have to choose service and the date. I do not care about it. I care about that easy timetable)

    • Hello Peter,
      1) right now times can be selected only from select box, or entering directly using text box for start and end time. Other type of timetables possible to be available at some future versions update.
      2) For fixing issue with time tool tip. ( Showing it at correct place, when mouse over the day, right now its not showing at correct place because of conflict with css of your theme)

  5. hi, is there any sort of full documentation supplied with any of the premium versions?
    if i get stuck or need a hand, does my payment include support? (I am a designer not a developer and although i am familiar with php i dont have an extensive understanding, he'll need this integrated on quite a tight timescale)

  6. Obscure problem with IE8 plus Conversion Tracking script from Google Analytics (or Adwords). I display my calendars inside a table on my pages and if Google's conversion tracker script is inside the table then the calendar display fails. The form still works but you don't see the days. Not an issue with Chrome or Firefox.

  7. Hi, could you please advise an ETA on the new version which has the deposit option? My customer definately needs this functionality straight away, so before I put it on their wordpress I just want to make sure its available. Thank you!

    • Hello.
      The deposit payment feature will be exist at the Premium Plus and higher versions. Right now this version in development process, so you need to wait until this version will released.
      The deposit payment feature is functional in this way: You can set the deposit as a fixed summ or % from whole booking cost. A the Booking form you can see in [cost_hint] showrtcode the final full cost, but at Paypal/Sage payment form you will see your deposit payment sum. (What you are mean by "ETA" ?)

  9. Hi, I am trying to implement a cottage booking system with Premium Plus. I have two problems:

    I have multiple days selection on, Range selection on min 2, max 31 and dynamic 2 click selection on.

    1) Minimum number of booking days I want is 2, but I can book one day and system doesn't stop me.

    2) If I book 1st to 5th, say I want to be able to also book 5th to 7th, but system prevents me booking from 7th - already taken. I read in FAQ something about using fixed start and end times, but this seems to cause the cost of the day booking to be adjusted (possibly based on number of hours selected in fixed range). Can you explain IN DETAIL, how I should configure for this to work correctly.

      1) Please send link to this page for checking this issue with 1 days selections.
      2) You can set at the General Booking settings page active "Fixed time:" (and for example set start time as 16:00 and end time as 12:00). So then if you will make resrvation from 1st to 5th, you are also will be able to make reservation from 5th to 7th, because the first reservation witll end on 12:00 of 5th and new one will start on 16:00 of 5th.

      • Thanks, but when I do this, the booking cost changes to match the hours booked - I need the price to stay the same per night.

          you can set at the Cost and Availability setting menu page at Cost, which depend from number of selected days the cost for 2nd day as 0.
          So its will be the same as cost calculation per nights.

  10. Hi there. I am wondering whether this booking will be suitable for the following scenario. I run a language school.
    1. There are students and teachers.
    2. I would like the students to see a teacher's availability on the calendar then book a time.
    3.The teacher will be notified then reply accordingly.
    4.The student pays for the lesson on confirmation of the booking.
    5.The student may modify or change the booking and may be subject to late change or cancellation fees.

    In short would this system allow students and teachers to self manage their own scheduling and lesson payment?

      You need to check MultiUser version demo. At this version your teachers can create own booking resources and customize booking form. Students can make reservations for specific time. Students can make payment immediately after they made reservation or after teacher is sent payment request from admin booking menu.
