  1. I'm having probs with IE8 ... its not displaying the calendar, happened after upgrading to pro.. and i'm using the latest version...

    • Hello Karl,
      please recheck firstly your page according JavaScript errors generated by some other plugins or your theme and try to fix them, if they are exist. If you can not, or have some difficulties, please send link to your page with booking form for rechecking it.

  2. The client is using Internet Explorer 7 and when the client goes to make a booking, she is able to select already booked dates from the time slot drop-down . Please fix this so that the same time slot can’t be accidentally booked twice. In firefox 3. version its working fine. But the problem comes in ie. Pleae help

      • Thank you for your answer, I'd take advantage of another bit of your time: in the meanwhile, is there a way (even a dirt, but not too much, way) to display, in a form where are defined advanced cost customizations, the "real" total amount (i.e., the amount without the cost customizations' adjustments) together with the customized one? We purchased the plugin and started to integrate it in a project, but find no way how to do what I describe, as the [cost_hint] shortcode will always display the "state of the art" amount, but we really need to have the "no customized" total also.

          right now, its not supported, yet, but its already added to the update 2.9.
          At the Premium Plus 2.9 and higher versions you will be able to use these shortcodes:
          [original_cost_hint] - show cost hint of original booking cost without additional costs for full booking in real time, depends only from days selection.
          [additional_cost_hint] - show cost hint of additional booking cost, ehich depends from selection of form elements.
          and already exist one:
          [cost_hint] - show cost hint for full booking in real time, depends from selection of days and form elements.

          • Hi again, ok, so we'll wait anxiously for the new release, but now I have some other question emerged from our testing:

            - is there a way to have the user to choose the payment method at booking time? Our need is to have two possible methods: PayPal or bank transfer; in the first case, we are going to use the plugin PayPal method, otherwise we want the user to be redirect to a page with proper instructions, getting all the order's data
            - I have found problem with the plugin's various Javascript popup windows (with Firefox and Chrome on Windows XP SP3): they appear but not close in the right way (click on X or Cancel button)

            • 1) Sorry, right now "bank transfer" is not supported and at the next update its will not be supported.

  4. I own booking calendar 9.Professional.2.6 it works well but I have some problem with prenotations in admin side, 'cause I don't have a calendat to check.
    Perhaps is because I have many properties, and there is no space for graphic calendar.
    Can You help me ?

  5. Hi, i have purchased premium + version.
    I have to do something pretty simple but i can't.
    We have a photo studio we would rent for Half Day (morning or afternoon) or day full.
    If i do a [select rangetime] for exemple (08:00 - 13:00) or (14:00 - 19:00) or day full (08:00 - 19:00) when i book the morning, it turns grey for the others, but the day full option still remain selectable....
    And then if i book the morning then the afternoon, the day in calendar still remain partialy booked because the full day is still selectable...

    Please help me, i don't know how to do that simple thing...

  6. when i activate the booking calendar premium plus plugin on my site, the plugin disables the jquery script i've put into the header of the site. is there a way to fix this? or is there a place to put my jquery in the plugin so it loads all together? i need my script and the plugin to work at the same time. thanks!

      and make this modification:

    But I need also to ask you some help in 3 tasks:
    1.
    allow to customize the search form changing minimum/maximum visitors number, and following the "dynamic number of days" option to follow -for example- the minimum days.
    2.
    change the admin email when I use auto-completition from admin@blank.com to the logged in user's email
    3.
    to create a "coupon handling page" where to manage/see inserted coupons

      1) You can chnage the number of visitors inside of lib/wpdev-hotel.php file by replacing this
      $booking_search_form_show = str_replace( '[search_visitors]', '<select style="width:50px;" name="visitors"> <option value="1">1</option> <option value="2">2</option> <option value="3">3</option> <option value="4">4</option> <option value="5">5</option> </select>',
      to your values.
      2) You can chnage it inside of /lib/wpdev-premium.php file by replacing this.value = my_element_value + '@blank.com'; to the your variant this.value = 'email@server.com'; , but the balnk email is used for several other checking inside of Booking Calendar, so we will not recommend do this.
      3) Not really understand this. You can view all created coupons at this page: Booking > Settings > Cost and availability menu page

    I bought and installed your premium product a couple of days ago at http://www.carnetrentals.com.au and subsiquently used the tip above to include a select box to seperate pricing of car rental rates by categories 1-7 days, 8-14 days, 15-30 days. All good so far.
    Then I test and find that when I create a booking for a car (of which there are several dozen) the days are marked as unavailable.
    Most event or item booking systems allow you to set a number of units available (it does not always equate to a unique room, there just may be rooms or beds or tables or cars of which there are multiples). Have I wasted my $175, or is there a simple way to accept that there is many cars available of the same type each day and cap by volume.
    It was all looking like it was going to be a simple set up and I can't believe that I missed this. But it doesn't seem to make that important item clear. I'll be thrilled if htere is a way around so I don't have to start all over. The product is very good otherwise.

      the posibility of set capacity for the booking resource is available at the Hotel Edition version. Its mean that days inside of calendar will be availbale until number of reservations is less than capacity of the Booking resource (car). You can test it at the live demo of the Hotel Edition version here https://onlinebookingcalendar.com/demo/
      Also, you can upgrade to this version, using the link at the top right side of Booking > Settings page.
