  1. Hi. I'm considering to buy the Premium Plus edition of your calendar. But in the future I might purchase the multi-site-usage version of the same calendar. Is it possible by then, to upgrade from the single site usage to the multi site usage calendar without paying the full amount for it?

      sorry its not possible to upgrade from single site usage version to multi site usage versions.
      Its possible to make upgrade withing single site usage version to the higher single site usage version or from multi site usage version to the higher multi site usage versions.

  2. Hi, I'm looking at purchasing the premium version of this booking system for a project I have coming up. I've had a look around the demo and it all looks great. The only thing I can't find is where to set how many bookings it can take each day.

    The hotel only has 6 rooms so I don't want it to allow 7 or more bookings. Can this be done with the premium version?

    • This feature is exist at Hotel Edition version. At this version is possible to set capacity of booking resource, so days in calendar will be available untill number of reservations per those days is less then capacity of booking resource. You can test it at live demo of this version.

Im trying to use a fixed start/end time for my booking calendar, the first day a user chooses is at 0 cost which is correct, but the second day is at a lower cost then what I have chosen in the cost/filter settings. The cost for the second day seems to change if i change the fixed start/end time... How do i keep the correct cost for the second day so that it don't conflict with the fixed start/end time?

      as far as I amunderstood you, you need to disable fixed time impact to the cost calculation,
      if so, then this feature will be available at the version 2.9 update, which have to come soon (probably at this week).
      If you mean something else, please describe it more detail. Thank you.

      sorry, right now attachment of the files into the emails is not supported yet. Its will be supported at some future updates.

  6. Hey!

    I just installed your Premium version of the booking calendar - it's GROOVY... I love it!! I have a couple of questions though:

    1) Is it possible to set up a checkbox, so if the customer checks it, it'll add a filter to the booking? For instance - the checkbox is if the customer want travel insurance or not. So if it's checked I need it to add 3 dollars per day they're renting...?

    2) I'm having difficulties setting up the paypal account. I'm trying to make it so, when the customer clicks the 'pay now'-paypal-button, it'll take the customer to a PayPal page where they just can type in their credit card information, and WHAM - the booking have been made. But at the moment, if you click the 'pay now'-PayPal-button, it takes you to a page where it ask you to log in? Here's what the PayPal page looks like:

    Do you know what I've done wrong? Cause I assume it can be made, since I'm probably not the first guy to want this, hehe 😀

    • Hello Zeth.
      1) Right now additional costs, which is depend from selection of checkbox is possible to set at the Premium Plus and Hotel Edition versions. You can set it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at the advanced cost management section.
      At current 2.8 version is possible to set only fixed cost or % from the whole booking cost.
      At the update 2.9 of these versions, which have to come at this week, is exist posibility to set this additional costs per day.

      2) you are describe functionality of the Paypal Standard payment integration, which is exist at the version 2.8. So paypal standard is require for finishing payment at paypal site, that visitor is logged into paypal account or create it.

      At the version 2.9 will be supported also Paypal Pro payment integration, which is not require from visitors to loggin into paypal account, they can fill all cards and contact details at the Paypal site withot creation new paypal account or login into exist account. Please note version 2.9 will not support iframe integration from Paypal Pro accounts, so it's mean visitors still will be redirected to paypal site, bit can finish payment in more easy way now.

        • Yes, you can request free updates by email, during one year after purchasing.
          The update will not remove your previos data, if you do not set it at the settings booking page. so please recheck the settings "Delete booking data" at the general booking settings page before making update.

            But I don't quite mean what you said about keeping my data when I update. The box that's called 'Delete Booking Data', should that be checked or unchecked, if I don't want to loose data while updating?
            And where do I request the free updates by email?

              That checkbox have to be unchecked.
              For getting new update you need to send your order number of purchasing to the info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com (update already available).

  7. I would like add an additional layer of secuirity with user putting infomation on web form. On the form page I want to use SSL encrypted pages (like when you do online banking, shopping etc). Enabling SSL on the page will it break or cause issues with the online booking?

      in general its have not to generate any issues with Booking Calendar.

    I am creating a site that has 4 rooms, is there the ability to have an Availabilty Search by dates that will cover all this 4 rooms - or any form of overall availability search function?

    I'm using premium-plus verision
    2 questions:

    1. How do I add a different form for a different resource? I;ve set up the two different forms, but don't know how to choose between them when posting [booking nummonths=1 type=1] on the page.
    2. On top of a booking, can I add a further flat fee - in my case, its a breakage deposit of £150 for each booking?

    • Hello,
      1) You can select the other booking form, at the popup dialog, after you are pressed the booking button at the edit toolbar of edit post page.

      2) You are need to create required checkbox at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, some thing like this:

      Breackage deposit: [checkbox* deposit ""]

      then at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at the advanced cost management section, set for the option "deposit" fixed summ as 150.

      • I'm confused about the answer to using forms specific to a resource. Specifically, I have a building I rent for either the entire day or part of a day. I have created a page_booking.php that is the template for the WP page visitors use to make reservations using your code for selecting a resource form. So I want two forms: one with start and end times and one without. I don't see how I can do it. I see only one set of form field specifications and not way to create another--and especially, no way to associate a form with a resource.

          You can create several booking forms configurations at the Premium Plus and Hotel edition versions at the Booking > Settings > Fields page by pressing plus button above that form.
          Usually insertion of booking form (resource with specific custom form) is possible at the edit post page, are pressing booking button you can select your custom form at the popup dialog.
          But because you are use custom template and want to insert it into the template PHP file, it's also possible.
          Please use inside of that template this code: <?php echo do_shortcode("[booking type=13 form_type='Search Booking']"); ?>
          Where 13 - ID of booking resource and 'Search Booking' is a name of booking form.

  10. Is there any way to add multiple emails addresses to receive notices when someone requests a booking?

      try to use comma "," between the email adresses.

      • Tried that and also tried a ";" and it only goes to the first address.

        • Did you are use it inside of Booking > Settings > Fields page (its have to work here for several admins)? Or inside of client side at booking form (here its will not work) ?
