You can make configuration of Booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Only the selection of tome is possible only using standard shortcodes for times, you can check all of them at the right side of that page at help section.
can the super admin in booking calendar multi-user put a % rate or fixed rate (commission) on all demo accounts if a reservation is approved (when money is exchanged)?

I am having issues with receiving and sending email notifications of bookings to my hello@domain.com address but it works when I change it to my name@live.co.uk address and have tried everything but it still doesn't work.
I can send and receive emails to my hello@domain.com address through the normal means so don't know why there is a issue with the booking system sending to it.
I have looked at the following....
1) I have check firstly the spam folder - they aren't there
2) checked that at the general booking settings page and at the email settings page was set correctly emails contacts - done this
3) Also checked the php mail function is working. For this go to the login page and try to retry the password, then check if you receved email or not - done this
4) Finally if it’s will not help try to change email at the general booking settings page to wordpress@server.com , where server.com – your server - have also tried this and it hasn't worked, but I have tested it and the wordpress@server.com address works if you send a normal email to it but again not went I set it up via the booking system
You need to check wit your administrator the firewall settings at the your email server or account. Its can be that server is blocked your emails.
Hi - I have full access to my server settings - there are 17 rules set up but no idea which of these could be causing this issue...I have just sent an email to your info@ email with a screen shot of the settings to see if you can advise.
I think you need to contact for this rechecking with your administrator or hosting company about this settings. Sorry i cannot make some advises from that screesnhot.
do you know what has caused an issue before with firewalls, so when I speak with them I can share this information.
Probably you are have some filters, which is block this emails, so just need to check according this issue.

Just posted a query and have another one.
I filled out the reservation form via the site as a test and used my 'work email' as the contact email in the enquiry form.
In the booking system back end, when I try and send emails to this 'booking request' such as a 'request for payment' the message doesn't go to the 'work email' I used in the booking I used but I just get an email to my admin email which is a @live.co.uk??
I have tried numerous emails and getting nowhere. Please advise.

Not sure what you mean by redirections on my email, I haven't any set up and the issue is with the 'customer' email not getting them - tested this across numerous email accounts

I'm doing the my final testing using paypal on the live system all the transations goes through ok, but redirecting back to the website I get this error:
"You don't have permission to access /wp-content/plugins/booking.premium.2.9/wpdev-booking.php on this server."
BTW I'm using Premium 2.9
Any thoughts?

please recheck, that you are set correct "Return URL from Paypal site" at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at Paypal section,
also please check that you are correctly configured these steps:
0. You must have activated auto return link at your Paypal account. Follow these steps to configure it:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Profile subtab.
3. Click Website Payment Preferences in the Seller Preferences column.
4. Under Auto Return for Website Payments, click the On radio button.
5. For the Return URL, enter the YOUR URL for your site for successfull payment.

I am using for a client who wants to reserve kiteboarding lessons - we have purchased the Premium edition.
We have the time slot feature working fine - one slot in the morning, one in the afternoon.
However, the cost for the lessons is different, depending on how many students are reserving.
A lesson with one student is $150, two students is $250, and three students is $375.
How can i ask the plugin to reserve the time slot, and also charge the correct price for the # of students.
We can't use different calendars (different resources) because it's one instructor.

This feature is exist at the Premium Plus version. You can set additional cost at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at the advanced cost management section for each visitor option selection like this:
1 =100%
2 =100
3= 225
...
it's if you are set usual cost as 150 for the resource.
So if you use Premium version you are need to make upgrade to the Premium Plus version. You can find link for making upgrade at the Booking > Settings page a the right side.

Another need is - how can we adjust what is available?
For example - in one time slot, there is room for 3 students. But, if 1 student books that slot, it shows as closed. How can we still allow reservations for the other two slots?

The Premium Plus and Premium versions are support only one resrvations per specific time slot.
Several reservations are supported in Hotrl Edition versions, BUT these reservations per specific full day (not timeslot), so it's mean that you will need to set several booking resources for each time slot, and then after these set capacity for this resources - for several reservations.
Please test live demo of this version t check functionality. Also please check this info, which can be useful in your time selection (resource selections).

then i will need to use the custom code at your link to create a drop down menu that the visitor will select from first - they will be selecting one of the resources (time slots)

At the Hotel Edition version you can set capcity for each ("parent") booking resources. These "parent" booking resources you can set for each of your time slots, its mean you need to have for each time slot the parent booking resource with some capcity.
Then you can use some part of this script for selection of your booking resource (for specific time slot) at your page.
Its mean that your visitors at the booking page, will see firstly select box with selection of time slots ( your parent booking resources), then after selection of some time slot, you will get visible the booking form for these time slot, and you can select the dates and fill the fields, these calendar will have some capacity (because you will use "parent" resources) - posibility to make several resrvation per day(s).

sorry right now there are no posiblity to make upgrade from single site to multi site usage versions, so if you want to use plugin on more than one site (up to 5), you need to purchase the multisite version from begining.
