Hi, we are planning to get the Booking calendar premium, Is there away where in you can connect bookings from wordpress to an outlook calendar or like accessing the booking calendar settings without going to wordpress admin? or will it just be an email notification?

sorry, right now Booking Calendar is not support integration with outlook.
You will be receive the email notification bout new bookings to your email, also you can approve or cancel some reservation only from booking admin panel.
If I temporarily deactivate the plugin, will it lose all of the settings I entered?

I am using version premium plus and I was wondering if it is possible to use 2 start day of range (like monday and friday) on the same calendar. Another question is to bind a day range to the chosen day like 5 or 7 for monday and 2 or 7 for friday.

What I mean is that I would like people to be able to apply for reservation/booking on dates where others have already applied for using the same venue/location the same date, when that first apply its still waiting approval.. (orange). Hope my question makes sense..

The exactly functionality like in your description is not available in Booking Calendar. Sorry.
But at the Hotel Edition version you can set capacity of the Booking Resource, it's mean number of resrvations per days untill these days are become unavailbale. Please test it at live demo.

Hello there. First of, I would like to say what a nice script/plugin you've made here. I am currently working on translating it to Norwegian, as it seems to be missing.
However, i would like to edit the calendar it self, so that either the week numbers (witch i enabled in the js file) are alternating colors between red green and blue, or the whole week (selection boxes) are red green and blue every 3 weeks. Can this be done by simply editing the css files, or do i need to edit the js aswell?

Hi I wonder if you can help. I am testing the hotel premium for a client and I am using paypal sandbox to test bookings. The bookings go through to the sandbox ok, but the booking is not indicated as paid. Even after approving the booking, the availability indicates pending, and none of the legend keys are seen on part booked days.I have 3 resources each day for an available 3 places item item[1] item[2] They all have the same price and are set as visitors = total number of reservations.
I don't seem to be able to find anyway of confirming payment on the reservations made.
Any help would be appreciated.

The status of paid or not paid will chnaged only if you will activated at the paypal account auto return to site option. (please read more detail about this configuration at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at paypal section. )
So if your visitors, will not click on the paypal site after he made the payment, to the return to your site link, the booking system will not know if the payment done successfully or not.
According changing status of booking in calendar at client side, can you send to this email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com the link to your page with booking form and screenshot of your already exist booking for some day at admin panel for rechecking this issue.

I don't see much in the way of help in terms of payment - the sandbox returns to a thankyou page as instructed yet bookings remain pending - I am not really interested in the payment section I set it up because booking through admin resulted in pending booking results despite authorising them as bookings. As yet as I am only entering bookings from a paper calendar. I have tried to determine the status in the Mysql database but it simply gives a number without informing me what the actual states are.
I am on the verge of informing my client she has wasted her money. It doesn't work - and also your development is quite time consuming especially if a client has different rates half way through a month - and it won't do a complete year because the calendar asks for a base for the inclusion of the calendar in a post, so if I choose the lower rate for june - july is simply blank as the rate does not apply - so I have to provide a calendar for july as a separate calendar.
It's very poor in terms of usability and lengthy in terms of developing an understandable back end.
Plus pay pal doesn't work in terms of a customer seeing it is paid for apart from a thankyou page I had to set up myself - how much did you charge for this rubbish?
I can understand now why my client was lost with it - it doesn't work!

1) if you are need to have auto approve of the Booking after successful payment was done, you need to set "Auto approve/cancel bookings" option at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at Paypal section. In this terms it's will change the status of Booking from Pending to Approved, when visitor return to the client site. A the previous message I mentioned other status of booking, which is have to indicate only if the payment was successful or not. If you will have difficulties in this configuration, so please send link to the page with booking form and screenshots of serving page to email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com. I will help you.
2) if you enter the some exist bookings from paper to the Booking Calendar. So for cb aging status from lending to Approved you need to open the page Booking at admin panel, select your exist bookings and press approve button under the booking table. The selected pending bookings will be approved. Right now system have 2 status for bookings: pending , approved.
3) No you do not need to create several calendars for June and July you just need to create several season filters: one for June other for July. Than at the cost and availability menu settings page assign different rates for June and July for your booking resource (single same calendar). If you will have difficulties in this configuration, please send screenshots of your actual setting page of season and rates to the email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com
4) according changing payment status of booking, right now booking calendar support "return" method from Paypal for getting info about the changing status of payment for specific payment, so that's why it's require to return (clicking on return button at Paypal site) from Paypal to client site. At later updates plugin will support IPN method, outright now only "Return"
so please contact with screenshots of settings to this email info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com , I can suggest there just need to set correct configuration in settings.

I'm using a custom version of the 'black' skin and am able to make all CSS changes easily except for the month names above the calendar. Changing .datepick-next and .datepick-prev colors and font sizes has no effect at all on the month - can you please tell me how to make month names #222222 in color and 13px tall?

Hi, the plug in is working great. I have the premium edition.
It will not let us book more then two months. It's not an issue of seeing more months, it will not let us highlight more then 2 months.
How can we change it so we can have an unlimited amount of booking.

You can change the number of days for selection inside of /booking/lib/wpdev-booking-class.php file at function print_js_css
You need to change 50 to your number: var multiple_day_selections = 50;
