Following problem:
My first Customer books like so: Arrival: 30.07.2011 Departure: 06.08.2011
Now my second wish 06/08/2011 arrive at the customer already:
Arrival: 06.08.2011 Departure: 13.08.2011
How can my second Customer choose the date 06.08.2011 as arrival, when the day is already a departure of the 1st Customer is reserved?

Its feature availbale at the Premium and Premium Plus versions (or at Hotel Edition version for the booking resources with capacity =1).
You need to open general booking settings page, make checked option: "Use fixed time",
then, for exmaple, set start time as 14:00 and end time as 12:00,
its will give you posibility to make bookings like in your description.
Hello! I'm using free version of Booking calendar and have question about e-mail notifications. What E-mail address should I provide on Settings page? Is it an address on which i will receive notifications, or that is address which will appear in "From" field? And will my clients receive notifications in free version?

The email, which you can fill at field at the general booking settings page, it's email on which you will receive the emails about new reservations. Also this email will be in From field at emails, which are sent to your visitors.
And yes, tr email notifications are exist at free version.

You can not use this code inside of the widgets or directly in pages. You can use these shortcodes only at search form at the Booking > Settings > Search page.
After this you can insert the search form into the page or post using Bookinh button at edit toolbar and selecting inserting search form at popup configuration dialog.

I need a somehow cleaner version of the plugin. I plan to use the premium plugin as part of a vaccination clinic where we will work with time slots on two days a week. Is it possible to:
1. turn off the tooltip function? For my needs this function is confusing and not really necessary.
2. make the clock that comes up when there is a partial booking disappear so the specific date will still look all available in the calendar even though there is a partial booking? That is: days in the calendar are either shown full available (days with some time slots available or all time slots available) or fully booked (days with all time slots taken). For my needs the clock is only confusing people. The drop down menu in the form will show available times anyway.
3. translate the calendar days and months plus the prompts appearing when people are not filling out the form correctly to my home language?

I have purchased the premium plugin. The documentation stated that users would be able to choose a single day and specific times in that day, but I can not display a daily or weekly calendar.
How do I display a WEEKLY calendar not a monthly calendar.

At the Premium version is possible to select the day in booking calendar (month view type ) and then select (or enter, depends from which shortcode you are use) the time inside of timeslot. So it's possible to book the time for specific day.
Right now supported only month view calendar type, day view or week view calendar type is not supported yet, it's feature in todo list and it's will be supported at future updates.
I have a problem with the Details part of the form, where it doesnt accept spaces in the text box. It just wont let any users enter spaces, which I fear is driving customers away and any customers that do book, have to improvise with /'s or the likes. Could you fix this in an update or is there anything I can do to fix it personally?

I can suggest this issue because of conflict of some exist plugin(s) or your actual theme.
So please try firstly deactivate other plugins and check if its will solve the problem.
Then make activation plugins, one by one for searching the plugin, which is make this conflict.
Also make the same with theme, if previos do not help, activate the default theme and test it.
If these steps will not help, please send link to info @ onlinebookingcalendar.com to the page, where the booking form is inserted and this issue is exist.
I found the problem, it was part of a gallery in the header which had javascript for the gallery keyboard controls which weren't that useful. I removed it from the JS file from the gallery and all text boxes are fine now.

Also each settings in plugin have descriptions or help info, for more easy configuration, also by default plugin have already predefined values.
Can't find documentation, so I've been experimenting in order to demo to a customer. Today is July 12th (evening), but the booking tables show today as July 13th - why? also - when does the dashboard "today new" get set? If I book for the 13th - the first possible day (and don't check), the statistics new gets set, the actual new gets set, but not today new. also, why are you only considered to have checked on the "all reservations" screen - why not on the "incoming reservations" screen?

1) according dates, please check, that at the WordPress general setttings page was set correct timezone. The plugin is set date depend from this timezone and the server dates.
2) At the dashbord 2 options for today: there are showing number of bookings, which was done during today and other option to see how many bookings (have dates of resrvation inside) for today.
3) you can set by default first opening screens at the booking > settings page.
thanks so much - the timezone was set incorrectly - that caused problem #1 and #2.
on #3, i set the opening screen to be the incoming reservations page, but viewing that screen doesn't reset the "new (unchecked) bookings" in the dashboard.
#3) Sorry, right now its only set those bookings as checked, only when you are select resource, which are have these bookings and see them marked in green background, after these bookings will be marked as alredy checked.
Its will be fixed in future updates, so all these bookings will be checked and also in "All incoming bookings" selection
I just installed the $175 premium version of the plugin. I've been through the settings, but when I try going on the site to make a reservation, the Submit doesn't work. It reloads the page, no errors come up, but there's no appointment either made or confirmed.
I can however successfully make an appointment on the admin page, no problem. What's going on?

Its seems that prblem in the actual theme parallelus-traject, which is update the content inside of the posts and replace styles of buttons, including submit button at Booking Calendar.
So, for fixing this issue, please open this file /booking/include/wpdev-pro.php file,
find this code (its exist 2 times, so you need to make it 2 times):
this fix say to your theme fo not everwriting the submit button from booking form.

2) if you are make resrvaton for several days, so then wide dates format is : "July 19, 2011, July 20, 2011, July 21, 2011" and short dates format is: "July 19, 2011 - July 21, 2011"
