  1. what version is necessary if you want to block out certain months (e.g. no bookings during september)?

    • This feature is possible at the Premium Plus and Hotel Edition versions.

    • It's possible at the Bookinh manager professionsl - other plugin which is work togather with Booking Calendar.

  3. Hi admin, is there a way that multiple bookings can be made for same day for one resourse, as now it does not let customer to select the same day in calendar if a booking is made previously. ??

    • Hello,
      this functionality is exist at the Hotel Edition version. At this version is possible to set capcity of the booking resource, so its mean, that day(s) in calendar will be availbale, untill number of resrvations per those day(s) is less then capacity of the booking resource.

    • You can make it by customizing the CSS file (booking/css/client.css).
      If you will have a difficulties with this, please send the link to the page with booking calendar I will help you.

  4. Hi, is it possible to display the booking calender side by side for 2 different resources ?
    That is in a single wordpress post / page , it contains two booking form, side by side

    • Hello Joie,
      You need to use inside of your post or page, something like this:
      <table> <tr> <td> [booking type=1] </td> <td> [booking type=2] </td> </tr> </table>

      You will be also to arrange a litle this in CSS.

    Thanks for the plugin. I am using the free version at the moment but if all goes well I will try to encourage the customer to purchase the upgrade. Two things though:
    1. The 12 month calendar stretches across the page making a long scroll.
    2. The form isn't anything like the form you have in the screenshot at the top of this page. i.e. arrival time, no of children, etc.

  7. For Hotel version. At the demo admin page, the standard has capacity of 6, Is there a way to display just one standard calendar instead all 6 different standard room resource calendars?
    Although it is transparent to the booking end user, to administrator ,it seems confusing especially with the naming like standard-1, standard-2 and so on
    Is there a feature that shows the capacity for a particular date is partially filled ? may be like 3/6 ?

    • Hello Joie,
      1) when you are create or change the capacity of the booking resource, you can you can then insert this only one calendar of "parent" resource. You do not need (but you can) insertion of several calendars for each "child" resources. So, when you are insert the calendar or parent resource, the days in this calendar will be available untill number of resrvations per these days is less then capacity of the booking resource. You can also activate the showing availability number in tooltip, when mouse over days in calendar.
      All this functionality you can test at the live demo. You can test at live demo of this version at client side the workflow with one calendar for resource for capacity = 6.
      2) you can rename the any names of booking resoures at the Booking > Resource page.
      3) you can activate showing number of availability at tud general booking settings page.

  8. What version would you recommend for time based apointment like doctors
    For example within 1 day there are these time slots. Each time slots can be booked by just one person
    9.00 am - 9.30 am
    9.30 am - 10.00 am
    10.00 am - 10.30 am
    1.00 pm - 1.30 pm

    at the premium plus version is this supported ?

    • Hello,
      The posibility to book timeslots is available at the Premium and Premium Plus versions.
      Please note the list of time slots is the same for all days.
      And of course if some visitor book some time slot at specific day, this timeslot become unavailable for other visitors.
