  1. I loved the plugin and almost everything is working fine. But the seasons is giving me a strange error message (Filters > Add new filter > after I select the months and years > Error during updating to DB booking filters
    [F:/wpdev-premium-plus.php|L:2517|V:9.Premium.Plus.SingleSite.3.0|DB:Unknown column title in field list] Im sure the file is trying to look for a file inside your local machine. Do you think it may be because I upgraded from another version?

    Also, the calendar >> arrows are not allowing the customer to go to the next months to do early reservations:

    Is there a way of having the cleaning fee and tax (additional fees) with the checkbox always checked, instead of making the client check it?? Or even do it in a way that these amounts will just apply without checkboxes?

    Also, is there a way we can show the deposit amount after these fees?

    • Hello Mariana,
      1) Your update/installation was not successful or correct. So, please make these steps.

      - Open wordpress plugins menu. Click on deactivate link of Booking Calendar. Wait for message that plugin is deactivated successfully. (usually you have to have only one booking calendar plugin at the plugins menu page)
      - Click at the delete link under the booking calendar plugin at plugins menu. Then confirm the deletion at the next page. If you are have some other nooking calendar versions at this page, please repeat these steps.
      - Now open Plugins > Add new plugin page and select tab Upload at the top of page. Click on browse/upload button, select the downloaded archive or your purchased version and press upload button. Wait for the message that plugin is uploaded successfully.
      - Click at the activate link of booking Calenfar and wait for message that plugin is activated successfully (important).
      - Test it.

      and make modification from this:

      - You need to open Booking > Settings > Fields page, and at the top form add shortcodes into your booking form similar to these:
      <p> Cleaning (required): [checkbox* cleaning ""]</p> <p> Tax (required): [checkbox* law_charge ""]</p>
      Its will add to your booking form 2 required check boxes for these additional services or taxes....

      - Then you need to open Booking > Settings > Payment page at the advanced cost management section. Here you can see 2 new fields: cleaning and law_charge
      So now you can set, these additional cost. Let say for the cleaning we will add additional $50 and for the tax the additional 6,5%, so then you need to enter in this fields: 50 and 106,5% values (without $ sign.)

      - So now when we will make test at client side, firstly user can not make reservation without checking those fields (because they are required - * sign in shortcode), and after selecting the some checkbox the final cost will increase.

      4)
      According the setting the of deposit payment from the final cost. You are need to activate the "deposit payment feature" (make checkbox checked ) at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
      Then at the Booking > Settings > Cost and availability page set the deposit amount for the each booking resource from your configuration.

  2. Hi,

    We have just bought your premium plus version and are struggling to get your calendar id shortcode to work correctly. We have 2 resources and we can only get the calendar to work with one resource - the first one created. We have put the shortcode into a page [calendar id=4] as that is the secondary resource but it just ignores this. This is critical to our usage and seems that it should work??

    Please help.

    • Hello,
      This issue is appear, because you are use the wrong parameter(s) in booking shortcode.
      You are need to use not "id" but "type" parameter for settings the nooking resource.
      The best way to generate correct booking shortcode at the post or page is using the Booking button at the edit toolbar (with calendar icon), so at the popup dialog, which is appear after pressing that button, you can configure all parameter.

  3. Hi,

    I am using the standard edition and I cant insert the code on pages or posts using the insert booking calendar option. When I click on the button.. nothing happens. Ive re activated the plugin and it still has the same issue.

    • Hello Ronald,
      Please recheck your admin page according any JavaScript errors, if they exist try to fix them. If these errors are generated by some of your plugins try to deactivate them and test it again. Also check for any WordPress plugins, which is installed at your system, which can overwrite the edit toolbar. At least, if all this will not help, try to deactivate your actual theme and activate standard one, then test it again.

      open that page with booking form for editing and inside of the HTML editing mode set before the booking shortcode this:
      <div class=”widget_wpdev_booking”>
      and after booking shortcode this: </div>
      Its will make your calendar smaller.

      • I have make this: [booking type=1 form_type='standard' nummonths=1]
        and the size didn't change. Did I do something wrong?

  5. Hello! GREAT PLUG-IN! This is what I'm trying to do - I need to set up your Booking Calendar to work for a tour company. They want to be able to have the visitor select the day they are interested in, the number of people for the tour, and have the price (let's say $80) be the amount of people times a fixed cost. I've tried playing around with your plug-in and cannot figure this out.

    Can you help me set this up?

    • Hello,
      If you want that your cost is multiple in several times, depend from the number of selected visitors at the booking form, so for example 1 visitor = 80, 2 visitors = 160 and so on... So then this feature is available at the Premium Plus and Hotel Edition version. You are need to open Booking. Settings > Payment page and at the advanced cost management section is set for each values of your visitors selection from select box, something like this;
      1 = 100%
      2 = 200%
      ...
      5 = 500%

      If you want that your cost just will b fixed and do not depend from the election of number visitors, you just need to leave those settings, as it was by default at beginning:
      1 = 100%
      2 = 100%
      ...
      5 = 100%

  6. The premium system is wonderful.
    My English is bad.
    I need to lock a time when the quota is full. example:
    Patients attend every hour, but I can only meet 5 patients during that time.
    The idea is that the patient choose the day and time but when the number of patients that time is full warning (blue box).

      Sorry, but this feature is not possible.
      The possibility to book for specific time slot is exist at the Premium and Premium plus versions, but in these versions, after visitor is make resrvation per cpecific time slot, this time slot become unavailbale for other visitors. Its mean that you will need to have several (which  equal to maximum number of your visitors) booking forms with calendars at one or several pages.

      At Booking Calendar Hotel Edition version, is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in DB, but not play any logic in reservation).

    • Sorry, but right now we can not start some custom development or new projects, because we are have too many items at our todo list for the next update, and almost have no free time.

  9. I am wondering if it is possible to have an attachment added to the approved email. We would like to attach a copy of our terms and conditions to the approval emails.

      The possibility to book for specific time at selected date is available at the Premium and Premium Plus versions of Booking Calendar.
      you can configure the time slot selections at the Booking > Settings > Fields page at top form.
