  1. Hello, on the Client view is there a way to show the person that has reserved a room/apt? For example if I book a day and then move my mouse over that day on the client view, I can see the time that is booked for that day. Is there also a way I can see the name (in client view) of the person that booked it?

      right now its not support at the Booking Calendar, but I can make customization of this feature for you.

  2. Hi there,
    I just noticed that the Booking Manager menu (including settings) appears on the dashboard for subscribers. Can you let me know how I could suppress this since I don't want users to be able to fiddle around with the setttings.

    • Hello Jim,

      please go to the Booking Settings page, at the bottom of page click at the "Show settings of user access level to admin menu"

      then select your user level for each page.

      thats all.

  3. Hello,

    I have the Hotel version and I want to specify 4 different periods with different rates. There's currently now way to specify periods that are not or do not include whole months. For example my desired first period of rate X per day is from the 1st of MAy until the 14th of June? How do I do that? This is the reason I upgraded to the Hotel version...

      you just need to create 2 new seson filters, and then assign them to your Booking Reource:

      1st seson filter May: Select all Days of week, select all Days of month, select only May, select requred years, and create new filter
      2nd seson filter June: Select all Days of week, select Days from 1 to 14, select only June, select requred years, and create new filter

      Thats all.

  4. I manage several vacation rentals. I need to know if there is anyway to allow for same day check out and check in though. It looks like the calendar just blocks off these days entirely which can be confusing to renters.

  5. Cant get the select starttime function working with this form. When i hit submit it does nothing? In IE i get the following error:

  6. Tried to download this plug-in and got this error message
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 35651584 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2751433 bytes) in /home/leahdudl/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 1363
    Please advise

    • Its seems that your server have limitation for uploading of files.
      Try to download plugin from WordPress directory to your local computer. Extract archive. Then using FTP client upload this folder to the plugins folder of your server wordpress installation, after this just make activation of plugin and wait untill message "Pluginis activated successfully" appear.

    I'm using hostel edition of this plugin. It's really cool, great work !

    I have some questions :

    * Is there a way to make a room available every days, but for the week end, the customer can't choose only saturday or friday but have to take friday + saturday ?
    * Where can I change calendar width ? It's set 284px but I'd like 100%
    * Is there a French language pack ?

  8. I've installed the standard plugin and although the calendar function works, i get the following errors when I test the reservation form:

      its seems that instalation of plugin was not successfull.
      Please, go to the Booking settings page and check On - "Delete booking data during deactivation", then go to the plugin menu make deactivation of plugin and then make activation of it, and wait untill message will show "Pluginis activated successfully". Test it.

  9. Hi I am using the Free version and can you please advise how I (as administrator) can block out certain dates from being available?

    At this time I am not using the actual booking on-line feature but I wish to let site visitors know that a date my not be available.

    • Hello Bill, at Booking Calendar (free version) only way is making reservation by admin at the admin panel - "Add booking" menu.

      • Hi I'm using 9.Professional.1.6 and I STILL have to use the admin “Add booking” menu to block out certain dates from being available.
        Is there something I am missing???

        • Hello Rog,
          if you want to block some day(s) of week ( like Saturday or Sunday or some other) you can make it at the general booking settings menu. If you need more complex logic to block some dates based on season, so this feature is exist only at the Booking Calendar Hotel Edition. At this version you can make one or several season filters and assign them to the Booking resource, after this set available or unavailable days from that filter(s). Please check feature list for versions and test live demos. You can make upgrade to this version. Thank you.

          • Ummm...I think you have mis-understood my problem.

            The client takes bookings from their website via the standard procedure (Client enters request, confirmed by owner etc.)....BUT

            Sometimes the client makes a phone booking (Nothing to do with the website).

            The owner of the site wants to go into the Booking calendar admin and just click the day/s and make them unavailable rather than having to make a booking, wait for the email, and then confirm it.
