  1. Hi,

    I have some advanced cost management settings set up in the Payments tab. Using my customized form website visitors can add extras to their room. The [cost_hint] price displayed in the booking form contains the surplus of these extras and thus displays the only correct price. However, that price is not inserted into the database. Instead, the price without the cost of the extras is put into the database.

    How can I correct this behavior?

      its strange, because into DB have to be saved final FULL cost.
      What version number of your version of Booking Calendar ? Can you send the link to the page with this booking form and screenshots of your advanced cost management ?
      Also please send the screenshot of the filled form at the your page with additional cost a and screenshot in DB or admin panel, where this cost is not fully saved.

  2. when i use select rangetime, like Select time [select rangetime "8:00 - 9:00" "9:00 - 10:00" "10:00 - 11:00" "11:00 - 12:00" "12:00 - 1:00" "1:00 - 2:00" "2:00 - 3:00" "3:00 - 4:00" "4:00 - 5:00" ] , when i launch the form i dont see any of the times. If i use a different parameter instead of rangetime, like rangtimejw then i can see the times in the list, but i am not sure if that is going to not work with the calendaring. What do you think is happening.

  3. Hi!
    I've just bought the Premium edition of the calendar, and I was wondering about filters.

    I've set up 2 resources that each have 3 timeranges: 14:00 - 17:00, 17:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 - 23:00

    I need to setup a filter that says:
    - The last Wednesday in the current month, the second resource will be closed the entire day.
    And - each Monday the second resource will be closed from 17:00 to 23:00

    Is this possible if I update to Premium Plus?

      Unfortunately, such configuration of filters with times at Premium Plus version will not work. Sorry.
      You can check how is possible to configure the filters at the Booking > Settings > Filters page at live demo of Premium Plus version.

    i have just installed the plugin but the calender does not appear on my site just the form and when i fill out the form it says select date in calender which does not appear, please assist

    I own the Hotel edition and I can't fix 2 issues :
    1. The search results only appear in English. All other sections of the plugin are multilanguage. in po edit I can see that even the terms from "Search Results" are translated, but they don't appear in other languages than English.

    2. Another issue with the search : In the search results for some reason, only a few booking resources have their image displayed. I have added the image to all pages with a booking form, but only 4 are displayed.

    And a general question:
    3. When a user chooses a start and end date in "Search", is there a way to automatically use these dates in the booking form? Like a preselection? I think it's very confusing for customers if they have to fill in their dates every time they go to a new booking resource, even at the first time... Now it's like: choose the dates, see results, decide for a booking resource, choose the dates again; go back and see another booking resource, choose the dates again; this is not very user-friendly I think. It would be really helpful if the the dates, once chosen, are temporarily stored and used by the booking system until they're changed by the user.

    • Hello Sven,
      1) The issue with search results showing only in English will be fixed in future updates, right now its exist because all search request is Ajax requests and there is default English language.
      2) Please recheck that all these pages have "favorite" images (in all languages), then open the Search booking settings, and clear the browser cache and after this test it again.
      3) This feature is already implemented into the development version, so its will be available in next update of Booking Calendar.

  6. How can i make the security certificate (ssl) that i implemented work correctly? When i insert the form and calendar in one page i get a site not secure notice

    • Hello,
      please recheck that at the WordPress General Settings page, the options:
      "Site address (URL)" and "WordPress address (URL)" start from the "https", because plugin is use these options for generation of links inside.

  7. Hi!
    I've noticed in the "dark" theme that both the "booked" and "partially booked"fields are red, despite that the legend says that partially booked fields should be gray with a clock in it.
    I would like to set the "Partially booked"-field to another color.
    Is there anyway to do or circumvent this?

      to this:

    i have buy the premium version, how can i change the size of the calendar in my post ? I've trying to change the td's width in the skin css, but nothing changes...

      for example, if you use the standard theme and need to increase the size of calendar,
      so then you are need to open this file ../wp-content/plugins/booking/css/skins/standard.css

      you are need to edit this code:
      .datepick-inline table.datepick td a { height: 40px; line-height: 38px; }
      for examaple like this:
      .datepick-inline table.datepick td a { height: 60px; line-height: 58px; width: 60px; }
      and also here
      .datepick-header { font-size: 0.85em; font-weight: bold; padding: 5px 0; text-align: center; width: 282px; }
      to this:
      .datepick-header { font-size: 0.85em; font-weight: bold; padding: 5px 0; text-align: center; width: 436px; }

      • Is it really that simple, no changes in client.css?
        It does not work for me.

  9. Can the fields in the Online Booking Calendar Standard version be added or changed? I saw somewhere that it could be changed in the Fields tab, but I only have a General tab. Thanks! 🙂

  10. Hello,
    about the specific days selections : i want to allow only 7, 10, 14 and 21 days number in my calendar.
    But it seems to be a probleme because the selection of 20 days is also possible, i guess it's because it is 2 x 10 days...

    I've unchecked the multiple day selecyopn box, and choose the dynamic selection (2 clicks)

    What's wrong ? can i fix this issue ?

      yes in this configuration, if you are set the selection of days like 7 and 10 and minimum days selections as 7 and maximum as 21, you will be able to select the days: 7, 10, 14, 20, 21
      right now the system is work so. I will add this item to todo list for have excluding some days selection in future updates.
