i am using the premium calendar and i was thinking to add some custom code so i can at least pay via card, i know u don't support this so that's why i am asking if you can tell me on what file should i inject some code of mine...i just don't want to mess everything up by adding code on files i should not :-)....

You need to add it inside of the wpdev-premium.php file. But please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.
We have a holliday for which we use the booking calender. People always come on Saturday's and they leave on Saturday's. On the Saturday one leaves another will come on that day. I would like it that a day can be booked two times. So, for instance, we have reservation from Saturday 30 june until 7 july. And the next reservation comes the 7th of july. In the morning one goes and the next comes in the afternoon. But I can make reservation on those Saturday's only once. So one can make a reservation from 30th of June until the 7th of July but for the one who is coming on the 7th it is not possible to use the same Saturday for the strat of his reservation.
My questions
Is there a method to change that situation? So more people can make a reservation on the Saturdays or Saturday's has two parts. One can be reserved next to the week before and the other half can be reserverd for the week after.

Please open the general booking settings page, then activate te fixed te. Set start time as 15:00 and end time as 14:00.
After activate the range days selections. Then test it again.
Thanks for the help previously with adding “already booked” into the tool tip. After a week with the site and schedling calendar live, I find that when several appointments for a day are booked, the times listed extends past the bottom of the tool tip. Is it possible to increase the size (just length, not width) of the tool tip to keep it looking tidy? Thank you.

Incompatibility between w3tc plugin and booking calendar was the problem, once I turned off w3tc the calendar is showing up again
Probably that plugin is generated some javascript errors, thats why issue was there.

Your plugin is exactly what I am looking for, to see if i am going to buy, I am trying to test the free version but the calendar doesn't show up on my webpage. The form does show up. I read that bad javascript can cause that problem. I have checked and double checked and cant find why it isn't showing up.

Please check the header.php file from your actual theme.

you can configure the selection of the time slots at the Settings Fields page at top form like this: Select time slot: [select rangetime "10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 - 14:00" "14:00 - 16:00" "16:00 - 18:00" "18:00 - 20:00" ]
Please note, its not possible to set the selection of different time slots for the different week days. The time selection is the same for the all week days.
I am not sure, what you are mean by "first time users", but if you mean possibility to set the discounts for the visitors, who book the first time, so then its not possible.
At the Hotel Edition version is exist the coupon discount systems, so by entering the code of the coupon you can get the discount for the specific booking. Please test it at live demo.

So for one resource you can use the time fields and for other do not use in that case.
Please test live demo of that version to be sure in functionality.
So if I want to upgrade to the PP version I've got to pay an extra $44? Had I just bought that in the first place it would cost $375. Is there anything you can do on the price?

$244. Right now it's standard upgarde cost and we can not chnage it.

That's pretty poor customer service IMO, there should be no additional charge to upgrade. I'm sure a lot of people are unsure of the exact version they need when first purchasing...

Yes there are but until you install the plugin and start really playing around with it you can't fully figure out if it's the correct one for your use.

I have also looked at the log files and I have error messages that may or may not be involved:
"PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/php_gd2.dll' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/php_gd2.dll:"
but, these messages occured when the booking plugin was functional, too
anyway, when testing this:
