  1. I am using the Premium Plus version I was wonder 2 things:

    1. Is it possible to have multiple bookings for the same timeslot? We are hosting an event and want to limit each time range to 10 people.

    2. We have wo different booking calendars and would like to have different filters for each. Is this possible?

    • Hello Kevin.
      1) Unfortunately its not possible yet. Sorry.
      2) Yes, its possible. You can create the season filters at the Booking > Settings > Filters page
      and then at the Booking > Settings > Cost and availability page set the availability or rates based on those filters for your different resources (calendars).

      You can change the currency at the Booking > Settings > Payment page at the each sections of payment systems.

  3. Can you tell me if it is possible in the free version to show the changeover day as a half day and if not what version do i need to do so

      Sorry, it's not possible at free version.
      You need to check the premium or premium plus versions.
      At the general booking settings page you are need to activated the fixed time option and set check in/out times. Please note, the partly booked days are marked by clock icon. So please test it at live demo.

      Please recheck that you are inserted the booking shortcode(s) for the
      "parent" or single resources. If you are inserted the shortcodes for the "child" or deleted resources, so then it's will not show up in search results. Also please note, the booking shortcodes is possible to insert only into pages or posts.

  5. Just want to start by saying what a fantastic plugin this is. I've been able to work through most issues but I must say it is very difficult and time consuming to find answers here. It would be good to be able to search this forum.

    My problem is that I'm using the pro version with the wp-property plugin. There appears to be a conflict with the pagination slider on the wp-property plugin. The calendar looks fine on page 1, but disappears when you paginate to next page, or loses it's alignment, or both, depending what browser I'm using.

      Its seems that this issue is exist because your theme is use the dynamic ajax loading of the content of next pages. During first loading its seems that its load in normal way but then load using ajax. Booking Calendar plugin is use the loading of calendar after the html page is loaded.
      I am not sure how you are insert the booking calendars there, do you insert it into the content of the page using the booking shortcodes ?
      Try to insert the booking calendar using the php code, like this: https://onlinebookingcalendar.com/faq/insert-booking-calendar-into-other-place-of-site
      directly into the template of your theme.

      • Thanks for your quick reply. I read the FAQ but couldn't figure out how to use the method there because $bookingtype needs to be a variable. Multiple properties are displayed on same page using a loop and the booking callendar call needs to be in the loop. The only way I could do it was to create a custom field in the property details called "calendar". Then, in the template file used:

        to display the calendar for $property. It works well on the first page but not after that. I haven't figured out another way to do what I want it to do.

          • ...where small_calendar is the name of the custom field where I inserted the shortcode for the calendar. Essentially, I need to display multiple calendars of different resources on the same page where the calendar variable is called in a loop.

            • You can try to use the ID of booking resource as custom field, if you are need to have several booking forms inside of the one page so then just use the the comma separated id there. But it's will require from you some PHP coding.

        • So I figured out how to use the action hook described in the FAQ. The calendar displays fine on the first page but i'm still having the same problem. When you flip to page 2 the calendar disappears. Any other ideas?

          • Hello,

            try to recheck  for the any JavaScript errors. But probably its still some conflict with theme or other plugins according ajax loading content. Try to deactivate the other plugins and then test it again, otherwise its will require to find some solution in customization of the exist theme according this conflict.

  7. Hi,

    I want to be able to select the dates by using a check in and check out date. I use the range selection and figured out how to get the right price and not charge them for the check out date, but then the check out date is no longer available to be booked as a check in date.

    What have I done wrong?

      Sorry, but all days, which you are select in booking form is marked as booked (unavailable), if you are do not use the start/end time.

      • I'm not sure if I understood your answer correctly.

        How do I set it up so that the person selects the check in date and the check out date and still leave the check out date free to be booked by someone else as their check in date?

        Do I put price per night or day? Do I use a start and end time, such as check in 12pm check out 11am?

        • By default it's not possible to make the last selected day as available after booking is done.
          But if you will use the start and end time in booking form (check in/out time) so then last and first days became as partially booked, and it's will be possible to book them by other visitors.

  8. Hello,
    I have a strange matter. We are using checkbox in our form, when the reservation is made we receive an e-mail with the correct data, so if someone has checked the box there is YES and otherwise NO. However, the client doesn't get this info, there is YES nor NO there, it's left empty.

    I have this in my form: [checkbox valet""] Valet Parking. This in the [content]: Valet Parking:[valet]. And both emails have a field [content] in them. So how is this possible and how can I fix this??

      Please try to add one more space in checkbox configuration, like this:
      [checkbox valet ""]

  9. Does anyone have any information about, or a guide as to how this plugin can be used for the booking of courses?

    As an example:

    Course Type: IT Course
    Course Length: 4 Days
    Course Start Day: Every Tuesday (Course runs Tuesday to Thursday)
    Price: £200 per course
    Max Attendees: 10
    Location: London

    Based on the info above, I'd want someone to click the Tuesday they want to start the course on, and see the availability.

    If anyone can provide some info it'd be much appreciated and will likely lead to a purchase of the plugin.

    • Hello,
      you can try to use the Hotel Edition version, where is possible to make this functionality.
      1) Firstly you are need to create the booking resource for this course, then set capacity to this resource as 10. You can make it at the Booking > Resource page.
      2) Then open the general booking settings page and activate the range days selection feature and set the number of days as 4 and start day is Tuesday
      3) Now open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and set the cost for that resource as 200. You are need to select the "fixed cost" at the same page.

  10. Hi,

    I would like to add a parent resource, with 6 children.

    Both the parent resource and the children will only be available on a few days in a year e.g.

    1st January 2012
    5th March 2012
    19th May 2012
    31st October 2012

    Is there a way that these available days can be applied to multiple resources?

    • Hello,
      1) You can add the parent resource at the Booking > Resource page.
      2) Then you are need to open the Booking > Settings > Fields page and create 5 new filters for the each of your dates
      3) Now please open the Booking > Settings > Cost and availability page, click on Availability button near your booking resource, and then set all days as "unavailable", then make checked your filters for activation only those days available in your calendar.

      You can make this configuration only for the parent resource, if you will insert only parent resource into the post or page as booking form.

      • Is there an easier way to add multiple filters i.e. if I had 50+ different dates? Maybe in a table or database?

          Right now is only way todo this only through the booking admin interface at the Booking > Setting > Filters page.
