I am using WP 4.3.1 and have the business medium paid software. My question is regarding the date format. One the week view (our default view), the date appears as we wish: month/day/year (12/7/15). But when you click on a single resource, the date reverts to the European style: day/month/year (07/12/15). I have looked in the settings and made sure we have the date formatted as we wish. I do not see another option. Is there a way to ensure the date is consistently in the format we desire?

We have Business Small single site 5.2. For some reason the Thank You message after a booking is not working. I tried both the default message and the redirect to a Thank You page. After a booking it automatically goes to a payment page that has the PayPal 'Pay Now' button. Also, the booking confirmation emails are not sending to customers and the payment request email - sent manually from the Bookings list, is not working. I cannot see why all these things are not working. Can you please help with these?

1) The "Thank you" message or redirection to the "Thank you" page will work, only in case, if ALL payment gateways are deactivated or the cost of the booking = 0.
So please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and deactivate all payment systems. After this you will see the "Thank you" message, after visitor make the booking.
2) About emails. Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/ (the most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction).

I am creating a website for a customer and setting up appointments page. But, i would like to given him access to admin panel of the app but not the WP admin panel . This is so that it will allow him to approve or reject appointment requests. Is there a way I can achieve that with your plugin without have to give him editor access or admin access in WP? Currently I see that you can see the admin panel when you login as administrator.
Also, if I as a business purchase a business small version for multi sites, can I use the plugin on multiple-customer website and set it up for them?

1) You can set for the user of your customer user role as "subscriber". Then in admin panel you can set user role for the each of the Booking Calendar menu pages. You can set it at the General Booking Settings page in "User roles" section, its at the right side of this page.
So your customer will have the same access to the WordPress admin panel as right now in Booking Calendar live demos.

2) If you will purchase some "multi site usage" version of Booking Calendar you can install this plugin on 5 different websites of your customers.

Wonderful this is possible, but I don't know any plugin with such a high price setting. I need to pay 449$ for one site to be able to hide the calendar and set specific date? Unfortunately I'll need even the dev license, since I have staging on another domain.
This is actually a simplified use, where otherwise the personal license would fit perfectly. I regret this price setting.
What I need is simply a custom form builder, whereby the user entries are stored in the WP database. Maybe this is not what I need then 😉

In the Booking Calendar Business Large version the main feature, that is calculate availability based on the capacity of the booking resource.
So if you do not need to have the calculation of the number of remind spaces for the booking, then you can make some trick to have this functionality even in the Booking Calendar Free version. But in this case, your visitors will be abale to submit the unlimited number of bookings for this specific date.
To have this functionality, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please set checked this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)".
Then insert into the post or page shortcode with JavaScript like this:
[booking nummonths=1 type=1]

We are using Business Large Multi-site version.
We have a 3 night minimum booking period. Currently the customer sees that there is availability, if there is any resource available in the 3 nights. But in reality, it would involve this person moving rooms from one night to the next.
Is it possible to configure the plugin so that it will only show availability if there is 3 consecutive nights available in at least one of the resources?

Please make checked this option: "Disable bookings in different booking resources:" - when checked, all reserved days must be at same booking resource otherwise error message will show.
Its means that during submitting new bookings, all entire booking must be withing the same booking resource.
