  2. Hello, I have been testing this plugin and it is awesome, good job!

    I have been looking for a posibility but I couldnt find on support what I mean.. I was thinking on allow the user make a reservation on a day that is already reserved. I mean, If someone reserve the day and is pending, I want to allow another user on reserving the day and allow the first one who pay will be the final customer. Now you can not reserve if is already reserved and pending.

    I wish I have explained the situation.

        Sorry. Just created a new page - and I still havethe tooltip not appearing. Please check partially booked days on my page. When mouse is over the partially bokked date, the tooltip does not appear with the date on it.

          Just tested your new link
          and I can see the mouse-over tool-tip . I sent screenshot to your email. Please check it.

          Please be sure that you cleared browser cache before that tests.
          If yo still will have this issue, please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
          If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.

            Reservation not appearing on Calendar.

            I created one hour time slots using the filed starting 10:00

            I have created 2 reservations 10 to 11 and 11 to 12

            The 11 - 12 and other new reservations on that date do not appear.

            However when I do put the Check reservation re-check if the selected dates available during submitting booking.
            I get this error Error! Probably these date(s) just was booking by other visitor. Please reload this
            page and make booking again.

            When I reload the 11 - 12 slot is stil free.

              Its seems that you are using some cache plugin at the page.
              Please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

              Also please open the General Booking Settings page, and reselect some other calendar skin at the "Calendar section", update the settings, then reselect your previous calendar skin and update settings changes. Then test it again.

              2) Also, Please try to deactivate this option "Checking to prevent double booking, during submitting booking:" at the General Booking Settings page in Advanced section.
              This option can make issue, when you make the bookings for specific times.

  3. Ok got the plugin to work. Works great.

    Through our site, visitors book a test ride slot for trying our bike at our workshop in Berlin. However, we are planning a world tour in major cities so people can try our bike at events we are going.

    We would like to prioritize these events and have some insight where our potential customers actually live - so they fill the form - but they won't necessarily indicate a time or date to try our bikes in Berlin.

    How can I make it so the Calendar is not a required input. It simply creates an entry without date and time for booking but we capture the other information that gives us some insight where our future customers would like to see us. This compiled when we export to csv.

      You need to use some other "third party" contact plugin, like "Contact Form 7", where you can insert specific contact form. But its also means that all the data that visitor will submit, will not show in the Booking Admin panel, but you will just receive notifications on your email.

      Its does not possible to use the Booking Calendar plugin without date(s) data in the booking form.

    How do you add a horizontal booking search form.

    I can see in the settings for forms in search there is a horizontal search but when i copy the code into the page it doesnt work. When you add a search form in the wyswig it doesnt give you an option for horizontal search form.

    I also see you have horizontal search on your demo example but explanation on how it was done.

      You can use the search form customization at the Booking > Settings > Search page similar to this:

      <div class="wpdevbk">
         <div class="form-inline well">
           <label>Check in:</label> [search_check_in]
           <label>Check out:</label> [search_check_out]
           <label>Guests:</label> [search_visitors]

      Its will show your search form in 1 line.

      If you will have any issues with showing this search form, please send the link to the page with this search form.

      • I found the settings but every time i copy and paste the code it looks like code not a form like this.

        Check in: [search_check_in]
        Check out: [search_check_out]
        Guests: [search_visitors]

        I dont get what i am doing wrong to add it to the page.

        • Where do you paste this code ?
          You need to put it into the Booking > Settings > Search page.

          That code do NOT for the Booking > Settings > Fields page.

          Can you send the link to the page, where you are having this issue ?

    Small business user here. I have got the system installded and working until I am to confirm the booking and send a booking confirmation with the payment link to the guest. I do not understand how to get that working. I have a PayPal account and want to use PayPal as an example for the guest to make the payment. When sending the payment link the only result now is getting to the homepage itself.

  6. I recently purchased the single site large software. It worked fine for awhile but now doesn't appear to be working properly.

    1. In Resources>Costs and Rates>Seasonal Rates of Booking Resources, I initially set and saved seasonal rates.
    2. Later, I decided to change the seasonal rates so I went back into the Seasonal Rates, changed and updated the revised seasonal rates.
    3. However, the calendar (on the live site), continues to display the original rates and does not display the updated revised rates.

    What can I do?

      Please be sure that you activated specific rate at the Cost and Rates page. You need to recheck that checkbox at the left side near each specific season was activated.

  7. Hello,

    I am using the Small Business License.

    When inserting the booking cvalendar into a page or post, you have the option "please select the resource".
    This option does not appear if you add the booking calendar to a sidebar as a widget.
    We would prefer to have it in the sidebar, as the user can see it straight away. But if they can't choose what resource they are booking for, I do not see the point. What resource would such booking affect?

    Please help us out!

      You was added "booking form" widget to sidebar. But you need to add "Booking resource selection" widget to your sidebar. So please open the widgets menu page and replace exist widget to the "booking resource selection" widget.

        Form is in the sidebar and,
        now, on the mobile version, the booking form appears at the bottom.

        I can finally go to bed! 😀
