You need to check your wordpress@sweetwaterguesthouse.com email. May be such emails are inside of the spam,
or your server sweetwaterguesthouse.com block this emails. Its means that issue not in sending bu in receiving such emails.

I have the same issue, but the emails are not being sent.
I've checked all of the items on there. Any other ideas please?
Thanks.
Hello.
1) Do you checked point #5 and installed some other SMTP plugin for sending emails ?
2) Please recheck your mail log at the serve configuration is the emails are sending or not. And if they does not sending check the reason of why they not sending. If you can not find the mail log, please contact the server administrator or support of hosting company.

Dear,
I have seen the demos of Business Medium edition - which would be suitable for our organization - and I have one question. In the admin panel, bookings come in with the status = Pending. If I want to reject a booking immediately, I cannot do that. I first have to approve the booking, then I can reject it; this is confusing, in the first place because the requester will receive an approval e-mail followed by a cancellation e-mail, and in second place because the status is set to Pending again.
Is there any way to add a third status (Rejected), and to add a Reject button immediately for incoming bookings?
Thank you for your feedback.
Sincerely,
Herman
Hello.
By default, when someone make the booking, this booking have the pending status. That's why we can not reject/decline this booking, because its in pending status. And in current versions, decline/reject is means changing status from approved to pending.
But you can still can delete the booking. Booking Calendar still will send the same "decline" email to the visitor, but if you delete the booking, this booking will not exist in the system anymore.
In a future updates of plugin, instead of deleting booking, specific booking will be go to the trash folder.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
I have a problem with how my availability calendar is shown in the front end. I would expect the date boxes being colored in three ways: available, unavailable, pending. However, this is only the case for the dates in the 3rd and the 5th row in the calendar. In the other rows, the date boxes are all filled with white, and the date digits get a 'booked=red' color when booked, otherwise the date digits are white/grey. Any idea?
thanks!
Simon
Hello.
Please activate showing legend under calendar to know what color of day is meaning. You can activate it at the General Booking Settings page in Form section.
Also please recheck that you do not activated the "Unavailable days from today" option at the General Booking Settings page. This option have to be = 0.
Please note, that all past dates (before today date), will mark as unavailable with white background color.
If you are using the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions, please recheck that you do not set specific dates as unavailable at the Booking > Resources > Availability page.
Kind Regards.
Fantastic product.
How can I send a booking request to several of my staff at once?
At present, a booking request is only sent to me.
Kind Regards,
Derek
Hello.
In current versions of Booking Calendar is does not possible to configure for sending payment request as "copy" to several emails.
Its send copy of this email only to the "email" that you configured in field "From" at the "Payment request email tab".
Probably you can set in the account of email system (like in gmail.com) the re-sending of incoming email to several different emails if you will receive new emails.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
I know on the business version that we have purchased, you have already said that this cannot be done. However, my clients insists that on the booking calendar overview page they want a calendar layout view like on the add booking or calendar view on the website. The calendar overview page is currently in rows by month. Can we pay for this view to be customised? If so how much would it costs and how long would it take to do?
Thanks
Hello.
1) Firstly please note, we do not provide the personal customization of plugin, we can only add new features to the TODO list for future updates. Please read more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/need-new-feature/
2) Also in the next major update of Booking Calendar 7.0 (which have to come during next 2 months or so), have to be possible to insert the "Calendar Overview" page (timeline) to the front-end side of website. Its will be read-only view of calendar.
3) If you was meaning about some other feature, please explain more detail, what exactly functionality do you need at the Calendar Overview page.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
They require the calendar overview page to look like a calendar for each month. Only on the admin WP side. They are willing to pay for this.
Thanks
Hello.
Please note. No need to pay additionally, we do not provide personal customization for integration of specific features. We can only integrate not exist features into future updates. Its because we have no free time for some personal customization at personal websites. Please check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/need-new-feature/
2) Relative to showing month view at "Calendar Overview" page. Basically its possible to show in month view (its not the same layout as calendar at front-end, but structure of showing dates similar), if you select specific parameters.
- firstly you need to select only one specific booking resource at the toolbar in "Calendar Overview" page.
- then you need to switch to the "3 Month View" mode by clicking on this button at toolbar.
- and finally you need to set start day of showing dates as "1st day of March" or other months.
After this configuration you will see 1 month view for specific booking resource at Calendar Overview page.
Kind Regards.
Hi, I'm a Small Business user. Is there anyway to create a Booking Manager user only for manage bookings? I can manage bookings with users with contributor role at the moment, but not want that every contributor can manage bookings.
Thank you in advance
Hello.
Sorry, actual versions of Booking Calendar does not support custom user roles for managing bookings. It's support only standard WordPress user roles.
I will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in a future updates.
Kind regards.
Good Day,
The "check in date" short code when used in my form, generates the check in date and arrival time (see fig. 1 below) in the email. I do not want the arrival time included, is there a fix for this?
The "start time" and "end time" short codes, when used in my form, generate the time, but "AM" and/or "PM" is missing in the email (see fig. 1 below). How do I get these to appear in the email?

Hello.
The ability to show dates and times in different format, link in your description possible only in the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions.
In this versions, firstly you need to use these additional shortcodes in your booking form (at the Booking > Settings > Fields page):
Dates:[check_in_date_hint] - [check_out_date_hint]<br>
<div style="display:none;">[start_time_hint] - [end_time_hint]</div>
Full cost of the booking: [cost_hint] <br>
As you can see you can show or hide specific shortcodes.
And then at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, you can use this configuration:
A new booking request has been submitted by [salutation] [first_name] [last_name] at '[client_email_address]'
They want to book a [resource_title] on [check_in_date_hint] from [start_time_hint] to [end_time_hint]
Click the link below to approve or deny this request.

PS. Also you need to activate AM/PM time format at the General Booking Settings page in Booking Listing section.
Kind Regards.

Regarding my issue w/ AM/PM not appearing in the email when using the "[starttime]" and "[endtime]" short codes,
are you saying that there is no way to get "AM" and/or "PM" to display in the email without upgrading Booking Calander? I have the Small Business product and find it hard to believe that it is designed to not allow the user to specify AM or PM in emails, this is something basic that a small business would need to do when handling booking.
Although I have the small business version of Booking Calander, I followed your instructions and tried changing the date format from the General Booking Settings page and noticed that the "[check_in_date]" short code now appears differently in the email, see below ...
Before changing AM/PM settings:
[check_in_date] = March 25, 2016 07:00
After Changing AM/PM settings:
[check_in_date] = March 25, 2016 07:00 AM
Support: "show dates and times in different format"

Regarding my issue w/ the "[check_in_date]" short code, I'm surprised that you're saying I need to upgrade to remove the arrival time from being shown in the "check in date." This is a date, it has nothing to do with the arrival time; this short code (check in date) appears to have an error in which it displays the check in date and the arrival time, only the check in date should be shown. The fact that the "[starttime]" short code exists and displays the same information in the email, suggests further, that this is an error. Are you saying this is not the case?
Hello.
In the Booking Calendar Business Small version possibl to show times in AM/PM format, if you are using [starttime] and [endtime] shortcodes in the Booking form.
If you are using selections of the starttime and time and rangetime shortcodes, then inside of the booking form is inserting values from these selectboes, thats why its appearing in a 24 time format. This issue will be fixed in a future updates.
I was send new email to your email [ goo ... ty @ gmail.com ] with possible solutions about this. So please check your spam folder, if you do not see this email in inbox, and reply. So we can provide fix for you.

Good Day,
I've just configured the Google Calander import settings in Booking Calander. To test it's functionality, I approved a few test-booking that I entered manually and through the site. None of the bookings appear in the Google Calander interface (on the Google Calander website). Does this just time time to appear or is something wrong? If it takes time, is there a way to minimize this time?
Note:
My calendar ID is in the field next to the resource that I'd like to have bookings appear on my google-calander for. The check-box next to the resource name is not checked.
"Active Auto Import" is activated (i.e. there's in a check in the box next to this text)
I've got auto import set to import every hour (but after an hour I have not seen the bookings on my google-calander
I've got the "Event Name" configured to display on my google-calander as "the product name"
Thank You
Hello.
Booking calendar support only import of events from the Google Calendar (not 2 sides sync). Info about it exist in any settings pages at plugin website and at help configuration page of plugin website: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-gc-events/ The export functionality exist in our todo list for some future updates of booking calendar.
If you have issue with importing events, then please check these items.
Please check that you are have some events in the Google calendar that relative to some of your booking resources,
before today date (may be you just do not have there events).
Then please recheck that these events was not imported already as bookings (you can test it with some new created booking resource, which do not have any bookings at all).
Then open the Booking Listing page, click on the "Import" button at the "Actions" toolbar and configure correctly parameters in the popup window,
check the results. Be sure, that selected parameters in the popup window fit to your events parameters.
Also recheck the Sync parameters at the Booking > Settings > Import page.

Hi, small business user, how can I link different costs to different time slots within the same resource?
Hello.
In the Booking Calendar Business Small version you can set "cost per hour" at the General Booking Settings page in Cost section.
And then at the Booking > Resources page you can set specific cost per hour for different booking resources.
So for exmaple, if you set cost per booking resource as 20 USD
And in the booking form by using this shortcode: Select Times:<br />[select* rangetime multiple "10:00 AM - 12:00 PM@@10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 PM - 02:00 PM@@12:00 - 14:00" "02:00 PM - 04:00 PM@@14:00 - 16:00" "04:00 PM - 06:00 PM@@16:00 - 18:00" "06:00 PM - 08:00 PM@@18:00 - 20:00"]
You was selected timeslot "10:00 - 12:00", so then cost per booking will be 40 USD (2 hours * 20 USD per hour).
If you need to set the different cost for the different timeslots. For example:
10:00 - 12:00 = 20 USD
12:00 - 14:00 = 30 USD
14:00 - 16:00 = 40 USD
16:00 - 18:00 = 30 USD
18:00 - 20:00 = 20 USD
then such functionality available in the Booking Calendar Business Medium and higher versions. Please read more about this feature and how to configure it here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#additional-cost
You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
Kind Regards.

Why is this happening?
