  2. We have 13 rooms that we can rent daily but your booking system only allow 1 booking per day. How can we set a booking per number of rooms instead of just 1 per day.

    Exam.

      If you wan to make several bookinngs on the same calendar (instead of having the different calendars for the different rooms, check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#booking-resources ), so then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version.

      In Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) in same calendar by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
      At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).

  3. Hello,
    I bought the Business Medium version of WP Booking Calendar.
    I am now configuring it.
    Our business is open from Tuesday to Sunday. The only day off is Monday.
    I would like to set-up the booking form so that people can book a resource for example from Saturday to Tuesday.
    Thus Monday needs to remain available for booking.
    However they should not be able to checkin or checkout on Monday because the office is closed.
    Does your plugin allow to do this? This is quite important for me as I don’t have the personnel to open 7 days.

    • Hello.

      Yes, such feature is available in your version of plugin.

      Please open the General Booking Settings page, and in the "Calendar" section activate the "range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks"

      then set minimum and maximum number of days selections,
      after this activate the using specific start day of range selection and select all week days except Monday.

      Unfortunately, actual versions of Booking Calendar does not support showing "category" of post, where was inserted booking form, in the search results. Sorry.
      I will add this feature to the TODO list for future updates of plugin.

    • Hello.
      There are several restrictions in configurations of the options and names in selectboxes or checkboxes at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.

      Please check these points:
      A) If you are using the custom forms at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, then the length of custom form name must not be longer than 30 symbols.

      B) You do not need to use some special symbols, like $ or & or umlauts in the names or options of the shortcodes of checkboxes or selectboxes at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Otherwise there possible some issues at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

      So instead of this shortcode:

      [select package class:span1 "No Extras" "$50 Breakfast Hamper" "$50 Wine & Cheese Platter" "$100 Breakfast Hamper AND Wine & Cheese Platter" "$595 Midweek Romantic Escape (unavailable on weekends)"]

      Please use this:

      [select package class:span1 "No Extras" "Breakfast Hamper - 50 AUD" "Wine and Cheese Platter - 50 AUD" "Breakfast Hamper AND Wine and Cheese Platter - 100 AUD" "Midweek Romantic Escape (unavailable on weekends) - 595 AUD"]

      If you still will have this issue, then please recheck your error.log at the server configuration, to check about the reason of this issue. May be there some restriction in server side about requests, etc...

      • I am just trying to adjust the settings for a "standard form", so I am thinking that the above does not apply.

        What should I be looking for in the error log?
        Are there any special memory / PHP Configuration requirements?

            1) Do you have any "Custom forms" or only "standard" form ?
            2) Try this, please open the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page and set all "100%" values to 0
            And all other percentages, like "120%" to some fixed value, like 20
            Just for testing. Then try to save these changes. May be your server block sending requests that have symbol "%".

            3) Also if the issue still exist, then please send configuration of all your booking forms in TXT file to the support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
            and also please send screenshot of current configuration of all forms at Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
            So I can retest your config locally.

              But as I said - I am just trying to adjust Standard

    I would like to know if it were possible to arrange to the booking minimum start 4 night for example in summer and 1 night in winter. This way if customer try to book 1 night in summer he can’t make reservation.

    1. Is it possible for the admin booking manager to look like the front calendar? Or at least have the check-in/check-out partially-shaded like on the front of the site?

    2. Is it possible to have a minimum 2-night booking for Friday and Saturday? 1 night for the rest of the week? Book friday - 2night min booking. Book saturday - 2night min booking.

    • Hello.

      1) If you asking about ability to show "front-end" calendar at the "Calendar Overview page, so sorry its does not possible. Please try to switch different views in Calendar Overview mode, may be some view will be good for you.
      Also you can add new booking in admin panel at the Booking > Add booking page, where is displaying the calendar, like at the front-end side.

      2) Yes, its possible you can define it in the booking calendar shortcode in the options parameter. Please read more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/#booking-options-condition
      Of course, before this, you need to activate the "range days selection mode, using 2 mouse clicks and configure there rules for days selection for general situations.

        Just to clarify - I have the "range days selection mode" activated, set to 1 night minimum and 2 mouse clicks. This needs to stay the same for every day.

        So, can I keep this the same, while creating an additional rule for Friday & Saturday?

    Has anyone ever integrated it to WPBC?

      Unfortunately this payment system is not supporting in actual versions of plugin. Sorry. Also it's was not implemented early, as far as I know.
      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

      If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how is integrated the Payment system (on the example) of the PayPal system at this file:../booking/inc/payments/paypal.php . You will be need to create your file with similar structure in that folder. Also you are need to include the calling of your file into this file: ../booking/inc/payments/index.php in the same way, as it was done for the other 3 payment systems.

      Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.
