I'm having an issue. Here's what happens.
Scroll down > Check availability > Choose a room from search and book now > The issue is when I click "book now," the resource post loads, but then takes me halfway down the page. I need the page to load at the top.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/lib_l.php
then find this code:
. '#bklnk' . $value->id
and remove it. Please remove exactly this part of code. Please search and remove this code careful.
Its exist in 3 different places in this file. You need to make this remove 3 times.

We have 13 rooms that we can rent daily but your booking system only allow 1 booking per day. How can we set a booking per number of rooms instead of just 1 per day.

If you wan to make several bookinngs on the same calendar (instead of having the different calendars for the different rooms, check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#booking-resources ), so then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version.
In Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) in same calendar by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).

I bought the Business Medium version of WP Booking Calendar.
I am now configuring it.
Our business is open from Tuesday to Sunday. The only day off is Monday.
I would like to set-up the booking form so that people can book a resource for example from Saturday to Tuesday.
Thus Monday needs to remain available for booking.
However they should not be able to checkin or checkout on Monday because the office is closed.
Does your plugin allow to do this? This is quite important for me as I don’t have the personnel to open 7 days.

Yes, such feature is available in your version of plugin.
Please open the General Booking Settings page, and in the "Calendar" section activate the "range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks"
then set minimum and maximum number of days selections,
after this activate the using specific start day of range selection and select all week days except Monday.

There are several restrictions in configurations of the options and names in selectboxes or checkboxes at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
Please check these points: A) If you are using the custom forms at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, then the length of custom form name must not be longer than 30 symbols.
B) You do not need to use some special symbols, like $ or & or umlauts in the names or options of the shortcodes of checkboxes or selectboxes at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Otherwise there possible some issues at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
So instead of this shortcode:
[select package class:span1 "No Extras" "$50 Breakfast Hamper" "$50 Wine & Cheese Platter" "$100 Breakfast Hamper AND Wine & Cheese Platter" "$595 Midweek Romantic Escape (unavailable on weekends)"]
Please use this:

If you still will have this issue, then please recheck your error.log at the server configuration, to check about the reason of this issue. May be there some restriction in server side about requests, etc...

2) Try this, please open the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page and set all "100%" values to 0
And all other percentages, like "120%" to some fixed value, like 20
Just for testing. Then try to save these changes. May be your server block sending requests that have symbol "%".
3) Also if the issue still exist, then please send configuration of all your booking forms in TXT file to the support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
and also please send screenshot of current configuration of all forms at Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.
So I can retest your config locally.

In these versions you can activate the range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks, and then configure such type of different number of days selection depend from season or week day in the Booking Calendar shortcode, during inserting this shortcode into the post or page.

1. Is it possible for the admin booking manager to look like the front calendar? Or at least have the check-in/check-out partially-shaded like on the front of the site?

1) If you asking about ability to show "front-end" calendar at the "Calendar Overview page, so sorry its does not possible. Please try to switch different views in Calendar Overview mode, may be some view will be good for you.
Also you can add new booking in admin panel at the Booking > Add booking page, where is displaying the calendar, like at the front-end side.
2) Yes, its possible you can define it in the booking calendar shortcode in the options parameter. Please read more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/#booking-options-condition

Unfortunately this payment system is not supporting in actual versions of plugin. Sorry. Also it's was not implemented early, as far as I know.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how is integrated the Payment system (on the example) of the PayPal system at this file:../booking/inc/payments/paypal.php . You will be need to create your file with similar structure in that folder. Also you are need to include the calling of your file into this file: ../booking/inc/payments/index.php in the same way, as it was done for the other 3 payment systems.
Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.
