I have this case :

or this can be achieved by passing some params in the shortcode ?

In general its possible to configure the additional cost depend from the option selection in your selectboxes from your booking form at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. Check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#additional-cost
But in your case, because cost does not have fixed increment or percent from cost with 6 visitors, its does not possible to set such costs at Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page for only 1 booking form.
I can suggest that you can have 2 different custom booking forms with 6 and 9 visitors selections and 2 different booking resources. Then you can insert these 2 different booking forms and booking resources one under other. Because in this selection: https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/ does not possible to use the "agregate" parameter for the booking shortcodes.
You are using the different booking resources, so you need to show in calendar of each booking resources the bookings from other booking resource. And because of that you can do this by using the "agregate" parameter in the booking form shortcode. Please read how to configure it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/
After this you can configure the different cost for the different booking resources at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page by clicking on the "Valuation days" button.

The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
Other payment systems (including "WorldPay" ) is not supporting in actual versions of plugin, yet. Sorry.
If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how is integrated the Payment system (on the example) of the PayPal system at this file:../booking/inc/payments/paypal.php . You will be need to create your file with similar structure in that folder. Also you are need to include the calling of your file into this file: ../booking/inc/payments/index.php in the same way, as it was done for the other 3 payment systems.
Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

For fixing this issue, please make these steps:
1) open wordpress plugins menu and press deactivate link at Booking Calendar plugin.
Please wait for message that plugin is deactivated successfully.
2) Then press at activate link of Booking Calendar.
Important! Wait for message that plugin is activated successfully.
Test it.
Please be sure, that your MySQL user from WordPress installation have the rights for the altering of columns in the tables of DB.

Hello again. I'm so close to having this all set up!
I am having an issue with the [hint_cost] in the Form Fields. It shows up on the web page - but the amount is off. When I fill out the request and hit submit, the cost is correct for the PayPal payment. Somewhere the hint_cost is pulling in the rate + (???).
I have the rate set at $55 cost/hour under Resources, no season filters or anything under "costs and Rates". My start time rates are all 100%, duration times are all hard numbers - not percentages (as they fluctuate based on duration + taxes), and terms/conditions is 0%.
Is there somewhere else I should be looking? This has stumped me for 2.5 days, and I'm starting to lose my hair!

If its correct, then please send screenshot of General Booking Settings page, Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page and screenshot of your rates and valuation days cost settings from the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page for the booking resource with ID = 5

Please note, with season filters you can define as unavailable only days, not the times.
2) In other (lower) versions of Booking Calendar you can make block specific days by making blank bookings at the Booking > Add booking page.
3) Also please note, in the Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions you can use the "Auto fill" button at the top right side of Booking > Add booking page for making "fast bookings" in 3 clicks.

- the resource have time slot Lunch and Dinner

Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date, its does not possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Please read my suggestion about the possible configuration at the bottom of this comment.
The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation). another problem discovered, Because of the nature of the configuration of resources to have Lunch and Dinner I come up a solution where 2 shortcodes will be added in the post separated by tabs, and since this codes are copied and move to a metabox and pass it to the template as do_shortcode value from metabox, the search function does not work. Do you have any recommendation to fix this problem?

1) If you are having issue of loading JavaScript and CSS of plugin with your actual them, so you can restrict to load these files only on specific pages with your booking forms. You can activate and configure it at the General Booking Settings page in Advanced section. Click on "Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading" and then activate this option "Load JS and CSS files only on specific pages" and configure your pages.
Next major update 7.0 of plugin will have update of bootstrap files.
2) Unfortunately in actual versions, its does not possible to transfer parameters from the booking form, when you activated redirection to the "thank you" page, instead of showing payment form. Sorry.

You can open the General Booking Settings page, and in "Advanced section" expand "show advanced section of JavaScript loading" and set checked this option: "Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End". Its will block loading of BootStrap files of plugin. But its also will prevent of showing mouse over tooltips at the calendar day cells, which is show availability.
So in this case, you will load only your new Bootstrap files of theme.

continuation of my last comment, because based from the search result box in the search tab admin
[booking_resource_title] featured image, taken from the featured image associated with the post,
[booking_featured_image]
[booking_info]
since the shortcode of the resouce is not posted inside the post editor of a post instead it was place to a custom fields and pass to the template as metabox
because of this approach, your search result doesnot get any result at all. But i tried to copy the resource shortcode inside the post a result page will be generated. Hope you get what i mean.

If you open the Booking > Settings > Search page and click on the "Clear cache" button, you will see how many posts and links to these posts with booking forms are found. If you see there 0 found posts with booking forms, so no search results will be exist in search form.
You can make customization to make search of posts with some other shortcodes and not the booking forms.
For replacing this behavior, please make this fix.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/biz_l.php
then find this code:

I've got a really weird problem. The booking plug-in is completely installed and tested here on my mac. When the client makes a booking and accepts it, it won't show in real time on the frontpage. There is a huge delay. He works on a pc with internet explorer. When I do the same here on my mac, it instantly shows on the frontpage... I've checked a lot of things (incl. the time settings, etc...), but I can't find anything... I don't know what to do? Is this a know issue? Please advice.

If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

another problem discovered, Because of the nature of the configuration of resources to have Lunch and Dinner I come up a solution where 2 shortcodes will be added in the post separated by tabs, and since this codes are copied and move to a metabox and pass it to the template as do_shortcode value from metabox, the search function does not work. Do you have any recommendation to fix this problem?

So system is making search only among the pages, where you inserted the booking forms, and not the booking resource selection shortcodes or custom PHP cost with do_shortcode ...

I am having a big problem with the plugin's old bootstrap css and js, the other option that i can think of is there a way a for a 2nd step to go to a new page to complete the booking detail/form, and in this page will be a member2 plugin where they will require to login/register to continue the booking process?

1) If you are having issue of loading JavaScript and CSS of plugin with your actual them, so you can restrict to load these files only on specific pages with your booking forms. You can activate and configure it at the General Booking Settings page in Advanced section. Click on "Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading" and then activate this option "Load JS and CSS files only on specific pages" and configure your pages.
Next major update 7.0 of plugin will have update of bootstrap files.
2) Unfortunately in actual versions, its does not possible to transfer parameters from the booking form, when you activated redirection to the "thank you" page, instead of showing payment form. Sorry.
Please note, if you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how is integrated the Payment system (on the example) of the PayPal system at this file:../booking/inc/payments/paypal.php . You will be need to create your file with similar structure in that folder. Also you are need to include the calling of your file into this file: ../booking/inc/payments/index.php in the same way, as it was done for the other 3 payment systems.
Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

You can open the General Booking Settings page, and in "Advanced section" expand "show advanced section of JavaScript loading" and set checked this option: "Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End". Its will block loading of BootStrap files of plugin. But its also will prevent of showing mouse over tooltips at the calendar day cells, which is show availability.
So in this case, you will load only your new Bootstrap files of theme.

The submit of the booking form is inside of the ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/js/client.js file in this function: mybooking_submit
The opening of the modal window, I can suggest is making by your scripts, because in default plugin version, there are no default scripts for opening modal window.

continuation of my last comment, because based from the search result box in the search tab admin
[booking_resource_title] featured image, taken from the featured image associated with the post,
[booking_featured_image]
[booking_info]
since the shortcode of the resouce is not posted inside the post editor of a post instead it was place to a custom fields and pass to the template as metabox

because of this approach, your search result doesnot get any result at all. But i tried to copy the resource shortcode inside the post a result page will be generated. Hope you get what i mean.

If you open the Booking > Settings > Search page and click on the "Clear cache" button, you will see how many posts and links to these posts with booking forms are found. If you see there 0 found posts with booking forms, so no search results will be exist in search form.
You can make customization to make search of posts with some other shortcodes and not the booking forms.
For replacing this behavior, please make this fix.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/biz_l.php
then find this code:

Please note, now you need to insert into the content of the each post shortcodes like this:

instead of
[booking type=3]
You can hide these shortcodes, so its will be visible only for the Booking Calendar and not the visitors:

I've got a really weird problem. The booking plug-in is completely installed and tested here on my mac. When the client makes a booking and accepts it, it won't show in real time on the frontpage. There is a huge delay. He works on a pc with internet explorer. When I do the same here on my mac, it instantly shows on the frontpage... I've checked a lot of things (incl. the time settings, etc...), but I can't find anything... I don't know what to do? Is this a know issue? Please advice.

If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
