    • Hello.
      This is general info that are saving to the DataBase. Please note, you can view info about the bookings in different formats only at the admin panel. Booking Calendar does not support showing such bookings info in "table" format at the front-end.

      If you want to make customization to show this info at the front-end, so then you need to make customization and parse this data. the good point to start checking how to show this info indifferent format is function get_form_content ($formdata, $bktype =-1 , $booking_form_show ='', $extended_params = array() ) inside of the ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/lib\wpdev-booking-functions.php

      Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

      Unfortunately we can not start, right now, some personal customization or custom development, because almost have no free time. Thank you for understanding.

      The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

      You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

                I checked this option:
                "Check this box if you want to use recurrent time to reserve several days. This means that middle days will be partially booked by actual times, otherwise the time in the booking form will be used as check-in/check-out time for the first and last day of the reservation."

                But I dont see it working at the demo of multiuser.

  3. I am making a booking calendar for a taxi service for the elderly. They can make a reservation for a pickup time from their home to another address. What I want to do is that they can also arrange the pickup time to be brought home in the same reservation. Is that possible without the time in between the two pick ups being reserved? So that it is possible for other people to make a reservation in between?

      Sorry, I do not sure that clearly understand this queastion.
      If you asking if its possible to make the booking, that in the middle of other booking, like first booking start on 10:00 and end at 14:00 of 2016-05-23 and you need to make new booking on same calendar for 11:00 to 12:00 of 2016-05-23, so then such functionality is not possible. Sorry.

      I can suggest that you can activate to set the days always as available, at the General Booking Settings page in Advanced section, and then use just text field or selectbox (just normal not the times shortcode) for entering/select pick-up time. Its also means that days in calendar will be always available, and you can have intersected (overlapped) bookings.

      If you was meaning something else, please explain about this more detail. Thank you.

          If you are using 2 fields selection of start time and selection of end times, so in these shortcodes you need to use only one time value, not range. So intead of your configuration, you need to use something like this:

          • Thank you! It is not possible to book 2 timeslots in one booking?
            For example: pick up time between; 09:00 - 09:30
            return time between 14:00 - 14:30

            and leave the timeslots in between available for other customers?

              Sorry, its does not possible to make such bookings of 2 timeslots with gap inside during one booking process.
              You will be need to make 2 separate bookings for such purpose.

  4. Hi, I have a strange issue where the paypal buy function is not working.

    I had it working originally, then we tried to add a new resource and the paypal button doesn't appear. The system provides a confirmation message but doesn't ask for payment. Since then I have removed the new resource and the associated booking form to try to get everything back to how it was. But it's still not appearing. We are using Business Large Multisite 6.1.

    Can you advise if there could be some setting overriding the paypal payment option? Or if this could be some bug?

    • Hello.
      1) Please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and recheck that you activated specific payment option, like PayPal.
      2) Also please open the Booking > Resources page and be sure that you set specific cost for specific booking resource. the cost must be higher than 0. If you are using Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher version please recheck settings at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page for rates and valuation days.

      The "Thank you" message, instead of payment form is showing in situation when all payment systems are deactivated or if the cost of the specific booking = 0.

  5. 1) If a calendar booking has form fields with 4-5 email addresses for different parties attending a session....How can I only send a confirming email to 1 email address....instead of all of them getting a copy?

    • Hello.
      1) By default Booking Calendar have to send email only to the standard (main) email field [email* email] and not to the all email fields that you are using in the booking form. What version of Booking Calendar do you use ?
      2) You are having some mistake in configuration of "Content of booking fields data" at the Booking > Settings > Fields page. Probably you forget to close some HTML element, like </div>. SO please recheck carefully that all HTML elements, like DIV or SPAN or STRONG, etc... have the ending closing elements.

        1) Yes I know ....By default Booking Calendar have to send email only to the standard (main) email field [email* email]..... the issue we are having is when a booking is PENDING and we CONFIRM it an email goes out to all parties that have email addresses. In our case that means it is going out to not just the person who is making the booking but all the other parties setup in the form fields. We want those email addresses for future email contact but not to get the confirming emails. I hope that sense!

          • This code change does not fix the problem. No I receive the booking request to the moderator email address. Plus it goes to 1 other email address on my form but NOT to the sender [visitoremail] which I have changed to [emailbooking]. Any Help?

              You can activate sending or not sending copy of email to admin (moderator) about approving of booking at the Booking > Settings > Emails page in "Approve email template" tab by checking specific checkbox.

              In the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, you need to use this shortcode:
              Email (required):<br />[email* email]
              Its main email address, which will be used for sending emails to visitor. In the "Content of booking fields data" at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, for this shortcode you need to use this code:
              <strong>Email</strong>:<span class="fieldvalue">[email]</span><br/>

              You need to create new booking and then test it.

    I'm using the latest version of WP (4.5.2), the latest version of Booking Calendar (6.1), and the Business Small premium version. I'm having the form pop up in a modal using the configuration code in the FAQ. I'm also trying to have different time drop downs for different days, however the form ends up showing the condition shortcode inside of the form instead of functioning as a conditional.   8. I am trying to use the booking calendar.

    We have people checking out and in on the same days.

    I am unable to create correct dates of a booking. Once I have a dates blocked out, even though it is a check out, I can not create the next booking that would be coming in on the same day.

    Is there a way around this?

  10. I'm having a hard time setting up additional costs like Taxes and Endcleaning for our holiday homes. I've read the help pages but it's still not clear to me. Can someone hel me with step by step instructions...?

    Also, how do I get to see the sub total and total amounts to be paid...?

      1) You need to define some checkboxes (or selectboxes), in your booking form at the Booking > Settings > Fields page, that will relative to your additional cost , like: tax or cleaning.

      Example:

      relative to Tax checkbox, which is visible, and this checkbox is checked by default, thanks to default:on parameter.

      This check box is not visible, checked by default and relative to our cleaning cost:

        I need to add few more things. What would be the best way for our visitors to select a number of Towel Sets with costs accordingly? Like 1 set + €7,50 / 2 sets + €15 / 3 sets €22,50 / etc.

          You can ue selectbox with selections of number of towels at the Booking > Settings > Fields page in a way like this:

          and then at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page use this cost configuration:
          towels: "0" = 0 "1" = 7.5 "2" = 15 "3" = 22.5
