Unfortunately, Booking Calendar does not support importing/exporting of the ical/ics, yet. Sorry.
Also plugin does not support synchronize with Airbnb, Homeaway, or VRBO.
These features exist in out TODO list for future updates. But I can not say about the exact day of implementation of these features.
Booking Calendar support import of events from Google Calendar.
And paid versions of plugin support of export bookings to the CSV files.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in actual versions of Booking Calendar.
It's does not possible to activate some timeslots based on previous bookings of other timeslots during the same date.

If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Also its possible situation, when 2 different visitors can open the pages with booking form at the same time, and at the same time select SAME date(s) and time and submit the booking. To prevent this workflow, please open the General Booking Settings page and in "Advanced section" set checked this option: "Checking to prevent double booking, during submitting booking".

Its possible to see what times and dates are booked in specific booking resources only in separate calendars for each booking resources.
You can insert the several calendars for the different booking resources into specific page. And then under each calendar you can have link to the separate page with booking form for this specific booking resource.
In a future major update 7.0 of plugin, will be possible to show at front-end side of website, "Calendar Overview" of different booking resources in the same way as you can see it at admin panel. In actual version update 6.2 this feature is not available, yet. This update have to come until end of summer.

If you was asking about can you change the time-slots list in this version, so, yes, of course you can edit it at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar. You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. What I meant is, I have appointments that are 2 hours long for example: 8:00 to 10:00. I would like to have one appointment that starts at 8:00 to 10:00 and another that starts at 9:00 to 11:00. Technically these overlap between 9:00 to 10:00. Will it work appropriately with the business small?

After you made first booking (08:00-10:00), the second booking (09:00-11:00) other visitor will not be able to book.
Because this time: 09:00-10:00 already booked.
So here you need to list times that does not overlap each other.

Ok, but if I purchase Business Large then I can set it up so that multiple customers can book the same time-slots depending on the capacity that I choose, right?
Also when switching from Business Small to Business Large booking calendar, do I still need to pay the Business Large in full?

1) In the Booking Calendar Business Large version is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).
Its means that in the booking form you can have just some data selectbox, where visitor will select the "TEXT Time", that only will be saved into the DataBase, but will not play any role in availability. Its also means that your website visitors can make SEVERAL bookings with the same option "08:00 - 10:00", because this option in this logic is not time, but just some data that simply saved to the DataBase. Then number of bookings, that possible to make for specific Date, will depend from the capacity of booking resource.
At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).

1) Unfortunately, user who is making the booking must select each day in calendar, where he/she need to make the booking.
So user can select each Wednesday in calendar where he/she need to make the booking and then select the time-slot and submit the booking form.
In addition you need to activate this option "Use time selections as recurrent time slots" at the General Booking Settings page in Calendar section. This means that middle days will be partially booked by actual times, otherwise the time in the booking form will be used as check-in/check-out time for the first and last day of the reservation.
2) The "admin@blank.com" value in the email field is using in plugin for several checking about setting dates as booked and for example not sending emails for such type of booking.
In general you can make customization of plugin relative these auto-fill data at the file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/inc/biz_s.php

You can activate "Automatically approve/cancel booking" at the Booking > Settings > Payments page (for example at PayPal section, if yo are using PayPal gateway) in some payment gateway.
Then during submitting booking and making payment at the payment system, if the visitor click on "return to your website" link (from Payment system after making this payment) the booking will be auto-approved. But if visitor does not click on "return link" and just close the page, then the Booking Calendar will not know about this and status of booking will not change.
If you are using PayPal, you can also configure IPN system (at the Booking > Settings > Payment > PayPal > IPN page ), so in this case, PayPal will send notifications about status of payment, does not depend from the clicking on "return link".

Hi, I have a case where we are doing bookings for a tour company. They want to let a user select a day from the calendar and then select which tour they would like. However, they only have one vehicle (max 6 passengers), so once the first person has booked a particular tour, the availability for that date needs to show the number of spots still available and that it is ONLY for the specific tour that as already been selected.
So ...
- If no-one has booked on a particular date, the user can select that date and choose any of the tours.
- If someone has already booked a tour on that date, and there are spots available, subsequent users can select that date but ONLY the tour that is already designated for that day (and can only book in up to the number of remaining spots).
- There needs to be a total of 6 spots available for any particular tour/day.
Can we do this with your plugin? I've been reading about the capacity concept but can't see if it will fulfil this exact requirement.
