    A Customer should only a maximum of 2 specivic Days in one Mounth.

      Unfortunately, this feature is not supporting in actual version of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

      Tip. You can insert the booking form into some password protected page(s), and provide access to this page, only if its possible for this user.
      The logic is it possible or not possible to access to this page(s) have to be done outside of the Booking Calendar plugin by some other plugin or your theme.

  4. Hi, I am thinking about using the plugin as an internal item booking system. I would like to know if I can limit the plugin to users who are logged . So if I create some users it will only be those users who can use the booking system and name etc. is filled out based on their wp user infomations?

    • Hello.
      You can insert the booking forms for specific booking resources into the password protected web-pages (its standard functionality of WordPress) and inform password only to your registered WordPress users.

      Also you can activate the "Auto fill fields" options at the General Booking Settings page in Form section, so for logged in users some booking form fields, like "First Name", "Second Name", Email" will be auto-filled from user profile.

  5. How do you show availability on the availability calendar while booking? Right now I can only get it to show what is booked on the popover, which is the opposite of what a user needs to know.

      If you are using booking resource with specific capacity and so then in mouse over tooltip, when mouse over specific day, then is showing number of available "spaces".

      If you are making booking for specific time-slot on single booking resource (capacity =1) then in mouse over tooltip is showing booked time-slot(s).

      • When booking for a specific time-slot, is there a way to allow a booking when some time slots are still open? I have Business Large SingleSite 6.2.2, and once one time-slot is booked it does not allow the next user to book any more available times that day.

          Yes, it's possible.
          1) Please be sure that you make the booking for single booking resource (capacity =1).
          2)Be sure that you correctly configured times shortcodes at the Settings Fields page (use shortcode generator at the right side of that page for configuration booking form fields shortcodes).
          3) Please be sure that you do NOT activated using "check in/out" times at the general booking settings page.

      You can use 3 selectboxes, for selection "Day Number", then selection "Month" and selection "Year" from predefined lists.
      {Fixed} Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Fields page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

          Sorry, I was made mistake, instead of shortcodes in the Booking Calendar shortcode you need to use shortcode generator at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
          In any way here is possible solution:

    How do I do to show only the "availibility calender" plus a dropdown menu that switch between availible resources for example room 1, room 2, room 3. So only availibility but not possible to book via form.

    As it is now when I show only "availibility calender" I have to choose a pre-defined resource for example Room 1 and then my other rooms not showing in drop down.

      But this shortcode show booking form instead of availability calendar.
      The workflow here is to remove everything from your booking form at the Settings > Fields page. And to have there only [calendar] shortcode.

      But I can suggest that you still need usual booking form, in this case in Business Medium and higher versions possible to create new custom booking forms and to have booking form fields there. Check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#custom-forms

        I got Medium version. I checked the shortcodes but no luck. I want to have it like this:

        I don't want any form under it. I only want the visitors to be able to see availability for all resources that I added - not just one which the dropdow shows.

        If I choose form it's possible to get shortcodes with a dropdown plus calender plus a form below. So I figure maybe it's possible to just get dropdown (choosing resources) plus the availability calender.

        Any ideas for shortcodes?

  8. I purchased the personnel version of this plug. I am waiting to add to the forms for my calendars a Check In (Date) and a Check Out (Date). I know you can click the dates on the calendars, but it confusing to the customers. Is this possible under the personnel calendar plug or do I need to upgrade.

      the ability to select start day of selections and then click on last day of selections in inline month view calendar, and automatic selections of all middle days possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small and higher versions.     1. What are my options to give my users to search for available resource in a particular day ?
    2. How can i relieve logged-in users from filling a booking form ? Is there a way to enable a successful booking with only: resourece, date and a submit button ?

    • Hello.
      1) The ability to make search for specific check in/out days at front-end side of your website possible in the Booking Calendar Business Large and higher version. Please read more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity

      2) You need to open the General Booking Settings page and activate this option: "Auto-fill fields" at the Form section.
      So if logged in user try to make the booking, then in the booking form, some fields, like "First Name", "Second Name", "Email" will be auto-filled by data from user WordPress profile. And such logged in user does not need to enter such data again.

      3) The email field in the booking form is obligatory field in the booking form. Because many actions depend from the email of submitted booking.

      You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

      Booking Calendar does not support search for specific available TIME.

      The Booking Calendar Business Large and higher version support search availability only for specific FULL days (not the times).
