    http://adirondack.pikusoftweb.com/book-now/

    Thanks

    • Hello.
      Please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and Set cost “per 1 day” instead of cost “per 1 night”.
      Save changes. Test it.
      Kind Regards.

  2. Hi,
    I have booking calendars set up at: https://pewseyvalelivery.co.uk/arena-booking/
    The two at the top under the heading Livery Bookings only are set at a free hourly rate. But in the backend I have set External Instructor = Yes under the advanced cost settings to have the value of £10 and No to be free.
    However if you select "Yes" the cost still displays £0.00 and it doesn't charge anything?

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

    • Hello.
      1) You need to set the cost "per 1 day" at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
      2) And you need to select at least 1 day in calendar, so then the Additional cost, after selection of "Yes" option will be apply total booking cost.
      Kind Regards.

      • Hi,
        I have followed as above but it still isn't being applied.

        Thanks

        • Also with cost "per 1 day" selected the price no longer adjusts according to the time period (30mins, 1 hour, 1 hour 30mins) selected

          • Hello.
            You need to set "cost per 1 day" and then set checked this option "Time impact to cost". Its will make that the day cos t will be calculated based on the number of selected hours.
            For example if you have set cost per booking resource as 240 USD at the Booking > Resources page,
            and you have selected the 2 hours in the booking form at front end side, so then cost will be * 240 USD / 24 hours ) * 2 hours = 20 USD

            If you still will have an issue, please send screenshots from all your configuration and exact link to the page with booking form with issue to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
            Thank you.

  3. Hello, am using the Business Small SingleSite 8.0 version.

    Despite having 7 time slots available for booking, the day becomes booked out after only 4 have been booked.

    I can't seem to figure out how to change this.

    Please help!

    • Hello.
      1) Please be sure that you have correctly configured the timeslots selection at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
      Be sure that you have set "single day" selection in calendar at the Booking > Settings General page.

      2) Also we recommend to update your version of Booking Calendar to the latest update 8.5.1
      You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      Kind Regards.

  4. Hi there

    I have a conditional shortcode to restrict the time slots when users can book a certain room. The shortcode looks like this:

    [condition name="weekday-condition" type="weekday" value="1,3,7"][select starttime "08:00" "09:00" "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00""16:00" "17:00" "18:00"][/condition]
    [condition name="weekday-condition" type="weekday" value="2,4"][select starttime "17:00" "18:00"][/condition]

    That works great for all the days except sunday. I have no idea why that's not working. I also checked that there are no filters for the days, but we only have one for friday and saturday.

    What do you think?

    Best,
    MB

  5. Hi,

    I have a resource booking form for 8:00am-4:00pm, but when a resource is booked for a full day from 8:00am-4:00pm, it is still showing as available in the search results. I'm assuming this is because times other than 8:00am-4:00pm is technically still available even though those times can't be selected? 8:00am-4:00pm is considered a full day for the resources, so is there a way around this to not show it available in the search results when it is fully booked between those times? I have tried setting a check in/out time in settings and removing 4:00pm as a possible check in time. I also clear search cache after every change, but no luck.

    Thanks

    • Hello.
      1) Basically if at least one timeslot are booked for specific day, so then such day, must not be showing in the "SEARCH RESULTS" like in this example: https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/search/

      2) But if you mean about the ability to show as booked the entire day (if all those timeslots booked) in the usual booking form, so then please be sure that you are set the "single day selection" mode at the Booking > Settings General page and you are using the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.5.1
      You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      If issue relative to the point #1, so then please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s)". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings. This option "Use pending days as available" must be unchecked, as well.

      If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

      Kind Regards.

      • I would like to keep timeslot selection and possibility for multiple bookings per same day and still have it show up in the search results if there are any timeslots available for that day. But if all the timeslots between 8:00am-4:00pm are booked for that day, I would like it not to show in search results. I would also like to keep multiple day selection (in this case, multiple 8:00-4:00pm days). Is that possible?

        I'm using Booking Calendar version 9.MultiUser.MultiSite.8.4.6 with no caching plugins.

        • Hello.
          1) Please update to the latest update 8.5.1
          You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

          2) If you will use in the booking form the timeslots seletion like this:

                <p>Select Times:[select* rangetime multiple "10:00 AM - 12:00 PM@@10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 PM - 02:00 PM@@12:00 - 14:00" "02:00 PM - 04:00 PM@@14:00 - 16:00" "04:00 PM - 06:00 PM@@16:00 - 18:00" "06:00 PM - 08:00 PM@@18:00 - 20:00"]</p>

          Also if you will activate the "Multiple days selection mode" and this option "Use time selections as recurrent time slots",
          So if all times will be booked for specific day, so then such day will become unavailable in the calendar in the booking form.

          2) But if you will make at least one booking for specific timelsot in specific day, and will make the search availability, so then such day will not be showing in the search results. Search availability form show only the results, WHERE DAY fully available.
          Of course its works only for the "single booking resources".

          3) In case, if you was created the booking resource with specific capacity (booking resource have some child booking resources), so then point #1 will not work.
          Kind Regards.

          • I'm not using multiple range time slots. I'm using two select menus - a check in time select menu and a check out time select menu.

            If I use a time slot selection like you suggested, I can only select one time slot at a time. Is there a way to select multiple time slots? If so, that might solve my issue since those would be the only available time slots for the day. I tried having a check in time slot and check out time slot but after I select a check in time slot, it won't let me select a check out time slot.

            • Hello.
              1) Unfortunately, in this case, system will not mark such dates as fully booked. Booking Calendar can mark day as fully booked, only in case if you are using the rangetime selection shortcode. Sorry.
              We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.

              2) With rangetime, does not possible to select multiple time-slots. Sorry.
              Kind Regards.

              • Thanks. In the meantime, is it possible to filter out search results during specified times? For example, if I can filter out all resources for times other than 8:00-4:00pm, they won't show in the search results, whether they are actually available or not.

                Alternatively, is it possible to have a season filter with times included, in addition to the days, weeks, months and years that are already there?

  6. Hello Support

    I'm looking for a way to support multple page form wizard. Currently i can only have 2 different steps.

    Is it possible to add additional steps and if yes how can i do this?

    • Hello.
      Currently its does not support in the Booking Calendar versions. sorry.
      But you can check this file ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder}/js/client.js

      function bk_calendar_step_click( el ){

      and

      function bk_form_step_click( el ){

      and create your new function for new steps in such configuration.

      PS We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.
      Kind Regards.

  7. Hi there,

    Rows 3 & 5 of my calendar are the only rows displaying the colours correctly. The other rows show the booked dates but just in bold red text rather than the full red background. This the same on all months.

    see image: https://pasteboard.co/IhrApPx.png

    I've not touched any of the ccs, first time download.

    Thanks in advance

    • Hello.
      This is issue because of css conflict with some other plugin or theme.

      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      Otherwise send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.

      Kind Regards.

      • Thanks for the prompt reply, I'm presuming this is a conflict with the theme (muffingroup) as labels of the booking table within the WordPress dash aren't showing correctly either. Everything works fine, purely visual.

        The page is: https://www.lochanside.co.uk/online-booking/

        Is there any way around this?

        • Hello.
          Please try to make this fix.
          Please open this file https://www.lochanside.co.uk/wp-content/themes/betheme/css/shortcodes.css

          ( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )

          then find this code:

          /* Table */

          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) th{background:none}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr:first-child td{background:none}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) th,.style-simple table td{border-width:0 1px 1px 0}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr td:last-child,.style-simple table tr th:last-child{border-right:0}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr:last-child td{border-bottom:0}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr:nth-child(2n) td{background:none}

          and replace it to this code:

          /* Table */
          /*
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) th{background:none}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr:first-child td{background:none}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) th,.style-simple table td{border-width:0 1px 1px 0}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr td:last-child,.style-simple table tr th:last-child{border-right:0}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr:last-child td{border-bottom:0}
          .style-simple table:not(.recaptchatable) tr:nth-child(2n) td{background:none}
          */

          • Many thanks, that's got the colours showing correctly for the booked dates.

            But my imported closed dates from booking.com aren't showing on the calendar - they're showing on the backend page, and also show up when they are imported back into booking.com. Is there a fix for this?

            Many thanks again for your prompt assistance, great support!

            • Hello.
              1) Please be sure that you have defined correctly the import shortcode. Please check more here: https://oplugins.com/plugins/wp-booking-manager/booking-manager-help/#events-import
              Be sure that you have imported the bookings into the "booking resource", that is showing at that page (booking resource with ID = 1 ).

              2) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

              3) And do you see these imported bookings in admin panel at the Booking > Add booking page ?

              Kind Regards.

              • Hi there,

                ID changed to =1, and no cache plugins currently installed.

                It's strange, see them in table view but not on the booking page or the calendar view on the admin panel or on the site itself.

                See pictures:

                Many thanks again

                • Hello.

                  Its really weird relative to the "13 of June" booking.

                  Front-end side: https://imgur.com/a/psG34o3

                  1) Can you try to delete this booking, and then try to import it again ?

                  2) Also please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s)!

                  Thank you.

                • Also may be, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
                  Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
                  If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
                  We just need to find the reason of this issue.

  8. Hello.
    I have medium business version. I want to create "seasons" where one would need to rent a minimum of 3 days or 4 days.
    Example:
    Holiday season: minimum 4 days
    Spring break: minimum 3 days
    Week-ends (regular season) : friday and Saturday must be rented togheter.

    I defined the specific dates of Spring Break and Holiday in Resources/Season filters.

    What conditions must be in the Form?

    Thanks,

  9. Hi

    Is it possible to set the plugin up so that if I choose to book a friday, saturday or sunday, all of the weekend is marked as booked?

    So far I am only able to set a condition so that if I book any day of the weekend, I book 3 days, but it can be friday-sunday, saturday-monday or sunday-tuesday. I need the weekend booking to always be friday-sunday no matter which dya of the weekend you want to book.

    I have the business large solution on wordpress 5.2.1

    Best regards
    Sonny

  10. Hi
