In this version you can create 2 different WordPress users and activate 2 different booking admin panels for them. So each user can have own booking form and own payment system (but only among supporting by Booking Calendar: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#payment
).
In this case you can have 2 differnt forms and payment forms for each of activated wp user.

You can activate option “change booking hash after approving of booking” at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
So then when you will approve the booking, the previous edit or cancelations links from the email (about new booking) will not work.
You just need to Approve the bookings before 7 days to check in day.

None of my booking emails are sending out (to admin and visitors). I have your plugin installed as part of the WP Real Estate 7 Pro theme but it doesn't seem to send confirmation emails.
I have checked and tested my SMTP and verified with my website host that my emails are indeed working properly.

If you have installed this plugin so all emails is sending by this plugin. May be you have configured something incorrectly in settings of WP Mail SMTP.
Please contact support of this plugin about correct configuration of this plugin.
1) Please try to test sending of emails by creation of new bookings at front-end side of your website (do not test it from sending test emails at Booking > Settings > Emails page).
You need to install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue. Please contact support of this plugin about correct configuration of this plugin.
3) If the issue still will exist , please try reconfigure Subject and Content of the email template. Make it simpler. May be because of some server restrictions, you are having blocking of sending these emails.
4) Finally, please recheck your error.log and mail.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors.
If you having troubles with checking these files, please contact support of your hosting company about this.

It’s seems that installation of plugin was incorrect, because the database table for dates was not created.
Please try to reinstall plugin.
Open the WordPress > Plugins menu and then click on deactivate button under booking Calendar plugin.
Then click on Activate button.
Please be sure that your MySQL user have the rights for creation and altering tables. You can contact support of your hosting to recheck these points.

Is it possible to add one additional field or to be able to add a custom field to the resource records. I have mentioned before, that I want to have a centrally managed reservation (meaning a single user can manage all bookings) but I want to be able to send notification messages to one additional email address. When bookings are made for resources they are listed in.
If you could add a customer field to the resource as follows:
1.) Add CC field to the resource config this would contain an email address.
2.) Allow me to use that CC field as a shortcode in the send copies to field in all of the different types of emails
This would allow me to have a single Entry Form, Single set of email templates. If there would be a charge for such a thin please let me know.
I do understand how your system works, with different admin panels for each user, and custom forms/email templates for each of those, but that isn't how I would like to have our system setup. It would be much easier if I could centrally manage the form and email templates and just add an additional recipient in the resource record that could be used as a shortcode when setting up the email template.
Process as I see I would like it...
1.) Resource record gets created with all current fields and one additional field which would be a CC email address
2.) User creates a booking for that resource
3.) Emails get generated using the default email template but, I can add a shortcode of the reousrce CC address to the copies emails to fields in the email template.
4.) Administrator, User and CC would all get copies of the email without me having to setup multiple panels for multiple users. The only reason they get copied is to ensure the two folks can connect for additional information like, location of asset, etc.
I hope this makes more sense now.

Basically the purpose of Booking Calendar MultiUser version it’s to having separate booking admin panels for differnt users. So each users can have completely independent booking admin panels and can configure own booking form and own email templates.
But if you just need to send copy of emails to several email adress, so in latests update 8.1.2 you can configure several comma separated emails for the each email template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
But please note, the content of the emails will be the same for the any booking resources. You an define only additional several emails for sending to them as copy.

While I understand how you designed it, I am asking if we can get a custom version or whatever to provide the capability.
I am also aware of the new fields email copy feature. However, it is not the same people that will get every email. That is why I asked for (1) addition field in the resource record for the email to be used in the copy). This way I can add the email of the person to receive copies of the email per resource. Then on the email template section, you already allow me to pull the resource title and ID, this would just be an addition field pulling from the same location so that I can use the shortcode for [ccemail] in the email copies field. That is all I am asking for.
Are you saying that you are not willing to do the work eve if paid to do so? I spent a lot of money on this plugin and I am willing to invest a little more to get what I am asking for, but if you are saying you are not willing to do that, the I have no use for the application because I do not want other users having to login to manage the bookings. As I stated in a few previous emails all of our stuff is auto approve, so there is no need for folks to login, but there is a need to have them receive just a simple copy of the reservation. The folks that receive these copies are different PER RESOURCE, it seems to me that this is not a big change. Please let me know what you are willing to do.

1) The issue with this custom development, that we do not have enough time for making customization for each of our customers.

Because currently we are working on creation new update, and if we will make additional customization for each customer, we just do not make plugin better in this case.
Also this customization not just simple, adding new field to the Booking > Resources page, its will require additional checking and and getting data during creation of new bookings, also changing interface at 2 admin pages, and rechecking about correct showing fields at mobile devices at the Booking > Resources page, etc...
2) With actual version of Booking Calendar MultiUser version you can create several WP users, but only you can know login details and configure this custom emails for the different booking resources that belonging to the different users. So you just will be need to make one additional steps in configuration. A) Just create new WP user (at WordPress > Users page. Then open the Booking > Settings > Users page, and activate this user as "Regular user". B) Login with this user, then configure your new CC email at the Booking > Settings > Emails page. C) After this you can login with your actual "super booking admin user" open the Booking > Resources page, and assign to specific booking resources as owner your (newly created WP user (from point #A), as owner of this resource(s) ). So in this case, if someone will make booking for this specific booking resource(s), then emails will be sending to emails that you was configured at the point B.
Its means that you need to do only 2 additional steps in this configuration A and B, and its have to work as in your description.

Please open the Booking > Settings > Payment page and in "Payment settings" section deactivate this option "Time impact to cost". Save changes and then test it again.
Please be sure that you are testing booking in booking resource, that belonging to WordPress user, which you was logged in for changing these settings.
Because different WP users have different Payment settings.

1) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

2) What do you mean by "one renter" - if its new user, which have to receive new booking for own place, so then all description in the above point #1 will not work. In this case, you need to have unique calendar(s) (booking resource(s)) for each of your places. And you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version. In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please be sure that you are testing booking in booking resource, that belonging to WordPress user, which you was logged in for changing these settings.
Because different WP users have different Payment settings.

I have some questions before buy pro version. i would like to be sure :
1/ On my web site i have many place to rent is-it possible to have one booking calendar per place to rent ?
2/ One place to rent = one renter, is it possible to manage notification for each renter ?
3/ When renter send new place to rent, is it possible to create a calendar when the renter submit new place to rent on front end ?
4/ Is it possible to have summary of the rents for each renter ?

1) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

2) What do you mean by "one renter" - if its new user, which have to receive new booking for own place, so then all description in the above point #1 will not work. In this case, you need to have unique calendar(s) (booking resource(s)) for each of your places. And you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version. In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them.
