  2. Hi,

I'm using Booking Calendar "small business". Is there a way to print the calendar-view? I get a blank sheet from every system I use (different browsers, different OS).

    Thanks in advance,
    Thomas

    • Hello.
Currently there is no some native print mode for the calendar overview page. Sorry.
You can try to make screenshot and then print it, if the previous direct printing is not show good result.
But in general you need to test print in Firefox and Chrome browser for such page.
      Kind Regards.

  3. Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to synchronise Bed24 or other site of channel Management with this plug in
    thanks for your help!

    • Hello.
If this service (Bed24), support import and export bookings via .ics feeds, so then its possible. Please contact support of this service about more info if this service support import and export bookings via .ics feeds.

      Booking Calendar plugin is supporting

      - import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)

      - and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

Please read more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync

Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

Now about export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

      Kind Regards.

    • Hello.

Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

Otherwise, probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      Kind Regards.

      • Additionally, if you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the "Advanced section", please be sure that you have not activated this option: "Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):". This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

        Kind Regards.

        • Hello,

I tried all of your suggestions with no change. Instead, I deleted all the bookings and reimported the feeds and that solved the problem. Not sure why it didn't work before, but it seems to be working now.

          Thank you

          • Ok, good to know that it’s working now for you.
            Kind Regards.

  5. Good Morning
We have purchased "Booking Calendar Business Small" and we have some doubts that we would like to solve:
1.- Set different prices for Adults and Children within the same resource.
2.- How to limit the maximum number of people within each time block?
3.- How to show different time blocks in each resource?
4.- Can the payment system be integrated with Woocommerce?
We look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thanks for your time.

    • Hello.
      1) Such functionality available in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#additional-cost
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/advanced-costs-video-overview/

      2) Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in anyversions of Booking Calendar.

      Please check my suggestion bellow.

      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity

You can test it in the live demo here https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/

At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

Highly recommend, to check this article about configuration of capacity and availability for booking resources: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/capacity-concept/

      _____________________________________________

Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times.

Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

And only after that select the date and fill the booking form. Its can be look like this: http://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource-2/

Please note you can set specific days as unavailable or available via season filters.

      Check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability
      and watch this video https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-season-availability/

      _____________________________________________

      3) The different selections of times possible, if you will use the different custom booking forms for the different booking resources, its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#custom-forms
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/custom-booking-forms-video-overview/

      4) Booking Calendar does not support integration with Woocommerce. Sorry.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration, other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

Please watch more in this video: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-payments/

If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how was integrated exist payment system in plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/

Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

      Kind Regards.

      • Hello,
I'm very sorry but I've read and read again your doc and your answers. But I can't resolve my problem. I almost sure that my settings are good. I've paid the "Business Large SingleSite 8.2" version and I can't use the Capacity functionnality correctly !
        I'm getting disapointed...

My booking resources structure is like this:

        test. | Max visitors = 1 | capacity = 3
        test1
        test2

Instance : When I make a reservation and I select 3 visitors (for example) then I can proceed to the paiement and approved the booking. But, if I go back on the resource's calendar, then the availability is 2 ! It should be 0...

I can share my login on Admin WordPress if it's necessary... Or share screenshots with you...?

I'm looking forward your solution, proposition...!

        • Hello.
You need to open the Booking > Settings General page and in Advanced seduction set checked this option “Set capacity based on number of visitors”. Then you need to activate this radio button option “Display tooltip on calendar(s) to show availability based on total (fixed) number of visitors for the resource, which can be at free booking resource items.”.
          Then save changes.
Make new test booking and test your availability.
          Kind Regards.

            • Hello.
Ok, can you send screenshots from the Booking > Resources page and from the Booking > Settings General page (Advanced section) and link to the page with your booking form to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com ?
              Thank you.

  6. Hi,
I am trying to implement the new [bookingcustomerlisting]-tag in a special page for the my customers.
Everything is working fine up to now - can see my bookings via the [visitorbookingslisting]-tag in the confirmation email.

However, since a customer can book one or more of 12 different ressources at our site, I want to show her the monthly calendar in a way like we have it in the backend - meaning: All resources in one big monthly calendar, sorted according the alphabetical listing.

But If a customer has not booked at least one resource in a certain month, the listing looks quite strange: Just the calendar dates and nothing below.

Can I change this view in a way that all resources show up in the [bookingcustomerlisting]-calendar view - but only the bookings this customer had booked?
    Thank you, Frank

    • Hello.
Bu default, for specific actual months is showing only booking resources (while you are using [visitorbookingslisting] )that currently booked for this month.
If there is no bookings for actual months so then this booking resource does not show in the list at the left side in this timeline view for specific visitor.

In case, if you want to show always all booking resources, so then please make this fix.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/admin/wpbc-class-timeline.php

( you can check how to edit files in WordPress menu in this article https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/how-edit-file-in-wp-menu/ )

      then find this code:

      if ( isset( $this->request_args['booking_hash'] ) ) { // Get booking details by HASH, and then return Email (or other data of booking, or false if error $booking_details_email = wpbc_check_hash_get_booking_details( $this->request_args['booking_hash'] , 'email' ); if ( ! empty( $booking_details_email ) ) { // Do not show booking resources with no bookings $this->request_args['only_booked_resources'] = 1; //Set keyword for showing bookings ony relative to this email $args['wh_keyword'] = $booking_details_email; // 'jo@wpbookingcalendar.com'; } }

and replace it to this code:

      if ( isset( $this->request_args['booking_hash'] ) ) { // Get booking details by HASH, and then return Email (or other data of booking, or false if error $booking_details_email = wpbc_check_hash_get_booking_details( $this->request_args['booking_hash'] , 'email' ); if ( ! empty( $booking_details_email ) ) { // Do not show booking resources with no bookings $this->request_args['only_booked_resources'] = 0; //Set keyword for showing bookings ony relative to this email $args['wh_keyword'] = $booking_details_email; // 'jo@wpbookingcalendar.com'; } }

  7. Hi I am using the paid version business medium calendar and am having some difficulty and will try to explain the issue as best I can.

On our website I have 6 pages where the calendar is integrated, i have the settings on the calendar set to range of days selection and it works beautifully on 5 of the pages. But the other page for some reason only allows single day selection so the range of days setting is not working on that one calendar.

An example would be if I select 16th june, and then click on the 23rd of june it should be 7 nights booked but it is jult booking the 16th and the 23rd.

I have been looking through all the setting and as I said on the other pages with the calendar it is fine, if I add the booking myself it works but when customers go to the site and try to book the issue happens.

Hopefully you can offer some guidance.

    Thanks in advance,

    Edd

  8. maybe a strange one....but im installing this on a site and the admin wants to be the ONLY person who can add bookings. Is there any way to 'deactivate' the form from the page and just leave the calender which shows bookings and availability? e.g a visator to the site would not be able to see the form below the calender? thanks
