    Is it possible to change the language of the months in the calendars? It seems to be romanian now, and I want to use english (or dutch)

      Booking Calendar change language of calendar and interface automatically depend from your active locale of website. Usualky you can change the locale of website at the WordPress > Settings > General page.
      If you are using some translation plugin, like wpml, then you can change locale (language) in menu of this plugin.

  2. Hello,

    Right now people can select more that one date on my calendar. Is it possible to make it so only one date at a time can be selected?

      You can activate the “single day” selection mode at the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section.

      1) please be sure that you Calendar was public as in description in that faq instruction.
      2) Be sure that you have not imported the events before. Try to create new events in google calendar and then try to import it again.
      3) during import process do the Booking Calendar show any warnings ?
      4) Otherwise please send screenshots of configuration of settings pages from the Booking Calendar to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com to recheck it.

    I want to install this plugin on a restaurant reservation page.
    After doing
    Now copy the Calendar ID to use in the Booking > Settings > Sync > Google Calendar Events Import page in your WP admin panel for "Calendar ID" field(s).

    I will be able to see all the booking made using this plugin in my google calendar?

      As in description at this instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-gc-events/ at section #4
      at point #3, you need to open the booking Listing page for start importing your Google Calendar events. Just follow that instruction, there detailed step by step instruction with screenshots, for each step.
      So you will see imported bookings, after clicking on import button in actions toolbar at the booking listing page, after all those configurations.

    I have setup the booking form and configured all the settings we want, and
    everything works fine, except, on the form displayed on the website, the email
    field is autofilled with admin@beautybybridgett.com

    I have searched and searched for any answers that relate to emails using your software,
    and have gone through every possible setting option in the Booking Calendar section in WP,
    and I have not been able to fix this.

    • Hello.

      Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Form section, please be sure that this option "Auto-fill fields" was UNCHECKED.
      So please uncheck this option and save changes. Then test it again.

  5. Hello
    I have problem with auto-cancellation for pending, unpaid bookings - when set for 15 minutes - don't cancel before this time.
    I didn't setup any payments options (i don't want it) - is this required?
    I have checked option "Auto approve bookings after creation booking in admin panel".
    All i need is only send e-mail to me with form from client - I don't want pending on calendar, I want set dates by my own on calendar - nobody else.
    Can You help me with this?

      If you have deactivated the the payment systems, so then you no need to have auto cancelation option at the Booking > Settings General page. Please deactivate this option, otherwise all your bookings will be auto canceled.

      In case if you need that all your pending bookings is showing as available days in calendar, until you do not approve some bookings, so then it’s pissible in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version.       You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

        But the problem is - I want to all of my by booking will be auto canceled, but this is not happen. All I need is e-mail from contact form with dates - after this I decide if I want it book on calendar or not, and I want to set it manually by admin panel.
        Is it possible?

          Please note, auto-cancelation can execute every 1 hour (or other period), if you have configured CRON at your website or if some visitor is visited your website, and cancelation time exceed that specific "auto cancelation " time duration from last cancelation .

          If nobody visit website during "1 hour" (or other period of time), so system just does not start script for initializing checking about (auto cancellation, etc... ) some bookings. In this case, you need to configure CRON script at your server. Currently its working with pseudo-cron functionality:

          WordPress Cron is what many people refer to as a “pseudo-cron system.” The difference is in how UNIX cron and WordPress Cron take action. A typical UNIX cron system runs in this order:

          - A time tied to an action occurs.

          - Cron runs the action tied to that time.

          With WordPress Cron, it works a little differently:

          - A visitor comes to any page on your WordPress website.

          - WordPress Cron checks each cron event to see whether the scheduled time has passed.

          - If the scheduled time for that event has passed, then WordPress Cron executes any actions tied to that event.

              No, we can not, because it’s really depend from the server that you are using.

    i manage to buy one of the booking calendar versions , but i don't know what is the best fit to me because of different versions options, so i need your help to decide which version to buy, what i actually need is :
    1- when booking , i want to if select the start and end dates , so all dates between first and end dates are automatically selected.
    2- translate form booking such as (name, email, phone , etc) to my language (arabic).
    3- if someone make any booking i want to print an invoice (please not i dont have online payment, all payments will be offline -pay on delivery- ).
    4- change the form email from (Required) to normal.

      1) The ability to select multiple days by selecting first and last day, possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions via range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#range-days-selection

      2) You can configure the booking form with labels in your language at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      3) by default the invoices does not support in the Booking Calendar. But you can customize the emails that is sending after creation of the booking in invoice style way at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

      You can deactivate all payment systems at the Booking > Settings > Payments page. Or you can activate one payment option “Pay by cash”. Basically it’s just showing some text info. So you can configure this text in a way like showing invoice for your visitors.

      4) The email field in the booking form is required field. It’s can not be removed or skipped, because much logic in plugin depend from it. So it’s does not possible to set it as optional field. Sorry.

  7. Hello, i want to know if theres an option to autocancel booking if they're cancelled for example in AirBNB with the sync. The Sync System no cancel this.

      Unfortunately, it’s does not possible in actual versions of plugin. Sorry.

      It support only import of new events or export exist bookings from Booking Calendar.
      It’s does not update the bookings if they was modified at other source.

  8. Hello! I'm trying to sync my calendar up to Airbnb, and vice versa. Is there a way that they will automatically update? I'm finding that they don't sync up automatically and I have to in and reimport the calendar every time I want to update it

    • Hello.

      Booking Calendar plugin is supporting
      - import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
      - and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      Export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

  9. Hi Guys,

    Am using the Booking Calendar small business for Consultations in our Training business.
    Have viewed many FAQ's, but not found exactly what we were trying to do! examples below
    1. Only do consultations on Saturdays - this is working ok
    2. Finally got it to function properly and is allowing only 1 booking per day not 4 - so good for 1 booking ONLY!
    2. We have 4-time slots available for every Saturday 10-11.30, 11.30-1, 1-2.30, 2.30-4pm. so we have 4 clients in on Saturdays.
    3. Now when 1 client books e.g. Saturday at 1pm -2.30pm ( 1 session time) now that Saturday on the calendar is booked out, which is not what we want, as still have available 3 more time slots for that Saturday!

    Is there some code where the time slot for a certain Saturday can be noted as unavailable when booked, but not the other time slots that have not yet been booked for the same Saturday, as these other time slots are still available for that same Saturday?

      1) Since next update 8.3 of Booking Calendar will be possible to make bookings for specific timeslots in the Booking Calendar Free version. This update will come during this month.

      2) Currently in actual versions of plugin the advanced bookings for specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.

      The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the “shortcode generator” on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode. ~ You can use one”timerange” (timeslots) or “start time” and”end time” selections or”starttime” and “duration”of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.
