  1. Hello,

    I would like to define end date of booking, But seems there is no setting that can enable end date of booking.. Would you please guide me how I can do that... It is very urgent. I can define start date but there is no finish date.. I am using paid version of this software

    • Hello.
      In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions possible to activate the range days selection mode using 2 mouse clicks. Here you can define specific week day as start day of seletion and in section “Specicic number of days” you can define number of days to select (separated by comma). So by this you can define end date of selection because you know start week day and number of days which possible to select.

      Or you can define minimum and maximum number of days to select instead of specific number (leave this field empty). Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#range-days-selection

        I am asking, How to define end date for booking in the admin... I know specific date selection and all... My question is we can define start date so how to define end date so that customers can make booking between those dates..
        Such as start date of one day tour is 20th july and last tour is 15th September.. So calendar will show available booking options between these two month..
        I have enabled 2 month booking setting in the admin but it count two month from each new day. Such as it is showing available booking from today (13th July) to 13th September, while tomorrow it will show 14th July to 14th Sept..

        How to fix finish date of tour???

          1) You can define as available dates in calendar via season filters at the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability

          2) Also in Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions possible to set as start day selection day for specific season in the Booking Calendar shortcode in option paramater, and also during these season you can define the specific number be of days to select.

          So you can define that during these 2 months you can start seletion at specific week day (like Monday), if you need this.

          And also you can define that visitor can select only 30 or 60 days, so lower number of days can not be selected. And this condition in other words define end date of selection.

              You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

    But it brings new problem, we have two tours each have unique price structure.. While through this setting, it is applying rule to both tours (both are adding same price as defined here). Could you suggest how we can apply unique prices for both tours

  3. I know about it, My question is different, I have two totally separate tours and I would like to assign unique price to both tours, How I can do it??? If I am using advance cost, It is applying defined cost in both tours.. while my both tours are different from each other

        Sorry for delay with reply (missed this question).

        Yo can create the several custom booking forms at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
        After this you can insert into the post or page the custom booking form for specific booking resource (tour).
        And in this case, you will be able to configure different additional cost at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page for each of your custom booking form (and its means for your different tours) separately, at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page (just select specific custom booking form).

How do you remove the red warning that appears on the booking part of my website that says "Warning booking calendar for this booking resource already at the page, please check more about this issue at the page https/wpbooking calendar.com/faq/why-the-booking-calendar-widget-not-shows-on-page"? I went to that page but was unable to understand what was written. Please help!:)

      You have inserted 2 booking forms into this page. Or you are having booking form in content of the page and also booking form at widget of some sidebar for the same booking resource.

      You need to remove widget or second booking form from the page.

      At the same visible page possible to show booking form or availability calendar for the same booking resources only once.

      Please note, in the Booking Calendar Free version exist only one default booking resource. So you can show at visible page the availability calendar or booking form only once.

      Unfortunately no. Booking Calendar plugin support only inline month view calendar, for day(s) selection. Sorry.
      Its because in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions different conditional range days selection logic depend from it.

  6. hi,

    i have the small business licence.

    i had one vehicle doing tours and now i have added a second to the fleet. each vehicle takes 2 passengers but its sold on your plugin as 1 tour.

    how do i insert the 2 on the plugin to allow clients to book the 2 vehicles if they are a group, ex: family of 4 that need the 2 vehicles?

      1) Its possible to make 2 different bookings only for booking these 2 vehicles. Please note, you can have selection of vehicles at the same page like in this live demo https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/

      2) In case, if your tours bookings for the entire day (not the timeslots), so then you can check the Booking Calendar Business Large version.
      So in this case, you will have one calendar, and show availability per days, and you be able to book 2 vehicles. But its will work only for full days.

      If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

  8. Is there any configuration to establish that you correctly calculate the prices from one season to the next? For example, if on November 1 to November 30 I set a price per week of 750 and 115 per day, and from December 1 to December 31 is a price of 850 and 150 per day, when I select the calendar a date that is between seasons for example from November 27 to December 4 takes me the price of a week in November but does not take the December price difference. Is there any reason for this?

    • Hello.
      Such functionality, because you have configured this cost via “Valuation days” cost Settings. And these cost settings can apply to any days or can depend ONLY from check in day belonging to specific season. So because your check in day belong to the season in November it’s apply cost for 14 days that you configured when check in day belong to November season.

      In your case you need to use Rates instead of “Valuation days” cost Settings. So please deactivate the “Valuation days” cost Settings and configure rates per seasons. So in this case system will apply specific daily cost for each specific selected day.

      • But in doing this I must change the daily rate to less than what the client demands, for example:

        April =
        Nights: 125 per night
        Weekly: 700 per week

        Mayo =

        Nights: 80 per night
        Weekly: 500 per week

        I had it configured with the conditional days that for 7 together take the weekly price. it takes it correctly, but when I select days from one season to another, it takes the weekly price of April of 700.

        For example, if I select from April 27 to May 4, I should take the price of 740. But this takes 700 of the conditional day, which should not apply because it is between seasons.

        If I resort to lower the price in rates as indicated, it will not calculate the prices correctly. Any suggestions?

        • Hello.
          “Valuation days” can not take cost from one season to other season rates. “Valuation days” can depend only from check in day. If check in day belong to April so it’s will apply costs only from April, even if you selected some days in May.

          For example if you selected
          Together 7 days = 700 If Check in in April
          Together 14 days = 1400 If Check in in April
          Together 7 days = 800 If Check in in May

          So if you start select on 1st of April for 14 days it’s will get cost 1400
          And if you start selection at 30 of April for 14 days the cost still will be 1400, even if the days in other season - May.
          It’s bevause “Valuation days” depend and apply only from check in day belonging to specific sesson. And check in is 30 of April is belonging to Apri.

          That’s why instead of “Valuation days” in this case you need to use Rates. You need to remove all your “Valuation days” cost configurations.           • We're bringing an proyect for several months with an client, we tryign to configure this calendar to take the prices correctly, because the difference from the day selection and the weekly prices no take it correctly. This not work for us with the solution you offer, because its not calculating the right prices, its there a way to make an refund of our money?

              • I read the refund policy, but only mentions that it is within 30 days of purchase. I mention that we have been trying to configure the plugin for 2 months, we even did an update from the medium version to the large version, to reconfigure the parameters of the seasons, when we configured everything we noticed the problem that I described before, it works correctly in a specific season but not between seasons. What can we do in this case?

                  You can try to create middle season (April last week and May first week), so in this case you can configure new costs in “Valuation days” when visitor start selection at last week of April and then you can set correct cost for 2 weeks.

    is one of your plugin version suitable with restaurant reservations. I am looking for a solution to manage restaurant reservations (several hours on specific day period for lunch and dinner and several different possibilities (2, 3, 4, etc people) at the same time depending on availability of tables number.

      Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Please check my suggestion at the bottom of this comment.

      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here http://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/

      You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.
