Yes, the email I use is my email but company related.
So I use the "test email" option to send it to myself it still goes to "junk". I even test the settings by filling out an appointment with my info and same email, and that one also goes into my "junk". I have my coworkers try it and still goes to junk (both my email as admin and their visitor email).
The solution I have for the time being is just to remove ALL email options with the exception of the ADMIN EMAIL which I have designed to look like what the visitor would receive, dig that out of my junk mailbox (even though I've said multiple times trust this sender, never block etc) and forward it to them.
Hello.
Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
Please check point #5 from this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/ and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is ‘sending emails via php’ option and it can resolve that issue.
Check with support of this smtp plugin about how to configure settings relative not going to spam of your emails.
Thank you.

Hi,
What I want to do with "bookingcalendar":
*) on the desktop, I want to show 3 months (nummonths=3)
*) on the mobile, I only want to show 1 month
Used versions
Wordpress 4.9.7 is managed on OVH servers
Theme: GeneratePress Premium 1.6.2
Booking Calendar: Business small Single Site 8.3.1
Elementor 2.1.5
Elementor Pro 2.0.16
I've used the "Shortcode" Element of "Elementor"
Elementor autorises to say if an element is to be shown/hidden on desktop/tablet/mobile
I've created 2 elements of type "Shortcode":
* the first one with parameter "[bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=3]" visible on Desktop/Tablet
* the second one with parameter "[bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=1]" only visible on Mobile
Result:
* on desktop/Tablet: OK
* on mobile, I get the message "Calendar is loading..." with the legend (available - approved - pending - partially booked)
If I only have one "Shortcode" element visible on Desktop/Tablet/Mobile, it's fine on mobile but shows the 3 months and I don't like it.
Question: how is it possible to solve this issue?
Thanks
Michel Lonneux

Hello.
1) It’s does not possible sorry.
On mobile device it’s will show 3 months one under other.
Hello, I've set up a checkbox on a form to add a £50 supplement. It appears to be working but doesn't add £50 to the updated booking cost. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Sharon
2) If you do not see this additional cost in the cost hint in your booking form, so then please be sure that you are using this [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Kind Regards.
Thank you. I have set it up in another form and it is working fine there. I've copied and pasted the exact same shortcode from the generator into this form. It was working last week but I've just tried it now and it isn't working. What should I do?
2) If the issue still will exist, then please send link to that page and screenshots of your shortcode with your custom form to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Thank you.
Hello guys,
I'd set the plugin (Business Medium) with seasons filters but when i would like reserve between two seasons, the price of the first date is apply.
Example :
Settings : 1st of July - 15th of July : 3000 $ - 16th of July - 31th of July : 2000 $
If I would like reserve the complete month, for 4 weeks, the price show 12 000$. I would like the price show 10 000 $ (3000+3000+2000+2000).
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

Hello.
Probably you have configured costs by "Valuation days" instead of "Rates" at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.
Why its working so?
"Valuation days" can not take cost from one season to other season.
"Valuation days" can depend only from check in day. If check in day belong (for example) to April so it’s will apply costs only from April, even if you selected some days in other season (for example in) May.
For example if you have configured:
Together 7 days = 700 If Check in in April
Together 14 days = 1400 If Check in in April
Together 7 days = 800 If Check in in May
So if you start select on 1st of April for 14 days it’s will get cost 1400.
And if you start selection at 30 of April for 14 days the cost still will be 1400, even if the days in other season - May.
It’s because “Valuation days” depend and apply only from check in day belonging to specific season. And check in is 30 of April is belonging to April.
How to fix?
1) That’s why instead of “Valuation days” in this case you need to use Rates - its daily cost for different seasons or weekdays. But rates is setting only for single days and not for specific number of days. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#rates
2) Other solution, if you still need to use "Valuation days", you can try to create middle season (April last week and May first week), so in this case you can configure new costs in “Valuation days” when visitor start selection at last week of April and then you can set correct cost for 2 weeks.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/valuation-days-cost-video-overview/
Kind Regards.
Wow ! Thank you so much !
Hello,
I am attempting to put a hyperlink in a customized form using the checkbox field in booking calendar business medium. While using the "Generate Tag: checkbox(es)" under "Options (required)" I attempt to put in "I Agree to the Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions" but every time I put the " symbol, the small box puts in it's place "
Once the field tag generator, generates the code to put in the form there are " every place the " symbol is suppose to be until i hit he save button. And if it is relevant the code is between tags. Then the " turns into the symbols ". But on the front end where the client sees the form, they see this"[checkbox* agree_cancelation_policy "I Agree to the Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions"]" The link works correctly but there is no checkbox just the code. Is there any way to fix this?
Hello.
you need to define the link outside of the shortcode for checkbox.
For example: [checkbox* agree_cancelation_policy "I Agree"] to the <a href="https://massage-healing-newport.com/index.php/2018/07/22/terms-conditions-cancellation-policy/" rel="nofollow">Cancellation Policy</a> Terms & Conditions
Kind Regards.
Thank you Thank You!!! That worked. Sometimes you just look at it to long and do not see the simple solution!!!
You are welcome:)
Hi, I have a booking form with a drop down menu to choose the resource. I want it to then display different fields depending on which resource was selected (some fields only apply to one resource option and not the others). Is this possible?
Is it possible to automatically send .ics attachment in approved email to customer? I could not find it in free or paid demos.
Hello.
Currently this is not possible in actual versions. Sorry.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin.
Kind Regards.
Hi I purchased the plugin yesterday but I don't know how to integrate my Braintree account into the payment system.
Hello.
Please note, Booking Calendar do not support the Braintree account as payment system.
The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
If you want to make the integration of your payment system by yourself, so you will be able to check how was integrated exist payment system in plugin like Stripe payment gateway. Please check more about this here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/custom-gateway-in-7-0/
Please note, if you will modify the source code of the Booking Calendar, we will not guaranteed the correct work of plugin and do not support it.

Hello,
I wish to use your plugin for a site however I have a problem. The dates of the calendar (and the links to change the months displayed) appear on my (sticky) header menu when I am scrolling. The rest of it is working normally through.
Is there a way to fix that?
Kind regards.
Hello.
It’s seems like some css conflict. Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.
If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.
Hello.
I've tried what you suggested. I deactivated every plugin one by one and then activated the parent theme. Nothing changed. I tried with other themes. With Twenty sixteen same problem but with OnePirate or Zerif Lite no problem. It may be that there is a css issue with the Twenty themes.
Here is the link of the page ---> http://cdos75.2gweb.fr/reserver-une-salle/
I hope you will be able to help me.
.site-navigation-fixed.navigation-top,
.site-navigation nav {

}
Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.
It worked perfectly! Thank you for helping me resolve this problem.

Hello.
1) It’s does not possible sorry.
On mobile device it’s will show 3 months one under other.
2) If you will insert 2 or more shortcodes for Calendar or booking form for the same resource then the second and further shortcodes for the same booking resource will not show. Check more here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/why-the-booking-calendar-widget-not-show-on-page/
