Hi ,
I've looked all over for the answer to my problem. I set my unavailable days, but when I look at the calendar the days that should be available for booking is showing up as booked. How do I fix this issue?
Hello.
1) Please be sure that you have inserteing the booking form for correct booking resource (paramater: “type” in shortcode).
Please read how manually to configure Booking Calendar shortcodes here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/
2) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
3) Recheck the availability section at the Booking > Settings General page. May be you have set there some days as unavailable.
Hi. I am looking into using Booking calendar for our Lodge. However, I would like to question whether Booking Calendar has certain features which i would require. The lodge is owned by ten (10) private Owners. features we require are the following:
* Each Owner can only book a full week
* Each week is considered Thursday 12h00 to Monday 12h00. Tuesdays, Wednesdays cannot be booked (are blocked out)
*Each Owner can only make five bookings per year.
Please let me know if Booking Calendar has "booking rules" that could accommodate the above.
In the previous point, you can define the start week day of days selection in calendar.
And you can define the Wed. as unavailable day for all calendars at the Booking > Settings General page in Availability section.
* Each Owner can only make five bookings per year.
Unfortunately, its does not possible to do in any versions of Booking Calendar. Plugin does not have restrictions for the number of bookings, depend from the previous bookings of this specific user. Sorry.
I paid for the booking personal so that I could show multiple calendars on one page.
I have 2 resources. but I still get the following error:
"Warning! Booking calendar for this booking resource are already at the page, please check more about this issue at this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/why-the-booking-calendar-widget-not-show-on-page/"
Any idea why I'ms still getting this error? I'm trying to show 2 calendars both from a diff resource so it should work no?
If you inserted into the same visible page the shortcode for booking form [booking ... ] and also "availability calendar" [bookingcalendar ...] so then you need to remove last shortcode.
The same situation if you have shortcode for booking form and also widget for booking form for the same booking resource.
You need to remove widget with calendar for the same booking resource, or select there other booking resource.
Also recheck parameter "type" in the Booking Calendar shortcodes at the same page. this parameter relative to the ID of booking resources (from Booking > Resources page). So each shortcode must have the other value of booking resource ID in "type" parameter in the Booking Calendar shortcodes.
2) Also such issue can appear when your plugin or theme use some cache system.
Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Otherwise, please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.
Thank you.
HI,
I deactivated all the plugins except for the booking one and it still doesn't work.
I do have [booking type=1] in column one and [booking type=2] in the second column.
I don't have cache plugin.
Any other ideas what could be the issue here?
Thanks
Hello.
Please recheck your page, when you are editing it in Text view mode (and not in the Visual view mode), may be in the Booking Calendar shortcode was exist some HTML tags, that was made mess of parameters.
Otherwise, please send screenshot of how you have inserted these shortcodes (in Text view mode) in your page, and link to your page to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Kind Regards.
Hi,
I've sent an email to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com with the wordpress login.
Could you take a look?
Email subject = "Problem with showing multiple calendars"

Hello.
Received. I was replied to your email. There was no link to your page with booking form.

Hi!
I would like to use the Booking Manager plugin, but I can't find a way that the *.ics URL (from Airbnb in my case) is saved.
So that updates/synchronisations are done automatically/periodically. It looks like I have to always log into my WordPress dashboard and paste the *.ics URL feed to get an import of the latest changes in the calendar. That is ok for me (as web designer) but my client will not be happy.
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
Export. Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Kind Regards.
Hi
The tooltip hoovering over a partially booked date in the calendar does not show time slots?
Hello.
Please send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
Thank you.
But I am getting this warning in browser:
We’re having trouble finding that site.
We can’t connect to the server at www.capybara.com.mx.
Its seems that your website is not published, or server does not have internet connection.
Please recheck it.
Kind Regards.
It is published and I can see it on several browsers, it is probably due to an availability by country. Anyway, the issue is the following:
I can see the calendar on the page but you can't click on the days or nothing happens when you do.
The code [email*email] shows the primary email address in the booking form - email auto response doesn't work with out it there - how can I hide this and keep the code in?
Hello.
Please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Form section, please deactivate this option “auto fil form fields” for logged in users.
So then you will have empty not profiled form fields in the booking form, while you logged in.
Kind Regards.
Hello!
I would like to double check regarding translations. All seems to work fine, except for time slots. When in Form settings I enter Time Slots[lang=lt_LT]Laikas as a slot's name, the translation is shown on the LT version, but the original (EN) version of the form displays 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM. If the translation shortcode is removed, EN version perfectly shows the EN title. Please advise. 🙂
Hello.
Can you send screenshot of your configuration of timeslots and screenshot of Booking > Settings General page to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Thank you.
Hi,
I have successfully set up the calendar and am happy with its configuration so far. However i do have two issues, 1) how do i change the text colour in the form as i am currently facing white text in a white label box. 2) is there any way to move the booking form to centralise underneath the calendar rather than centralising both form and calendar?
Hello.
1) Please check this FAQ instruction about changing color in form fields: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/change-labels-colors-in-booking-form/
Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.
Otherwise if you still will have an issue please send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
2) I do not sure that clearly understand this question. Do you need to center booking form fields but do not center the calendar ?
If yes, then try to make this fix.
Please open this file ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/css/client.css
Please do not forget to clear browser cache before testing these changes.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
I am having trouble accessing Advanced settings. When I click "Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading" nothing happens.
After I inspected code I found this: + Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading
How can I fix this issue?
Kind regads,
Sam
Hello.
It's seems that you are having some JavaScript error. Because of that script for showing section under that link is not working.
You can manually change display case property for section under that link.
Or you can deactivate other plugins for finding issue with JavaScript. Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

Hello.
1) For the same booking resource its does not possible to show calendars for 2 times or more at the same visible page.
Its possible to show at the same page the calendars for different booking resources only.

Hello.
Probably you have inserted the "availability calendar" ( https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-availability-calendar/ )
instead of booking form with calendar shortcode ( https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/ ) .
Please remove exist shortcode in your post or page and reinsert the Booking Calendar shortcode for booking form.
