  1. How do I edit an existing booking? I want to change the details/phone number/email address, but can't find any way to do so. It's really hard to imagine that you don't support that.

  2. Dear Sir/madame,

    First of all thanks for this good working booking plugin. I'm not the best in coding, so would love to have a little help in the following:
    I have got a question about the booking form shown at:

    There is a possibility to book from friday as starting day and monday as starting day.
    Is it possible to make the fridays and mondays as staring days in color Green (if the mouse is not on it, so that the green is always visible. (so it's easy for people to understand that they can book that day? And is it possible, if you click on the first day, that the next days that are possible to book also turn green if you hover over them? Now they become blue.

    My second question is about the costs: At this moment the costs are at the end of the contact form you have to fill in, and in the calender itself it does not give the good price. Is it possible to show the costs directly under the calendar?

    • Hello.
      1) Unfortunately it’s does not possible to have days selections with such colors. Sorry.
      2) You can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form. It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

  3. Hello, I would like the booking calendar to have the available time slots so that customers can book an appointment for April 12, Monday, 1 pm to 2pm, for example. Could you please let me know how to do that. Thank you

      It's possible to make bookings for these time slots only as 2 different bookings. It does not possible to select 2 different time slots for the bookings in 2 different dates during one booking process. Sorry.

      The bookings for specific timeslots possible even in the Booking Calendar Free version ( ).

      But I recommend to check the Booking Calendar Business Small version, as well.

      The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1).
      In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including free version), possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.

      Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here

      You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

    I'm trying to figure out how to configure the payment bank description. The client wants to see the Sisow ideal transactions in their bank statement in a specific way, can we configure this through booking calendar?

    • Hello.

      The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support iDEAL via Sisow payments.

      Also it support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

      • thanks for your reply! We have that part active and working, the question is if we can change the way the payment shows up in the bank account. Right now it doesn't have any recognizable characteristics to see what booking it came from.

          • so I tried to contact sisow and see if they can help. But the merchant key registered in out bookingcalendar does not resemble a mechant id with them. How can I get to the details I need to get in touch with them?

              Sorry, I do not sure that clearly understand your question. Booking Calendar require the Merchant Key and Merchant ID.
              And if you was see the payment button and can pay at your booking form, then such details have to be correct.

  5. I rent out apartment.

    I have checked the demo & it seems I need to click every day of my stay, not just start-date & end-date for a 3-day stay.

    Is there a setting to automatically block out date all dates between start & end dates?

    After edit booking 'in progress' on my website i don't see changes in calendar.
