  1. Hello,

    I still have an issue which is booking everyday 1 day. I only have import from Airbnb and to Airbnb. Every day it show me that a booking has been made from airbnb, in my wordpress back office, and from the website, in the airbnb back office.

    I disabled the option "add an outing day" but I still get the booking.

    I have a cron task every hours every days for airbnb

      Do you have issue of having one additional day during import from the Airbnb into the Booking Calendar ?
      If, yes so then please open the Booking > Settings > Sync > "General" page and be sure that this option "Append check out day" was unchecked.

      Otherwise please explain in some example, what exactly issue do you have, please send screenshot of this issue in your Booking Listing page and screenshot of Booking > Settings > Sync > "General" page and send link to the .ics file from Airbnb.

  2. Hello,
    I have a couple of questions regarding emails configuration.
    1. What are the header/footer fields doing exactly? What's their use case? Is it any different than writing all that inside the content editor? I mean the box below the content editor and before the email styles box.
    2. Is it still not possible to send file attachments with any email?
    3. Is it possible to put some conditional text inside emails? Something like:
    [bookingtype id="1"]
    This text should only be emailed when the booking resource is the one with ID 1.
    [/bookingtype]
    Is there any way or plugin version to do so?
    4. Similar to 3.: Can I have different emails per booking resource like I can have multiple custom booking forms in the Booking Calendar Business Medium version?

    • Hello.
      1) It’s only different style of text in emails, depend from selected email template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
      2) Unfortunately no.
      3) It is not possible. Sorry.
      4) In case,  if you need to have the different emails for the different booking resources so then  you need to  check  the  BookingCalendar MultiUser version. 
      In this version each activated regular user can have their own booking admin panel and can configure their own emails. 
      So here different emails relative to  specific WP user,  and each  such  user  can have their own booking resources. Its means that  different booking resources will have different emails.

      In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings).       Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them.     j'en devient folle je n'arrive pas a créé une page paiement pour rédirectionner mes clients apres une reservation
    j'ai regarde votre demo pendant plusieurs fois sa toujours rien donné
    dite moi comment faire s'il vous plait , mon site sera pas disponible temp que cette page n'est pas bien redirectionner
    en suite concernant les code mise dans le e-mail de redirection fonction comment , j'essaie de les introduit dans mes page sa ne fonctionne tout pas
    Ma demande est très urgent merci de me répondre dans les plus bref délai svp

        Please note, currently communications or support possible only in English language.
        It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions (including your Booking Calendar Business Medium version).

        For showing the payment form, after the booking process, you need to be sure that the cost for the booking resource was set higher then 0 at the Booking > Resources page.

        Also you need to activate and configure at least one payment system at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
        that's all that you need to-do foe showing booking form.

  4. I have the medium version booking calendar. I am a service based business and it is just me offering services. i was able to customize each of my services for the specific hours and days of the week I would like. The problem is when I sync from my google calendar it is all only uploading under one of my services, leaving my other services available even though I am already booked. How can I get my google sync to apply to all services.

    • Hello.
      Each of your service you need to define as different booking resources at the Booking > Resources page and then you need to have the different shortcodes to import the bookings from different services by using different ics feed urls.

      Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

  5. Hallo,
    can you help me? Im using the basic version of wp booking calendar.
    is it possible to define fixed days for booking?
    by default the users are able to book the hole month.

    the calender should just show february 2.-9. to be able to book.

    Does the calendar have a "scroll_month" option similar to Timeline ?

    It's too bad when you have more than two months on the calendar, that you have to scroll month by month.

      No, it’s does not have. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.

  7. I am needing a booking service for a dog walking, pet sitting, dog grooming type business. There will be multiple private contractors working at a time. Would this support this type of business? Because each private contractor will have a different schedule on a different variety of services offered. For an example to people could be taking appointments at the same time. Would the support this business?

    We are using the bussiness medium license of the plugin; our client has changed his work schelude, and it's gonna be from 8 to 19 on weekdays, and 9 to 17 in the weekends.
    Im not sure how to translate this to the system, since season filter only allows days, and the not aviable days is a general setting.

    Could you help me out?

    My client is asking me if there's any way to filter the reservation list by customer name...
    is it possible to add that filter?
