  1. We have 2 bookings that are not shown correct on the calendar. They have booked for 4 nights and on the calendar only 3 nights are set as ocupied. When I check it in the backend I see that the booking is for 3 nights. When I click edit I see that is set for 4 nights. How is this possible?

    • Hello.
      Please open the Booking > Settings General page and be sure that this option "Set check out date as available" was set as unchecked.
      then try to delete that booking and create new booking with the same details.
      Test it.

  2. I know what I am after I would need to buy the Business Large plan or less but I would need to make sure that The following booking pricing and condition will be possible or not

    1. Weekend = Fri-Sat-Sun. On the same booking unit Fri-Sat and Sat-Sun will have same price but Extra days which means Fri-Sat-Sun will have a discount while minimum booking is 2 nights
    So Fri-Sat = 280 x 2 = $560
    and Sat - Sun = 280 x 2 = $560
    But if anyone chose Fri-Sat they will have an option to chose Sunday as Extra day and if Sunday chosen along with Fri-Sat then the unit price will be $10 less per night so it will be 270 x 3 = 810 but if anyone chose Sat-Sun as minimum booking is 2 nights they will have no option to chose any extra days and the price will remain the same for them as it was before - 280 x 2 = $560

      1) It’s does not possible to define specific cost per day depends from the number of selected visitors.

      You can define cost for selected visitors as additional cost or cost that is defined from the number of selected days. But you can not define the cost per day depending from the number of selected visitors.

      2) Also such conditions of days selection as in your description does not possible. It’s possible to set discount only for the number of selected days does not depend if it’s wad Friday or Sunday. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#valuation-days

  3. We want to use this for booking classes. We need to be able to limit the seats for particular classes on a particular date. Can we do this?

    • Hello.

      Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date in SAME CALENDAR, its does NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion bellow.

      A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      In lower versions of Booking Calendar possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: http://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

      B) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots).       At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).       Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in Booking Calendar Business Large version for the each of your times and then have the independent own calendar for the each of your time slot for the reservation. Its mean that your visitors firstly, need to select the times in the selectbox, where will be list all your options.

  5. Can you change the size of the calendar on the website?

    Can you configure the time slots so that they live up across the bottom of the calendar instead on in a single row down the page?

    Is there a way to pick more than one time slots per booking?

  6. Hello,

    After the recent (and necessary) WordPress 5.6 update the booking calendar does not show up in my reservations page. Just the legend with the explanation of the different block layouts is shows and the form to make a new reservation, but the calendar has disappeared.

    Is there anything I can do to make the calendar work again and to let it show up on the reservations page of my website?

      It you are using the old version of Booking Calendar and you have updated to the latest update of WordPress.
      Because of that you are having this issue. Please be sure to use the latest update of Booking Calendar 8.8
      It has to resolve the issue of not showing the calendar at the latest update of WordPress.

  7. I requested the new update and installed it. The calendar is on the reservations page again. Many thanks! There is only one problem left: in my old calendar the 'historical' bookings were also highlighted. So bookings from the past month were visible for website visitors.

    Do you have any idea how I can make that happen again? Because the updated plugin only shows bookings in the future.

  8. Hello, I'm not getting any drop down menu. I have tested several different variants from "generate tag" but the times do not end up in a drop down list but are visible as buttons. I do not understand how to do. It has previously been a drop down list. Grateful for help.

  9. My calendar just has too many small errors, ghost bookings, days showing as pending that you can not track to anywhere, and so on. Maybe because I upgraded to business large instead of starting with that one right away?

    Seems like maybe the best thing is to remove and reinstall. How to do it without paying twice?

      1) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
      2) Be sure to use latest update of Booking Calendar 8.8
      You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

      3) If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.

      Also this option “Use pending days as available” must be unchecked, as well. It’s located at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.

      • All items you mentioned checks out ok already, still it fails. I can't add bookings from admin side either.

        Dates show up as pending in the calendar, but the booking is nowhere to be found, and no email to admin about the booking attempt..

        i do have the lastest version 8.8, and this does not look very promising.
