hi! I tried writing in your form on page https://oplugins.com/contact/ but I think there's a problem, so here I am! I have a question for a client of mine: she needs to be able to let her users fix an appointment on three different locations, each with their own days / hours. What version is the best suited for her? It would be awesome to be able to have the ppointments dynamically add to google calendar, and if she fills a time slot on google calendar, that same time slot becomes unavailable on the website.
Thanks for your time and help!
Joseph
Hello.
1) You can define each of your locations with different calendars. The ability to have independent calendars possible in all paid versions of Booking Calendar.
Check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#booking-resources
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcode to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/Booking Calendar is generated .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some services (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into their own system, does not depend on the Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force the import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed for making imports.
I did not want to be charged every 6 months. I thought this was a one time fee. Can you please refund me the money?
Hello.
Please send your order number of email that you was used during initial purchase to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
Thank you.
Hi
I have purchased "Business Small Single Site" plugin and I need different prices on weekend bookings. Right now all days have same price. I need only Saturday, Sunday showing different prices. Is that possible? Can you please guide me how to do that.
Hello.
If you need to set the different cost for the different days (seasons), then it's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#rates
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/rates-daily-costs-video-overview/
Test it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/
You can upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your existing version of plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of the General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
Kind Regards.
On the calendar, we have set available and non-available dates - what we have found is customers can click on the 24th May and then click on the 31 May as those 2 dates are marked as available!! But in between them all the other dates are not available - however, it hasn't picked up that the booking has been made across the non-available dates!! Does anyone know how to stop this from occurring?
we have a multilingual website that sends notification & confirmation emails in french & english. It was working fine until recently. It suddenly started sending french emails with dates in english. Only the dates seem affected. We have no idea why. No language change recently in WPBC, nor WP or server.
WordPress 5.5.3 with WPBC Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.7.6.
Thanks
Hello.
You need to activate this option “ Use localized time format”, at the Booking > Settings General page in Booking Admin panel section. This option useful only, if you have issue with translation of time format. If you activated this option, at some servers possible issue with "Daylight Saving Time" - booked times can be later on 1 hour.
I realize that's because WPBC doesn't differentiate timezone from translation. That's quite a mistake, as one needs to be able to make that difference. Example, when there is some problem with timezones, you might want to specify hours "as is", but not necessarily translate them in english. Another example : not all people from a given language live in the same timezone.
So we are unfortunately stuck with either incorrectly timezone-adjusted hours, or plain hours but english dates.
Would it be possible to change that behaviour in a subsequent version ? I kindly suggest that you use a proper PHP time library for that purpose, such as Carbon : https://carbon.nesbot.com
Thanks
Hello.
We will add improving of this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin. Thank you.
Hello.
Please try to make this fix.
Please open this file ../wp-content/plugins/{Booking Calendar Folder}/core/wpbc-dates.php
I have the free version and I am trying to do a time slot of 3 hours, but the most it goes is to 2 hours. How do I correct this?
I need where there is an option to book for 3,4,5,6, and 7 hours. How do I create this easily for them?
Also I need to have where my clients can pay with paypal how do I get the payment function on here?
Thank you so much I appreciate the help,
Victoria
Hello.
In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions you can use the star time and time duration fields in the booking form for ability to make such bookings.
For example:
<p> Start Time:<br />[select* starttime "08:00 AM@@08:00" "09:00 AM@@09:00" "10:00 AM@@10:00" "11:00 AM@@11:00" "12:00 PM@@12:00" "01:00 PM@@13:00" "02:00 PM@@14:00" "03:00 PM@@15:00" "04:00 PM@@16:00" "05:00 PM@@17:00" "06:00 PM@@18:00" "07:00 PM@@19:00" "08:00 PM@@20:00" "09:00 PM@@21:00"]</p>
<p>Time duration:<br />[select durationtime "1 hour@@01:00" "2 hour@@02:00" "3 hour@@03:00" "4 hour@@04:00" "5 hour@@05:00" "6 hour@@06:00" "7 hour@@07:00" ]</p>
Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.
You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Please read more about the booking form fields configuration here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields/
You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.
2) The Business Small and higher versions of the Booking Calendar is support Stripe, PayPal (Standard and PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (please note, PayPal PayPal Pro Hosted Solution its does not the same as PayPal Pro)), Authorize.Net, Sage Pay, iDEAL via Sisow and iPay88 payment gateways integration (also plugin support showing text info for payment by cash and bank transfer - its only show text info but does not connect to any bank system), other payment systems are not supporting yet. You can configure and activate it at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
When I click on update, it says "Update failed, update package is not available" ....?
Hello.
If you are using the paid version, of Booking Calendar, then You can request the new update of Booking Calendar on this page: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/request-update/

Hello.
Yes, such user can do that. But also such bookings can be made any other visitors, that open your website.
Multi user version is needed only if you need to have the several different booking admin panels. So different admins can receive own bookings.

Please check more here (at bottom of the page) https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/
Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that the each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo. You can read more about the initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/
Dear,
thank you for your answer, but our question is simle.
I have 5 employes and few apartments in my hotel. All my employes should be abble to see and book any of them, but neither of them can not change or delete bookings for each other.
Example:
01. Super Admin create Apartment X
02. Super admin create backend User 01 (to manage and book Aparment X)
03. Super admin create backend User 02 (to manage and book Aparment X)
04. User 01 create bookings for Apartment X, but he can not change any booking that was created by User 2
We tested Demo, and we can not see those options in any version of rhe plugin.
Thank you in advance.

When trying to update bookings using the link in the email https://www.farmtrainingcenter.com/my-bookings/?booking_hash=91a1f4690e9504272e3d5a0e75c3de42 All of the links within the popup frame try to open the homepage and basically don’t work.
There are no script errors in the console, or in the wp debug log.

and replace it to this code:
$mydates_result .= date_i18n( $date_format_now, strtotime( $dt ) ) . ', '; //FixIn: 8.8.2.2
2) then find this code:
$s_tm = wp_date( $time_format, mktime( intval( $s_tm[0] ), intval( $s_tm[1] ) ) ); $e_tm = wp_date( $time_format, mktime( intval( $e_tm[0] ), intval( $e_tm[1] ) ) );
