Hello.
Please note, curently support and communications possible only in English via emails or at support plugin forum. Thank you for understanding.
I have one calendar with 3 resources chosen with a drop list.
The calendar shows “normally” unavailable time slots with the little watch inside a specific date for the 3 resources.
If someone picks a different resource from the actual resource displayed by the drop list, , the “new updated” display calendar does not show any more unavailable time slots with the little watch for the 2 other resources unless the page is refreshed “manually” (Ctrl+R).
Is there a way to make sure the page is refreshed automatically when a “new” resource is picked up with the drop list?
Hello.
1) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with a booking form for do not cache this page(s).
2) Otherwise probably it's because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If it does not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

Hello,
we got an Issue with the mobile version of the Booking Calender (Version 9.Business.Small.SingleSite.8.8 )
Even if Webversion shows recently added Bookings via Dashboard - the mobile version does not show the Days in the Calender as occupied.
We tried different Mobiles - so this is not a chache problem of the phone - but with the same result - new bookings or reservations show up about 24 hours later in the calender! This is a real problem due to clients looking for their dates to be blocked!
What could it be ?

Hello, I use the free version of Booking Calendar.
When a customer makes a booking, I as admin get an email notification. Is it possible to send the notification to a second email address at the same time?
Hello.
You can define the comma separated emails in the field "to" or if you have activated sending copy of emails in these fields at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.
Thank you for the answer. It works with comma but not with semicolon. Thank you for your help.
1. I don't need any payments or accommodation. Can I hide this in the booking portal?
2. Where can I get to the official support portal for purchased versions
Hello.
1) You can deactivate at the payment systems at the Booking > Settings > Payment page in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
2) Please note, currently support and communications possible only by email support @ wpbookingcalendar.com or through support forum at plugin website https://wpbookingcalendar.com/support/
1. I did`nt found this tool in the german version (Buchungen - Einstellungen. Bezahlungen). All payment options were deactivated.
2.I can deactivate individual booking days
Hello.
1) The German translation is available. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#translation
Be sure that your active locale was the de_DE. You need to activate it at the WordPress > Settings General page .
Hello, I bought your plugin in a paid version now.
I would like to ask where can I change the length of the textbox. I have a calendar set up on the page and the form (on the right side of the calendar). However, the form is unnecessarily long and takes up a lot of space on the page. I would like to change the length of the textboxes so that the two textboxes fit side by side on the same line. By default, all fields and labels are always on a new line, so the content stretches downwards. There is a free space on the side. Thank you for the info, where you can edit ...
Kind Regards.
Hello Support,
My customers use a WordPress 5.7.1 and a Version 9.Business.Medium.SingleSite.8.8.1 WPBC and their business is a lodge booking services, I setup the website for them including your booking solution.
Here is the problem, hoping you can help me find a solution:
My clients want to setup a minimum of 2 days booking on a seasonal base: i.e. for july and august, visitors will be allowed to book a 2 days minimum stay, instead of no minimum for the rest of the year. Is it possible to setup this condition and how can I do that?
Kind regards,
Patrick
Hello.
It’s possible to set the different duration of days selection depending from week days or seasons during a year in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#advanced-days-selection
Hello support,
I use WordPress 5.7.2 with Astra Theme and I'm going to buy your "SMALL BUSINESS" version for a single site with 2 rooms.
Then will it be possible the sync either with Google Calendar and other OTA i.e. BOOKING.Com, Trip Advisors, AIRBNB ecc.?
Kind regards

Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically accessing this page with booking import shortcode to start the import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly the system will start the import process and only then show the booking form, when someone visits your page.
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/Booking Calendar is generated .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some services (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into their own system, does not depend on the Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force the import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed for making imports.
Hi guys,
I am a new customer, I bought this the Business Small version of your Booking Calendar plugin.
