  1. Hello support!

    I came across an issue with syncing ics feed with Google Calendar! I have tested the 2 ways described in the FAQ, nothing works form me. Outlook calendar manage to import a few events from the .ics file from my website (https://www.mizero.be/ics/wpbm.ics). Ical validator doesn't found big errors in my file (https://icalendar.org/validator.html) but still Google Calendar doesn't import any event from the file neither via URL nor via file import.
    I think there's a formatting issue that seems to prevent google to read the file correctly.
    Note that I have multiple separated dates per booking maybe it has an influence.

      • I tried to import my first .ics to Outlook, it worked not so well because it has lost some bookings in the process but majority of them had been imported.
        Then I ran a test with a new ressource and a few new bookings. It worked perfectly. So I guessed the problem came from my ics file.

          • Yes offcourse but the fact that I cannot import the file to my Google Calendar. None of the events are imported at the end of the process and Google tell me that it has imported 0 event/0 an that there must have an problem with my file

              Its seems that its does not really possible for the Google Calendar to import .ics feeds that contain event, which is consist from multiple not consecutive dates.
              Booking Calendar is export such bookings into the .ics feed in a way like this:
              BEGIN:VEVENT SUMMARY:7:John DESCRIPTION: First Name:John Last Name:Smith Email:user@beta.com Phone: Adu lts: 1 Children: 0 Details: test DTSTART:20191008T000000 DTEND:20191009 RDATE;VALUE=PERIOD:20191017,20191030 UID:2019-10-08 00:00:00_7@demo.icalendar.org DTSTAMP:20190910T153607 CREATED:20190910T183502 LAST-MODIFIED:20190910T183502 STATUS:TENTATIVE END:VEVENT
              Where specific selected dates defined by this parameters:
              DTSTART:20191008T000000 DTEND:20191009 RDATE;VALUE=PERIOD:20191017,20191030

              But Google Calendar does not recognize this .ics feed parameter:

              RDATE;VALUE=PERIOD:20191017,20191030

              I will check about any other possible way of exporting such dates, but it's standard for the .ics feeds (ical files), and it's really weird, why the Google Calendar does not support such import.

  2. hello,
    i have big problems with valuation days,
    1. it calculate wrong rates.
    3. i cannot change, days and percentages.
    2. if i make new rule i also cannot change the days and the percentage.
    i have 11 holiday apartments and the calendar dates not work properly
    this is a desaster!

    • Hello.
      Can you send screenshot of your configuration of “Valuation days” from the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page and Send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.

  6. I have deleted accommodations and now get the following message on the booking page:
    Booking resource does not exist. [ID=1]
    How can I repair this

        I have already deleted the Pulgin and reinstalled it, but the faulty data was available again after the installation

        • Hello.

          For making full reinstall of plugin (its mean that booking data will be erased).
          So please make backup of data if you need to check about your previous bookings.

          4.1) For this please open the general booking settings page and make checked the "Delete booking data during deactivation of plugin" at the right side of the page.
          Click save changes button.

          4.2) Then open the WordPress plugins menu and click on "Deactivate" link. Wait for the message that plugin is deactivated successfully.

          4.3) After this Click on "Activate" link of Booking Calendar plugin and wait for the message that plugin is activated successfully.

          After this test it again.

    Leider erscheint nur jede zweite Zeile der verfügbaren Tage in grün.

      1) Please note, curently support and communications possible only in English via emails or at support plugin forum. Thank you for understanding.

      2) Probably, its because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

      Otherwise send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue.
