Hi there,
we are using the booking multidomain Version 8.5.1 and it worked good so far until now.
We are getting the following error when we try to create a new individual form:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: [] operator not supported for strings in wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/inc/_bm/m-toolbar.php:207 Stack trace: #0 wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/inc/_ps/admin/page-settings-form.php(116): wpbc_toolbar_btn__custom_forms_in_settings_fields() #1 wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/core/any/class-admin-page-structure.php(223): WPBC_Page_SettingsFormFields->content() #2 wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): WPBC_Page_Structure->content_structure('wpbc-settings') #3 wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(false, Array) #4 wp-includes/plugin.php(465): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/core/any/c in wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/inc/_bm/m-toolbar.php on line 207
And on the settings page, and everywhere where the forms are called in the backend these warnings shows up:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/inc/_bm/m-toolbar.php on line 237
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in wp-content/plugins/booking.bl.multisite.8.5.1/inc/_bm/m-toolbar.php on line 416
And all individual forms are not showing anymore in the backend, and the frontend is broken because of that.
Do you have an explaination for that?
Thank you very much,
Sören
Hello.
Its seems that previously, your custom booking forms have the issue during saving (was some error ),
or you are having some plugin with restrictions about saving this data.
Please try to reset your exist custom forms (in case, if you was previously saved with errors your custom form).
Here is possible workaround about this, its will remove all your exist custom forms (and you will be need to create them again).
You can open the Booking > Settings General page and in "Help section" click on "Reset custom forms" button,
After this try to create new custom form again at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
Kind Regards.
Hello we are stuck in week calendar and want to be able to navigate day calendar and month calendar etc
It was working before but now just seems stuck on week, so doing so I can not see the new requests.
If the WordPress administrator is logged into the WordPress website, and clicks on the booking link, the booking link shows correctly.
Regular customers are not required to create a wordpress login.
If a regular customer clicks on a link received, in there email by the booking calendar, they are directed to a "404 not found" page.
Here is the URL of the payment link:
{CUTTED}
The WordPress website has the "change-your-booking" page created.
Hello.
Please be sure that you have published that page with [bookingedit] shortcode. And this page does not updated for review, or some pasword protected page.
Please recheck about any other plugins, that can restrict access to that page.
Otherwise recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
I have found another error condition.
When a user modifies there booking by clicking the booking hash url. then receives the 'modified reservation' email.
The modified data is saved properly in the database (admin).
However, when the user clicks on the new modified booking hash link, they are viewing there original reservation options (not the changed options)
the shortcode used is [bookingedit]
Hello.
Please try to clear browser cache before testing this.
Also please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
I have cleared browser cache, and deleted the "lightspeed cache" plugin, which was 'deactivated' on my wordpress website.
I generated a new modification email, and clicked on the link and the changes are still the original booking, not the changed booking.
This seems to be a bug with the booking calendar
Hello.
What exactly changes do you made in the booking, that was not showing during next editing ?
Can you send screenshots to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com ?
Thank you.
Hello,
the booking calendar is unfortunately limited to 1 year in advance. Is there a way to extend it? For example 2 years in advance?
Thank you very much,
Ralf
I have found allown the answer. I'ts works
Ok thanks. Also I am having this error message 'Email different from website DNS, its can be a reason of not delivery emails. Please use the email withing the same domain as your website!' How do I check and change the website DNS email?
Hello.
If you can receive emails, after new booking, so then you can ignore that warning.
Otherwise please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.
Kind Regards.
Is it possible to get the feature of "configuration of Booking Resources"? or get a trial? We don't really need the other features. so we don't want to upgrade to the MultiUser version.
You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages. Please read more how to insert and configure the booking shortcode into the post or page here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/
You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
My website is through Avada. I have Modals throughout the site that are opened through buttons. When I activate Booking Calendar the modals no longer work, I have 8 on my site and all of them fail to open. The modal page flashes and then vanishes before opening.
Any idea what is causing this? I'm looking to upgrade to the full version but I need to resolve this issue first.
Thanks,
Richard
Hello.
I can suggest that its can be conflict with bootstrap library loading.
Please note, Booking Calendar is using Bootstrap library 3.3.5, if your theme or some other plugin is using other (older or newer) version of bootstrap so then possible an issues.
You can disable of loading Bootstrap library in Booking Calendar at front-end side. But in this case, any popover tooltips (where usually showing booked times or times or availability will not show in Booking Calendar). So please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Advanced section click on " Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading " then set as checked this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End ". Click on "Save changes" button.
Also please do not set this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Back-End " as checked, because otherwise, will be some issues in booking admin panel.
Kind Regards.
Hey that worked!
Thanks so much for your kind help.
Best wishes,
Richard
