  1. Hi I did the request update, but I didn't receive any answer, can you help me?

    • Hello.

Can you send your order number of previous purchase ?
We can  not find any  order relative to  your current email  address.
I have sent this message to your email, as well.

      Thank you.

  2. Hi ,

I m displaying a 12 months calender. How do I make the celender to show 4 months per row?

  3. Hi,
I receive an error when I send booking (test) request - ''Error. E-mail had not send. Some error occured. Could not instantiate meil functions.''

    • Hello.

      1) Please make testing of emails by making new test booking at the front-end side in your booking form. Do not use the send test email button at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

      2) Otherwise please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

      3) At some servers, the php mail function expects the from (or to) mail to be the one from the site itself

      Kind Regards.

  4. [Feature request : ical sync timeout]

    Hello,

I'm setting up crontabs for iCal sync. Seems to work fine, but to reduce the server load in case of problem on the partner's side, I wonder if you could add a timeout parameter to define in the [booking-manager-import] shortcode. Another parameter (boolean) to make it a hard timeout (quit all php), for those who have grouped import requests with a page per partner, would be perfect (indeed, if partner's website doesn't answer, might as well not call it again in same iteration).

I thought cancelling request on HTTP client side (like with wget --timeout) would stop the process on server side, but apparently it doesn't.

    Thanks a lot.

    • Hello.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.

  5. Hello,

I can't add or edit bookings. I get the '500 internal error'. I already tried deactivating all the emails and it's still not working. My website is not set up as https. Could that be the reason?

    Thanks for your reply!

    • Hello.
Its general server error, so its can be any reason of this issue.
Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors.
If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.
      Kind Regards.

  6. Hello there.

We would like to know if we can do the following with this plugin:

We have a webpage that contains several business and we need to make a form, with a business list picker, that would send the form to a different email depending on the business selected. Also, depending on the business selected, we would need to book the date in a different calendar as we need that one date selected for one business is still available for the rest of business.

    Would this be possible?

Thank you and hace a nice day.

    • Hello.
Because you need to have the different emails, so then you need to check the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.

In Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings). Please check more here (at bottom of the page) https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/
Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them. Please note, that the each owner WordPress user) will have different individual calendar(s) with booking forms in the separate pages. Please retest it in the live demo. You can read more about the initial configuration of the Booking Calendar MultiUser version: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/multiuser-version-init-config/
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/multiuser-video-overview/

Please test the live demo of Booking Calendar Multiuser version here: https://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/

Admin Panel of Multiuser version (here you can test several admin panels functionality): https://multiuser.wpbookingcalendar.com/admin-panel/

  7. Hi there,
We bought the premium plugin and we would like to construct a form that will enable us to do the following:
    1. Book Start Date and Time based on timeslot eg. 7pm to 9pm - we know that if this is a running date sequence eg mon to fri - we are able to set up the form.
    2. We would like to find out how we can setup a form where we can choose every thursday eg. 7pm to 9pm for a particular resource, where start date and end date is a 3 month period.
    3. In addition we would like to find out if it is possible to book lets say every first Thursday of the month over a 3 month period for 7pm to 9pm.

  8. Hi there,

I would like to know if I can do the following things through this plugin for my business:

    - If I create a booking through the admin, could I sync this new booking with Google Calendar? So, I want to load all my booking in this plugin and I want to see these bookings later in my Google calendar in my mobile device because this will be used in my office to load all the bookings (appointments) and I need to see it through my device because I am not in the office. Is possible this kind of sync?

    - Could I set up specific days in the calendar available to make a booking? For example, I would like to enable only for bookings Monday 11th May, 15th May & 26th May? Could I do it?

Thank you so much in advance.

    • Hello.
      1) Booking Calendar plugin is supporting

      - import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)

      - and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).

Please read more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/#sync

      Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/

You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

      Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.

) It’s possible to set as unavailable specific days during specific seasons or weekdays in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#availability
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-video-season-availability/

Please read the Booking Calendar version overview here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/

You can test Booking Calendar live demos at this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/demo/ to be sure in functionality and do not have misunderstanding.

Please watch more useful video guides here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/

      Kind Regards.

  9. Hello,
I did install the plugin, and we can go through the booking?
it saying " Please, select booking date(s) at Calendar." and we did select a date?

    I need help please.
    kat

    • Hello.

You have inserted the shortcode for "availability calendar" [bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=1] Together with shortcode for booking form [booking type=1 nummonths=1]

Please open the page with booking form for editing, then remove exist [bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=1] shortcode.

You need to Have only this shortcode:

      [booking]

Please note, this shortcode [bookingcalendar type=1 nummonths=2] is only for showing availability calendar, without form, where you can not select the dates.
