Hello.
Unfortunately, its does not possible.
Sorry.
Kind Regards.
Is it possible in search page to have some restrictions to the datepicker?
Like check-in date only saturday? or check-out date only friday?
In general can I do some customization?
Regards
Andrea
Hello.
Sorry, it’s does not possible in the exist versions. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
Hello,
sorry for the frequent questions, but I need help 🙂
I set different weekly prices per season (in Season filter Tab).
If a request is made for two weeks spanning two seasons, the system does not add up the two amounts
It gives me the price of the first week
How is it possible? Where am I wrong?
Thanks for helping me
Hello.
If you configuring the cost via “Valuation days” cost settings, so then you need to configure it, like:
“Together 7 days = 200 usd for all days”
“Together 14 days = 400 usd for all days”
...
Hello,
I can'use this solutions because the 2 weeks ha 2 different price
1st week = 200 usd (from 16/05 to 22/05/2020)
2nd week = 250 usd (from 23/05 to 29/05/2020)
What solution I have?
Together 7 days = 200 usd for all days”
“Together 14 days = 450 usd for all days”
Otherwise you Need to use rates (costs per days) instead of “Valuation days”.
I would like the customer to see the total before they click on the submit button, how can I do that please?
So if they selected something that cost $200, it would say something like:
Your total is $200.
Thanks
Hello.
It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
You need to use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page. Test it here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/
Kind Regards.
I have that in my form but it's not showing the price related to the item. It's showing $0.0.
Just to clarify a bit more what I'm doing:
I have the items in a dropdown
I add the price for each item under Resources > Advanced Cost
I add [cost_hint] at the bottom of the form but all I'm seeing is $0.00 when I select an item from the list
Thanks!
Hello.
You need to be sure that the cost for booking resource at the Booking > Resources page is Higher than 0
It’s obligatory.
Also you need to set cost per days at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
Kind Regards.
Oh I had removed the amount that was there and add "0" so it's working now. However, why not have it work when it has "0" in the field? I think we should have the flexibility to put "0" and still have it work.
I'm using the Default resource and if I put $10 in the field, it adds $10 to the price of all the items in my dropdown. I prefer if it use the amount that I entered for each item + "0".
Hi
How can we show payment details on successful payment page and approved booking email ?
Hello.
Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
One more Question. How can we disable booking for particular booking slot? for example if i don't want any booking from 2pm to 4pm on a specific day how can we do that?
I have done this but i am not able to select multiple timings on same day, how can i do that?
Hello.
Its does not possible to select several timeslots (possible to select only one), if you are using timerange shortcode:
[select rangetime "10:00 - 12:00" "12:00- 14:00" "14:00 - 16:00" "16:00 - 18:00" "18:00 - 20:00"]
Instead of t timeslots selection you can use start time and end time selections or start time and time duration selections shortcodes at the Booking > Settings > Form page:
1) Star time and duration of time shortcodes, like this:
Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"]
Time Duration: [select durationtime "15min@@00:15" "30 min@@00:30" "45 min@@00:45" "1 hour@@01:00" "1 hour 30 min@@01:30"]
for ability to book several consecutive hours during a day.
2) Or you can use start time and end time selections or time entering shortcodes:
Start time: [select starttime "10:00" "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "18:00"]
End time: [select starttime "11:00" "12:00" "13:00" "14:00" "15:00" "16:00" "19:00"]

Hey there,
after one year trying without any success on our old website we now ran into some PHP errors by creating a new costomer form.
In addition there are some more issues:
- prices are incorrect when two nights or more are booked
- "send email to customer" can´t be shut off permanently
As you could imagine we´re not really happy.
Right now we´re preparing for the opening after the lockdown in Germany what means we are in urgent need of a functional booking system.
Please let me know how this mess can be solved.
Hello.
1) Please update your version of Booking Calendar to the latest update 8.7.6
Link for downloading this version was sent to your email address. Please check spam folder, if you do not see it in inbox.
2) Relative configuration of costs. Please be sure that you have defined cost per 1 day at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.
And then correctly configured cost for the booking resources at the Booking > Resources page.
If you are using the Rates or "Valuation days" please recheck costs there, as well.
Otherwise please explain more detail, where exactly issue do you ave with costs. Please send screenshots of your cost configuration and send the link to your page with booking form, where you are having the issue. Please send all this info to support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
3) You can disable sending emails to the visitors at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
Kind Regards.
Hello,
From where your plugin pulls dates and months translation?
I have site in serbian and I've edited po file to convert cyrillic to latin.
This take effects to pages and posts(whole website) but not to your plugin.
Your plugin still shows date and month in cyrillic.
I have paid version.
Kind regards
Hello.
Plugin is loading translation from the translation files based on active locale of your website.
For example, translation of months and weekdays in the calendar is going from the translation files that is located here: ../{Booking Calendar Folder}/js\datepick\jquery.datepick-XX.js
I am having trouble linking the confirmation email (to the admin) to my email address. I tried a test booking and I did not receive a confirmation email to the email I wanted.
Hello.
1) Firstly please try to make new test booking at the front-end side of your website, and then check your emails.
2) Otherwise please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.
Hello,
in the module form is possible to replace the datepicker with a combo like in search (see https://bl.wpbookingcalendar.com/search/)
