  2. ok entro oggi farò l'aggiornamento alla vesrione successiva, ma se volessi impostare che le due prenotazioni nella stessa ora venissero visualizzate una sopra e l'altra sotto anziche una di fianco all'altra? come posso fare? e come potrei ingrandire la griglia?

      1) Please note, currently communications or support possible only in English language.

      2) What did you mean by this: "two reservations in the same hour were displayed one above and the other below instead of next to each other?"

      If you want to make bookings for specific time-slots, so then bookings for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1).
      In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including free version), possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.

      Please note if you will make the booking for the specific timeslot, this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in current specific calendar.

      You can configure the timeslots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/ Other live demo you will need to reconfigure.

  3. Hi, I'd like to change the message that is displayed to visitors after they've cancelled a booking. Where can I do that, please. I'm using the Business Small version.

  4. Hi, also, I'd like a confirmation email sent to the visitor after they have cancelled their booking. I don't think that's an option in the Settings. How can I achieve that, please.

      Basically plugin send "Pending" email to visitor (and admin). You can activate and configure it at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

  5. Hello.

    I am trying to setup the booking calendar. When i was running a test. If I try to book an appointment for the same day, I get a note that says "The time(s) may be booked, or already in the past!".

    I have verified the Unavailable days from today is set to 0. I have tried checking and unchecking Use localized time format.

      Please change the time zone at the WordPress > Settings General page and then test it.
      Just be sure that you do not selected timeslot that in the past or interested with exist booking times.

    I have a problem with non english translations of Email Templates - I did all forms in the same way, but only ,,New visitor'' is translated in ENG and DE, the rest - Pending, Approved, Trash and Deleted - are still comming in ENG, not in DE.

    Any advice?

      Before approving or cancellation of the booking at the booking Listing page, you need to switch your admin panel to the specific language, and only in this case, system will send email in specific language. System sending email in language of your active locale of your admin panel/

    1) Is there any way to check how many visitors are booked for each date live?
    2) Is there a setting so i can view the timeline (calendar) with triangle check in/out dates? I can only view it like that on "add booking"

  8. Hello I am configuring the search bar.
    I can't get the correct results for Number of guests or [max_visitors].
    I am only seeing 1 guest for every search. I don't see where it is collecting the number from.
    Where do I set this for each resource so the search can pick it up?
    Also how do I set the [search_tag] in the form?

    I'm using the free booking calendar on WordPress business and have the Woocomerce Shop plugin. I want there to be a stand alone calendar for each product I have under the shop as each product will be individually rentable. So far Im only able to get a calender that is the same on every page I believe.

    Hello,
    I want to apply a discount according to the reservation days, more days more discount. I have noticed that it is wrong to calculate the discount I want to apply.
    For example:
    17 days x € 220 day = € 3740 -10% = € 3366

    The reservation calendar gives me this total € 3344

    Can you give me any solution?

      It’s possible to configure such discounts in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions via “Valuation days” cost settings at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.

      You can configure it like this:
      Together 17 days = 90% from the cost of booking.
