You can cancel specific booking only by using the links from the email(s) about the new booking creation.
In your emails at the Booking > Settings > Emails page you need to use this shortcode [click2trash] you.
If you will click at that shortcode, you will no need to log in into the WordPress admin panel.
But this shortcode require configuration of [bookingedit] shortcode.
You need todo 2 steps.
1) Create new page with [bookingedit] shortcode in this page.
2) Save link to this page to the option at Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
That's all.

I have a problem. When a client selects the days of the reservation, he fills out the form and clicks on the reservation, but fails to make the payment. I receive an email as there is a new reservation and the client also receives an email as he has a reservation.
This unpaid reservation also appears in the reservation administration panel.
Where can I deactivate this sending of emails? I want the mail to be sent when the payment is made or to send it personally.

You can deactivate specific email(s) at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.
Booking is created before payment process in any case.
You can activate auto cancellation of pending bookings that have no successfully paid status after specific amount of time. You can activate this option at the Booking > Settings General page in "Auto cancellation / approving" section.
So if the booking is not approved, and do not have the successfully payed status, this booking can be auto canceled after specific amount of time.
Or you can even activate to show the "Pending bookings as available dates" - you can activate this option at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
But you are need to be sure that all "good" bookings have to be approved or have the successfully payed status.
Because if you are using the PayPal standard integration and your visitors is made the payment for the booking, but do not click on the "return link" on PayPal site to your site, so Booking Calendar do not know that the payment is successful, and this booking can be auto canceled with that feature.
Stripe have to auto redirect to booking page automatically.
So sometimes its possible that the successfully payed bookings will not have this status and that's why can be auto-canceled, if you do not approve them.
Ideally (for PayPal) you will be need to activate and correctly configure the PayPal IPN system, at the Booking > Settings > Payment page and in the PayPal account. So in this case the PayPal have to send the messages directly to your booking system.

How can I have multiple resources all on one calendar. I am making a booking system for photography.
So examples:
1 hour photo shoot Starting at 06:00 - Cost $80
3 hour photo shoot Starting at 16:00 - Cost $300
(The longer the shoot the cheaper it is so I can't charge by hour in payment system)
Collaboration Shoot Starting at 20:00 - Cost $0
The way I set it up now ..
Example:
Resource 1: 30 min Package
Start time: 6:00, 6:30
Resource 2: 1 hour Package
Resource 3: 2 hour Package
Resource 4: Collaboration
But I want them to all use the same calendar

Its does not possible to have several booking resources in one calendar.
But in your case, you can use one calendar (one booking resource) and configure the additional costs (discounts) depend from the selection of time duration in selectbox. Its possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

Thanks for the plugin, I created 2 pages, the first containing the booking form and the second contains the booking calender, I noticed that it is not possible to show the details of the booking in the booking calender (2nd page) from front-end, is there any option to activate it ?

Yes, it’s does not possible to show the booking details in the availability calendar. It’s show only available or booked dates.

I'm using the Medium Business Booking Calendar. I want logged-in ADMIN roles to be able to book any date on the calendar, but logged-in SUBSCRIBER roles to only be able to book 3 days in advance.
I used a page for the booking form that's available only if logged-in. I used the short code below, but it doesn't limit the calendar to only 3 days from today. It shows the same calendar that's available in the ADMIN control panel. The Booking Calendar settings are:
- Number of Months to Scroll: 1 year
- Limit Available Days from Today: 200
since a few weeks I don't get the questions for our reservations in my mailbox anymore. Clients got the email for waiting to reservation Nothing wrong with the address!

Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.
The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

1) If you need to make the specific number of bookings per days, then you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots). At this version possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource. But its possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only saved as data into database, but do not apply to availability logic).

3) Relative costs. Example: One owner wants to have unavailable booking 8 hours before. Second owner want to have bookings available all the time. Is it possible to have both?
2) Is there any way to allow canceling only 8+ hours before booking? So he can't cancel 10 minutes before.
3) Any way of being able to block spam reservations? Someone books entire day, but we want to have only one possible reservation for that mail.

1) No its does not possible, if you want to change the settings in Booking > Settings General page. All settings in Booking > Settings General page its global settings and apply to all regular users.
Also please note, its possible to change settings (like form fields or emails, etc...), only when you have logged in as specific regular user. Its does not possible to change such settings for specific regular user, while you logged in as super booking admin user.
2) Unfortunately, its does not possible in the Booking Calendar versions. Sorry.
But you can activate this option "Change hash after the booking is approved" at the Booking > Settings General page,
and if you will approve some booking, so then previos "cancellation links" (in emails about the new bookings) will not valid.
