  1. I would like to split sending emails, if a person add booking in calendar 1, send email to admin1; if a person add booking in calendar 2, send email to admin2. Is it possible?

    • Hello.

      In case,  if you need to have the different emails for the different booking resources so then  you need to  check  the  BookingCalendar MultiUser version. 
      In this version each activated regular user can have their own booking admin panel and can configure their own emails. 
      So here different emails relative to  specific WP user,  and each  such  user  can have their own booking resources. Its means that  different booking resources will have different emails.

      In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings).       Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them.       You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

        The MultiUser version have any limit about the number of users?

          1) You can upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your existing version of the plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of the General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
          2) There is no limits to the number of users.

  2. I have free version. A few weeks ago, the notification of the reservation was not reaching my email. I wanted to ask, what could be the reason for that?

      Shot summary.

      Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
      - option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
      - also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website.

      But in most situations you will need to install and configure some SMTP plugin.

      but you can search and install any other SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/

      Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?

      SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
      This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
      The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails.
      The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.

      It also can be a reason why your emails are marked as spam.

  3. possible to change the AM and PM or (Noon) from you plugin in other language ??
    Tried everything (loco translation) and General > Settings 24 h is also correct.
    If it can not be translated i will not buy this plugin, thanks for help.

      1) Please activate this option "Use localized time format" at Booking > Settings General page in "Booking Admin Panel" section.
      2) Please be sure that you have selected correct "Time Format" at the same page - Booking > Settings General page in "Booking Admin Panel" section.
      3) Open the Booking > Settings > Form page and recheck configuration of your time slots. If you are using labels near time slots, then such lables will be showing in time slots select-boxes or in time-pickers without other translations. It's means that you just need to write correct labels text (in your language) near each specific time slot. All time slot values must be in 24 hour format.
      Example of configuration in paid versions:
      <p>Select Times:<br />[select rangetime "10:00 AM - 12:00 PM@@10:00 - 12:00" "12:00 PM - 02:00 PM@@12:00 - 14:00" "02:00 PM - 04:00 PM@@14:00 - 16:00" "04:00 PM - 06:00 PM@@16:00 - 18:00" "06:00 PM - 08:00 PM@@18:00 - 20:00"]</p>

      Such time slot configuration "10:00 AM - 12:00 PM@@10:00 - 12:00" is means following:
      "Any your text@@time slot in 24 hour format only"

      It's possible to activate the "auto approval of all incoming bookings" in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions.
      You can activate it at the Booking > Settings General page in "Auto cancellation / auto approval of bookings" section.

          The “auto-approval” bookings feature in the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions works for all booking resources (calendars).

  4. Hi, I just purchased booking calendar but I cannot find a way to change it to suit my use, I cannot add multiple people into the booking etc. Can you advise. I need to have it set so someone can choose a time, child or adult, amount of adults , then it totals up the amount for me based on the selection.

      You can configure all the booking form fields at the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

      You can use [cost_hint] shortcode in the booking form at the Booking > Settings > Form page to show the total booking cost in real time depending from the selection of dates and some other options in booking form. It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.

    Resource bookings is working well..
    We now have a requirement to add a Resource (Canendar) as Read only , only controls to move through the months.
    No 'default' text (form) that we get under our current calendars..

    They want to use import as the method of entry, and only present what dates are pending / booked.
    So we are looking for a method for having a view only resource calendar

    This is fairly urgent. When someone is booking an email goes to my moderator for them to approve. when they click the link in the email they are getting an error message.
    This is the first time in 2 years I am seeing this error so I am not sure what's going on.

    The error message says:
    "Not Acceptable!"
    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security

      It's seems like at our server was configured some rules to block some type of URLs.
      You need to contact support of your hosting and ask them to add the exception to the links, that used by your administrator to approve the bookings.

  8. Are you telling me I can't add a 8.35% "sales Tax" for the bookings in RESOURCES? I have a paid for premium plugin. Unacceptable if I have to pay more for a further upgrade.

      The ability to define additional costs that is different than original cost for the booking resources, possible at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page. It’s available at the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. It’s explained at the overview of each versions at this page here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#additional-cost
      Some versions have specific functionality other do not have.

      • Yea well I cant spend MORE money....already expensive. Kinda mis-leading. Anyway, thanks I have a plugin that is not really doing the job as described, and never appears correctly anyway on the front end.
