we are using Business Small Version auf WP Booking Calendar.
Is it possible to have different rates for daily / hourly bookings (one ressource)? We already added starttime and endtime in the booking form, but we would need to have a choice between 'whole day' bookings on one hand and 'hourly bookings' on the other. Is that understandable?
Background: We offer to book a meeting room, which can be booked for one or more days also as for one or more hours. 'Whole day' means 10 hrs, but the daily rate (whole day booking) should be cheaper than 10 x the hourly rate.
How can we implement this?

It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
1) You can add the time slot with option to book the entire day. You can add these time slot at the Booking > Settings > Form page.
Example:

Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
2) Then in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions you can configure the additionbal cost for the each option (of selectboxes - your time slot) at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

I haven't received any notifications about reservations for 2 days. I can receive and send from an external address. No spam is set and there is nothing in the spam folder.
The email address of the website has not changed and it is filled in everywhere and sending is permitted.
Firstly you need to check that you have activated and configured the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page:
- option "Enable / Disable" at the specific email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page, must be checked
- also "From" field at the specific email template must to have the same website DNS as your website.
Why do you need to have an SMTP plugin?
SMTP plugins have to fix your email deliverability by reconfiguring WordPress to use a proper SMTP provider when sending emails.
This is a problem for a lot of WordPress sites because by default, WordPress uses the PHP mail function to send emails generated by WordPress.
The issue is that most WordPress hosting companies don’t have their servers properly configured for sending PHP emails.
The combination of two causes your WordPress emails to not get delivered.

If the email was sent than something incorrectly configured at the mail provider. Please recheck it with support of wp mail smtp. Because sending of the emails in this case make this plugin.

Good afternoon, I am saving the calendar with new reservations and I would need to be able to save reservations for dates prior to the current day, but I don't know how I can select days prior to the current day in control panel, because the calendar only shows me the current month and only leaves me reservations days from of the current day.
How could I save reservations for dates from months prior to the current one to have a history of reservations made from an old calendar?
Is it possible to upload an Excel with reservations so that they are saved as history?

And the answer of the plugin tell me this: wrong reservation hash in URL. It's probably expired.

Yes, you are right, it is not possible to-do this just by changing URL.
1) Currently the only way how to do this, it is make "blank" booking for some future dates.
Then click on Edit button in the Booking Listing page, and then you have to be able to select past date(s) for such booking.
I have a problem with the plugin. For some time now, even the calendar does not show the reservations on my website, but from the administrative part they are visible.
I have cleared and deactivated the cache, updated plugins, deactivated plugins and the problem persists. How do I know what the problem is?

1. Please check if you have any caching plugins, such as "WP Super Cache," "WP Fastest Cache," or "W3 Total Cache" installed. If you are using one of these, consider deactivating it or adding an exception to the page with the booking form to prevent caching.
2. If the issue persists, it may be due to a conflict with another plugin or your current theme. Try deactivating your active plugins one by one through the WordPress > Plugins menu and test after each deactivation. If the problem continues, deactivate all plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme for testing.
3. If the problem still isn't resolved, please contact your hosting support and ask them to check if there is any server-side caching in place. Request that they add exceptions for the pages with booking forms to prevent caching. Otherwise ask if cache system can be deactivated.

You can set up a CRON job on your server to periodically access this page with booking import shortcodes and start the import process. Alternatively, you can insert the import shortcode before the booking form shortcode, so the system initiates the import process before displaying the booking form when someone visits your page.

Booking Calendar generates .ics feeds with bookings in real time.
However, the frequency at which some services (like Airbnb or Booking.com) access these .ics feeds to import bookings from Booking Calendar into their own system is not controlled by Booking Calendar. In other words, Booking Calendar does not trigger the import process by third-party services when a booking is created.
You'll need to check with the support of these services (like Airbnb or Booking.com) regarding how often they can access the .ics feed for imports.

So just change "+/- 2 days" to some other text.

Under this text, i see the search results. After this, there is another text that says:

For ability to show specific custom booking form at the specific page you need to define this custom booking form in the Booking Calendar shortcode parameter.
Try to use this (one additional empty space must be there):
Otherwise please update your version to the latest update of Booking Calendar. Because your version is too old, already.

But in this staging, when I go into the "General Settings" of "Booking", I get a "register" view (an order number is required) with a message "Please, enter order number of your purchased version, which you received to your billing email.".
Why I cannot use our plugin in a staging ? And how can I find the order number of our plugin ?

The calendar's translation depends on your website's locale. Please ensure that you have changed the locale of your website to have the calendar months displayed in a different language. By default, you can change your website's locale in the WordPress Settings under the General section for the "Site Language" option. If you are using a translation plugin, you can adjust this in the settings of the translation plugin.

Shot summary.

Just to confirm about this trick, for ability to add bookings in the past.
You was use URL like this https://server.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbc-new&booking_hash
where server.com have to be your server URL? Can you send your url ?
The trick here is to having this parameter &booking_hash at the end of url at Booking > Add booking page.
So you will be able scroll to past month and add new bookings. Its works only for admin panel at Booking > Add booking page .
