  2. Does Booking Calendar have a configurable waitlist option? I can't find a waitlist option anywhere.
    I have the single website Business Medium booking calendar account.

      By default it’s not available.

      But it’s exist similar functionality in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version.

      You can activate the using “Pending days as available dates” at the Booking > Settings General page in Capacity section, and then then activate this option “ Auto Cancel all pending bookings for the specific date(s), if some booking is approved for these date(s)”

  4. currently got the free version, is it possible that when a user completes the basic booking form and hits send that they are redirected to a thank you page?

      Yes, it's possible.
      Configure it at the Booking > Settings General page in "Booking Confirmation" section.

  5. I just installed a new business version of Booking Calendar, and since the update, it hasn't worked properly at all. It's the latest version on WordPress CoverNews theme. I've tried clearing the cache, but that didn't work. I keep getting a 403 error message that just spins and says "reload the page" where the app should be on my site. What do I need to do to fix this?

    • Hello.
      1) Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

      2) Otherwise probably, it’s because of conflict with some other plugin or actual theme.
      Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
      If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
      We just need to find the reason of this issue.

    I tried to synchronise my calendar with TripAdvisor but it does not works.

    My ics calendar url is https://pacific-view-lodge-tahiti.com/default

    It was accepted by Booking.com + AirBnB but on TripAdvisor I go error : Wrong URL

    Can you please help me ?

    When importing a ical i'm getting an error due to the changeover date settings:

    Error! Your check in date 2024-11-09 16:00:01 older than check out date 2024-11-09 12:00:02.
    Try to select more dates or use different time.
    Settings that can be reason of the issue:
    You have enabled "Use changeover days" option at Booking > Settings General page in "Calendar" section with check-in/out times: 16:00/12:00

      Can you send screenshot from the Booking > Settings > Sync > “General” page and screenshot of your import shortcode and url to import this event ?

    The result of the selection is sent in an email notification, but the result is not displayed on the website

  10. Hello WP Booking Calendar Team,

    i ordered the booking calendar business medium and have two quick questions:

    1 I would like to implement a function in June so that the user can only book my apartment from Saturday to Saturday. If I create an availability filter, this does not work because the days between Saturday and Saturday are blocked and are not included in my prices. How can I solve this?

    2 I would like to include a minimum booking of 3, 4 and 5 days in different months, so that, for example, bookings can only be sent in September if the user has selected at least 4 days. Otherwise the booking cannot be sent. How can I incorporate this?
