1) You need to define your two types of therapies as separate booking resources - calendars. And then you will be able to define the different cost for the booking resources at the Booking > Resources page.
2) In case if you need to set the different cost for selected options in the selectboxes in the booking form, then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
If you need to set some additional cost for the booking, depending from selected options in the select-boxes or checkboxes in your booking form, so then it’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

It's available in the Booking Calendar Business Large or higher version.
It is possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in the calendar will be available until the number of reservations is less than capacity of the booking resource. But it's possible to make booking only for FULL date, not a time slot (time slots in this version are only saved as data into the database, but do not apply to availability logic).
I can't see details on reservations in calendar embeded on page. Only I can see the backgoudcolor of reservation at date. I have leave the default settings after the installation.
In usual calendar it is possible to show the booking details only in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions and only for the bookings that were made for the specific time-slots. For full day bookings, it is not possible to show such booking details.
You can activate this option " Show booking details in tooltip " at the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section in the Booking Calendar Business Medium version to show such details.

If you do not see the booked dates in calendar at the front-end, please open the General Booking Settings page and in the “Advanced section”, please be sure that you have not activated this option: “Allow unlimited bookings per same day(s):”. This option must be unchecked. If its checked, please uncheck it and update the settings.
Also this option “Use pending days as available” must be unchecked, as well. It’s located at the Booking > Settings General page in Advanced section.
If you still will have this issue, please recheck for the any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
Sorry, but I still have the doubt. I mean that at the time of scheduling, users can see other people's agendas in the calendar.

Unfortunately, if you need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same time slot at the same date in SAME CALENDAR, it is NOT possible in any versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. Please check my suggestion below.
A) The ability to book for the specific times only possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.
In lower versions of Booking Calendar it is possible to make bookings only for restricted timeslots.
You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.
You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes. Suggestion! I can suggest that you can create the booking resource with specific capacity in the Booking Calendar Business Large version for each of your times and then have the independent calendar for each of your time slots for the reservation. It means that your visitors firstly need to select the times in the select box, where all your options will be listed.

Hello, I have configured a single resource with a cost for 1 hour and three unique bookable slots: [select * rangetime "10:00 - 14:00" "16:00 - 20:00" "10:00 - 20:00 "].
The bookable time slots "10:00 - 14:00" and "16:00 to 20:00" must have a higher price per hour than the bookable time slot: "10:00 - 20:00".
I need to know if it is possible to set a higher price per hour for a given bookable time slot.
How can I configure the Advanced Costs of Booking Calendar Business Medium version so that a certain bookable time slot can have a higher price per hour?
You can define your additional cost for 2 first time options at the Booking > Resources > Advanced cost page.

we have an urgent need to solve this, because we are getting on with affiliate marketing, and need to enter scripts and tags from TradeTracker, and we need a page to put both the script/tags and it must display amounts and resource.
In settings it there is an option to redirect the customer to a thank you page,
Redirect visitor to a new "Thank You" page Note: This action will have no effect, if the payment form(s) is active!
Does it mean that the payment form will then be on the thank you page if so selected?
