Hi, none of this works, even deleted the page now, and reset the search cage a number of times, this page with validated url is totally stuck....?

Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.
We just need to find the reason of this issue.
Now I tried to delete the resource related to the page, and the resource still shows up in the search result, even after resetting the search cage five times.
This is so weird.
Hello.
You need to remove the Booking Calendar shortcode from the content of the page and then make clear search cache at the Booking > Settings > Search page.
I deleted the shortcode, deleted the resource, and it still shows up in the cache. Cleared the cache 10 times, no joy. Whats's next?
Hello.
1) Did you try mu suggestion about the plugin deacitivation for searching conflict issues ?
Please recheck for any cache plugins, like "WP Super Cache", "WP Fastest Cache" or "W3 Total Cache". If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).
2) Also please open your database, using some DB editing tool, like phpMyAdmin and recheck permalinks for your posts in wp_posts table.
That permalinks must have correct URL links to valid pages.
The issue relative of some error in saving your permalinks for the pages in your WordPress. It's can be because of some cache issue with some other plugin or about conflict with some other plugin.
Kind Regards.
I am using this shortcode to create a disponibility page for general access. But when they click on a reservation it does not show the pop-up details. Nothing happenes.
Hello.
The timelines at the front end side it’s view for read only modes. It’s does not possible to make new bookings from the timelines. You can create new bookings only in the booking forms with inline
month view calendar.
Please check more here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/shortcode-booking-form/

I dont want to make a new booking. I just want to see the info of the already made booking
Hello.
1) For showing booking data in the timeline, you need to activate this option "Booking details in popover" on the Booking > Settings General page in timeline section.
Showing booking details possible only in the paid versions of Booking Calendar.
2) Please be sure that you do not disable of loading Bootstrap library in Booking Calendar at front-end side. In this case, any popover tooltips (where usually showing booked times or times or availability will not show in Booking Calendar). So please open the Booking > Settings General page and in Advanced section click on " Show advanced settings of JavaScript loading " then set as unchecked this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Front-End ". Click on "Save changes" button.
Also please do not set this option " Disable Bootstrap loading on Back-End " as checked, because otherwise, will be some issues in booking admin panel

Hi,
Is there a way to sort the costs and rates tables by anything other than ID?
I've added new seasons and would prefer to sort the table by the season column and not ID.
Hello.
Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.
We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
The booking calendar suddenly just says loading. . . .and no one can submit a booking request because they cannot select a date
Hello.
Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.
Hello, i have the bussines medium version.
I nedd to configure the pay by paypal, but i nedd to acept credit cards too. The problem is that in paypal, the "pro hosted solution" is disabled for new users, and i dont know how to implementate the "advanced credit and debit card payments" (the new option of paypal to pay with credit cads) option in your plugin.
Can you help me?
Hello.
Its depend from the PayPal and not from the Booking Calendar.
As far as I know, if you are using the PayPal Standard integration, then only few transactions per day (or some other time period, I do not sure about it), that PayPal allow to pay with credit/debit cards, if you are out of that limit, then PayPal ask to create new paypal account ot login to make the payment.
Booking Calendar support of also PayPal Pro Hosted solution, (but please note, its available for not all countries), and this type of PayPal account always propose to make payment directly with credit cards, so visitor do not require to create PayPal accounts.
If you will activate "Stripe" payment gateway (if its supporting in your country), so then your website visitors can use cards for payment without creation of Stripe account.
Kind Regards.
The solution to pay wih credit card is paypal pro hosted solution, but when I try to activate it to implementate in your plugin, paypal say that this solution is old and that is only abalaible for old clients. They offer a new solution, but i supose that your plugin is desactualiced and that not accept its implementation. Is this correct?
Hello.
Yes, correct.
We will add new integration of PayPal payment to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
Problem A
we are a beauty salon with three rooms and two employees.
The services we offer can be provided in three different rooms, each thematically separated and equiped according to the service.
- Room 1 for about 45 different services (incl. additive services)
- Room 2 for about 30 different services (incl. additive services)
- Room 3 for about 20 diffferent services (incl. additive services)
Our two employees could serve different services at the same. conversely, a service cannot run at the same time.
At the moment, if a service has been booked in the calendar at a certain time, a second reservation is no longer possible at the same time and therefore the second employee can no longer receive a customer, although two rooms are still free.
However, it should not be possible to book the services twice, since the corresponding rooms can only be occupied once.
What solutions could you offer? Use Categories for each room, or add at each service a specific room as an assistant?
Problem B
The calendar with the reservations in the backend should be able to be exported and synchronized to an external calendar program (Outlook, Google, Thunderbird, or others) so that one does not have to log into the backend for the calendar view, as we are afraid of wrongdoing.
kind regards
thomas
Hello.
1) Based on your description you need to show availability of your 2 different persons. It’s means that you need to define as booking resources (calendars) your persons at the Booking > Resources page. You will have 2 different calendars for each of your employee or selection of booking resources like here https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/select-resource/
Selection of the rooms or other options have to be in the booking form as selectboxes. Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.
Watch it in this video guide https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-form-fields-settings-video-tutorial/
2) Booking Calendar plugin is supporting
- import of events via .ics feeds from Google Calendar ( or Airbnb or any other calendar that support .ics format, like iCal application)
- and export bookings to .ics feeds (files), which possible to import in Google Calendar (or Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, VRBO, FlipKey and any other calendar that uses .ics format ).
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Kind Regards.
percent discount for 14 or more days
I have the business medium version which supports valuation days. I am trying to configure things so that any number of days more than a certain amount will be given a % discount. So for example, any booking more than 14 days will get a 5% discount.
This idea is mentioned on the vendors website where they say “For example if visitor select 7 or more days, then booking will have 10% discount, etc…”
on this page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#valuation-days
But I can’t figure how to do that.
I tried this
Together 14 days/ 95% for all days / any days (so it spans seasonal increases)
That only sort of worked. It gives no discount for 13 days, gives a %5 discount for 14 days, but if I try 15 days, the 15th or more days are not discounted.
I want to apply one discount for 14 or more days and then a bigger discount for 30 or more days.
You can activate the option "Show debug cost info" at the Booking > Settings > Payment page to show your cost calculation (at front-end side after days selection) for better understanding how is costs are working.
