  1. Hello,

    I integrated your plugin to my website but when adding google calendar not all of the events are being imported can you please explain as to why this could be happening.

      Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.

      You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/

    I've just installed your plugin to evaluated if it is fit for my necessity.
    I have two questions:
    - Could you kindly let me know how I can substitute the time 2:00-2:30 PM in 14:00-14:30?
    - I have created the thank page but it is still show the default message even if I have activated the option to the page.

      1) Please reconfigure the time slots labels in the militate format (24 hours) at the Booking > Settings > Form page.

      2) Please recheck for any cache plugins, like “WP Super Cache”, “WP Fastest Cache” or “W3 Total Cache”. If you are using someone, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form for do not cache this page(s).

  3. I’ve a Physiotherapy Studio and the Calendar would be useful for me and my partner to be able to reserve two slots for a fraction of 30 minutes, so that patients can reserve appointments for my partner and me, how can this be done?

      1) You can define 2 calendars (booking resources) for you and for your partner. The ability to have independent calendars possible in all paid versions of Booking Calendar.

      You can create the different booking resources (your properties or services - unique calendars) at the Booking > Resources page and then you be able to insert booking forms for each of your booking resources into the posts or pages.       2) The bookings for specific time slots (like in your example 30 minutes time interval) are possible even in the Booking Calendar Free version ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/booking/ ).

      But I recommend checking the Booking Calendar Business Small version, as well.

      The ability to book for the specific times possible in the Booking Calendar Business Small / Business Medium versions (and in higher versions for booking resources with capacity =1). In lower versions of Booking Calendar (including the free version), it is possible to make bookings for specific times only for specific restricted time-slots.

      Please note if you will make the booking for the specific time slot, this time slot becomes unavailable for the other visitors for that selected date in the current specific calendar.

      You can configure the time slots selections on the Booking > Settings > Form page. Please use the "shortcode generator" on the right side of that page for the correct generation of the shortcode.

      You can use one"timerange" (timeslots) or "start time" and"end time" selections or"starttime" and "duration"of time selections shortcodes or even start time and end time entering shortcodes.       You can test the bookings for the specific time-slots in action on the live demo of Business Small version (which is configured by default for the bookings of specific time-slots) here: https://bs.wpbookingcalendar.com/

      Other live demos you will need to reconfigure.

  4. Hello,
    can I add the cleaning fee only if the rental period is less than 7 days? The minimum rental nights are 3 nights, so basically we need to charge a one-off cleaning fee for stays of 3-7 nights. For more days it is already free.

  5. Hello there, i have 2 questions please:
    1. About the deposit: I dont want the deposit to work every time. I want it to work only for some customers. So when i want a customer to pay deposit, i press the "send payment request to visitor". But the [deposit_hint] is not working, since i havent check the "Enable deposit payment for booking resource" in "Costs and rates". Is it posiible to make the [deposit_hint] to work?
    2. In the email-payment request, i want to make a mathematical multiplication. I want to use calc (25% * [cost_hint]) , but its not working. So i can calculate the cost of the deposit. Can you please help?

      1) No, if you will send payment request system will show cost that you was edited at the Booking Listing page.

      Here is little instruction about MANUAL sending payment request  for payment balance. 

      Please read firstly this article about the correct configuration of the "payment link" :  http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/configure-editing-cancel-payment-bookings-for-visitors/

      Then open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and configure and set active the  "Payment request" email.

      At the admin panel at the booking listing page for the specific booking you will see in the cost  field the FULL cost.

      If you are want to request from the visitor to pay THE SPECIFIC sum, you are need to make these steps: 

      a) Edit the cost of the booking, and enter the sum, which  will show at the payment form. You are need to change the cost  and then press the save button to save the new cost.

      b) Press the send payment request  button to send the email with link to the payment form  for the specific booking.

      2) Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry.

    I have the Booking Calendar Medium version and I would like to customize the message displayed so that the customer pays for his reservation. I would like to make the text bold, change the typography and its size except the message is default. Can you explain to me how I can personalize this message?

  7. Hello! I'm having some trouble, when someone makes a booking appoinment and makes a mistake the website does not show what or where the error is, so the user cannot know wht to change.

    How can i solve this?

  8. Hello.

    Im having some issues here.
    Today I updated my wordpress to version 5.9, and at the same time I updated my theme (Hotel Galaxy) to the latest version.
    I also took the time to updated your booking calender to the latest version 8.9.3.

    I regret doing the updates as they screwed with my webpage and I had to re-do alot of it.
    I have everything back the way I like it now except for the booking calender.

    I have 2 issues:
    1, the booking calender will not allow me to move forward in the calender, I can only see the months that are displayed and not step to the next months.
    2, The actual booking form will not show now. Its impossibe to make a booking.
    If you could take the time to visit http://www.summerandsnow.se and click on booking you will see what i mean.

    I have been sitting here for some time now trying to figure out whats wrong, but I cant find anything.

    We offer paid rooms (the payment is done manually). Is it possible to have some kind of cancellation fees depending on how many days are left to the reservation date? This doesn't have to be calculated, it would be enough to just display a message in the cancellation email based on a shortcode that states how many % have to be paid (e. g. "longer than one month before the date: ..:", "between one month and one week: ...". Is that something that's possible with your plugin?
