i am using your plugin but calendar is not loading in form how to fix this problem
Hello.
Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
After an automatic plugin update my BC business medium plugin changed to free version 9.0 I lost my complete website, this works again but I had to buy Booking Calendar Business Medium (single site usage) again.
Now I don't see the calendar in my website, admin area works well.
Javascript errors say;
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for http://...............com/wp-content/plugins/wp-simple-booking-calendar-premium/includes/modules/blocks/search-widget/assets/js/build/performance-now.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

The “performance-now.js.map” is indeed missing in the ‘build’ map.
Please help!!
Hello.
Email with update was sent to your email address.
Second error is relative to other plug-in (it’s not our product) wp-simple-booking-calendar
Kind Regards.
I did already updated the plugin, but did everything again.
You are right, the second error was another plugin, sorry for the confusion...
Still a problem, hope you can help!
If I insert the booking form into a page and want to update WP tells me “Updating failed”
It does not show in the page and also ruins the rest of the page, if I delete the block and update again everything is fine again.
If I just insert the calendar block without configuring it and insert it into page, I can update and the page is ok, but I do not see the calendar.
I already tried to deactivate all other plugins and the theme, but it does not help.
Javascript errors says now ; booking:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Please help, it used to work all well before the update.
Hello.
Please recheck your error.log in your server configuration, about any relative errors. If you can not find error.log file, please contact support of your hosting company about helping in finding this file.

Hello.
You can configure it at the Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page at the “Valuation days” cost section, like this:
For LAST = 50% for specific day.
Where LAST it’s reserved word for identification last selected day.
Since there are google calender users who use a single calender for all of their businesses, it would be nice to have an import filter. For example there is a club calender used for bookings and also for birthdays of club members. The bookings have a special name so we could difference between these events.
export to google calendar
Is there a way for two-way syncing with google calendar?
Even if not, it would also be nice to be able to pass a static string to the event name. It would be easily possible if we could mark form fields as hidden and give them prefill-values, I think 🙂
Hello.
It’s not possible. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Thank you for understanding.
Import.
Please check about the configuration of import events from .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/import-ics-feeds/
Please note, the import process is working in that case, when some visitor is open your website page with booking import shortcode. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page.
In case if you are having some issue of not ability to import new events, then check this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ics-importing-issue/
You can define CRON at your server for periodically access pages with import .ics feeds shortcodes and start import process during specific time-intervals, then check this: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/cron-script/
Export.
Please check about the configuration of export .ics feeds in this FAQ instruction here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/export-ics-feeds/
Booking Calendar is generate .ics feed with bookings in real time. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created. You need to check with support of this service (like airbnb or booking.com), about how often they can access the .ics feed tor making import.
Hello!
How can I change the form text field text color? Right now I have the text color set to white, but whenever I try filling out the form, the text that I have written in the text slots, disappears when it is not active.
I am using a paid version. On your website you say (It's one time cost. You can use your purchased version of Booking Calendar as long as you need on your website.)
But now suddenly the plugin does not show the calendar on the site, and the plugin turned off. If I turn it on it says "Probably you updated your paid version of Booking Calendar by free version or update process failed. You can request the new update of your paid version at this page."
And also all the bookings lost. I was thinking if I am not paying for new updates, I still can use the current version.
Could you help me what is going on please.
Thank you guys
Also if I have to pay for the extended booking version, and I install the update, will my previous settings and bookings come back automtically? Or with a back up or anyhow?
