  1. Hi! Is it possible to allow users to send multiple bookings (for example for three different days, one booking for each day) with one form submit? Or is the only way for the user to send all those booking individually?

    • Hello.
      Please activate the “multiple days” selection mode and then test it.
      You can activate it at the Booking > Settings General page in “Calendar” section.

    Ik heb het boekingformulier geinstalleerd op onze website Maasrider.nl. Alle instellingen gedaan. Maar nu krijg ik te horen dat de verschillende velden wel in te vullen zijn, maar er is niet zichtbaar wat er ingevuld is. Dus de klant kan niet zien wat hij/zij aangeeft in de boekingsvelden. Kan ik een kleur veranderen van de tekst? Of moet ik dit op een andere manier oplossen?

  3. With the paid version, can I charge a different amount based on how many days are booked?

    • Hello.
      In case, if you need to set the different cost for the different number of selected days, (for example, set some discount, if visitor select 2 weeks), then it's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions via "Valuation days" cost configuration at Booking > Resources > Cost and rates page.

      "Valuation days" can apply for any day. Or in case if you need to apply it to a specific season, then it can depend only on the belonging "check in day" to a specific season. It means that, if you select 2 weeks, the "Valuation days" can apply costs only depending on the check-in day belonging to a specific season, even if some other days belong to another season. In other words, if you will have the days selected with season intersections, then you can have an issue with "Valuation days". Basically "Valuation days" is useful, in case, if you need to set some discount or higher cost depending on the number of selected days. For example if a visitor selects 7 or more days, then booking will have a 10% discount, etc...

  4. see screenshot https://pasteboard.co/9LJSavrzq34t.png I am trying to set up max capacity of 60 per day for our boarding facility. Our form allows people to reserve up to 4 per reservation. I have added the visitor shortcode with 1,2,3,4 visitors in my form. In my resources I have a parent called Boarding with 60 max visitors. Each child I add I set to max visitors 1 but each time I make any changes and hit save on that page it changes the max visitors. Once it had some of them at 1 and some at 60. I hit save again and they all went to 60??
    When I go to test the booking form and set visitors to 4 and submit, it only subtracts one from the available capacity, not 4. I have read the instructions so no need to paste the link to read it. This seems buggy. Please advise. We just purchased this plugin.

    • Hello.
      1) You need to open the Booking > Resources page and change “max visitors” for the parent booking resource to 60
      Then save changes.
      2) After this add the child booking resources to have total capacity as 70 (it’s means that you need to have 59 child booking resources).
      3) Open the Booking > Settings General page in “Advanced” section and Activate this option “Set capacity based on number of visitors”
      and then select this radio button: “ Display tooltip on calendar(s) to show availability based on total (fixed) number of visitors for the resource, which can be at free booking resource items.”
      Save changes.

      Test it.

      • It is still only removing one even when I select three dogs in the form.
        I have this selected in the settings:
        Check this box if you want total availability (daily capacity) to depend on the number of selected visitors.
        and
        Add tooltip on calendar(s) to show availability based on the number of available booking resource items remaining for each day.

        My form includes this shortcode: How many dogs are you boarding?[select* visitors "1" "2" "3" "4"]

        • i'm sorry, I meant to say I have Display tooltip on calendar(s) to show availability based on total (fixed) number of visitors for the resource, which can be at free booking resource items selected.
          But it keeps changing the children to 60 which is the parent max after I save changes. Here is a screenshot of this problem. As I change the parent to "Boarding" for the child resources and hit save, it shows them all to be 1 at first, then the next batch I save, half of them change to 60 and the others stay at 1. https://pasteboard.co/8WULQ7T4YbzQ.png
          When you look at the tooltip it in the calendar it shows 3600 available instead of 60 because it's adding all of them together. Max capacity should be 60 overall. Please advise. thanks,

            Try to remove your "child booking resources": Dog-XX (delete them completely), then change the "Max visitors" option for the "Boarding" as "1" (instead of 60 that you are having right now).
            After this add new 60 child booking resources Dog-XX

            They have to have max visitors option as 1

  5. Hello, can i make differents forms to three or more resources?

  6. When I moved my sites to a new server, the email notifications stopped being sent. I can send an email to the same locations (person booking as well as master system notification) by Thunderbird (email program) but the plugin isn't sending emails.

    I used michael@ultramedia.us as the customer email, and michael@arizonaufotours.com for the system notification.
    Why isn't the plug-in sending emails?
    SedonaUFOTourGuide.com/ufo-tour-booking has the plugin. Colibri and a couple other plugins are active, but no plugins have changed in the process of changing servers.

      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

    J'utilise actuellement votre superbe extension pour des réservations d'activités.
    Cependant je ne trouve pas comment en fonction du choix d'une activité, changer les créneaux horaires possible.
    Par exemple: je choisi "option 1" de mon champ de type "select" et je souhaite avec des créneaux horaires de 9h à 10h ou de 10h à 11h.
    alors que si je choisi "option 2" de mon champ de type "select" je veux que les créneaux horaires soit de 8h30 à 12h ou de 13h30 à 17h

      If you need to have the different time slots configuration for the different booking resources, then it’s means that you need to configure several different custom booking forms at the Booking > Settings > Form page. It’s possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions. Check more about this feature here: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#custom-forms

      And after this you will be able to define specific custom booking form (with specific time slots selection) for specific booking resources as default at the Booking > Resources page.

      You can make upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your exist version of plugin by clicking on the “Upgrade” menu item at the top right side of General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.

        Thank you for your answer, but this is not exactly what I wanted to do.
        I need only one Booking calendar page with only one form, and when I click on a ressource, the time slot change without refreshing the page, the same for each booking ressource.
        Can i do that with your plug in?

  8. Hello!

    There is a problem with the plugin when changing a booking - the price is not adjusted. I click on the icon "Change booking" in the list of bookings and get to the page .../wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbc-new&booking_type=1&booking_hash=51e58a5f1da14a31569cac28cca0d76e&parent_res=1
    Now I change the duration - for example from two to three nights. This will also change the price, this will be calculated correctly below. At the bottom of the page there are two buttons: "double booking" and "change your booking". No matter which of the buttons you click, the price will not be saved. In case of a duplicate, the price is 0€ and in case of a change, the price which was previously saved (that is, before you made the change) is kept.

    In both cases, customers will receive emails with incorrect prices.

    Any idea how to solve this?

      Please activate this option “ Update cost, after booking editing in admin panel” at the Booking > Settings > Payment page.

      • I’m having the same issue as Jan, I’ve checked and the update cost after editing is active, but I still see the cost not updated after editing or duplicating a booking

        • Any help resolving this in Business Medium 9.4.3.1 would be appreciated

          • With a bit of playing around, I discovered that I had a [costcorrection] shortcode in the booking form. Once I deleted this and made sure the update cost after editing all was well and booking costs updated correctly.

              if you are using the cost correction shortcode in the booking form.

  9. How do I get the calendar to display the following description as a user is creating a booking, similar to how you have in the Business Medium Calendar demo.

    "Dates: June 15, 2022 2:00 pm - June 29, 2022 12:00 pm (14 - night(s))

      It's possible in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
      You can use these shortcodes at the Booking > Settings > Form page to have such cost and dates hints:

      Please use shortcode generator at the right side of the Booking > Settings > Form page for the fast and correct creation of booking form fields.

  10. Is there a way to show 2 months worth of calendars side by side to select in and out dates? I noticed at the end of the month, it's difficult to see what you selected and also, once I select the next month and choose one day, it doesn't allow me to go back and change the start day on the previous month. We need them to select at least 2 days, a check in and check out. We have the Business -Large. Thanks
