Hello.
It's Booking Calendar Personal version. You need the Booking Calendar Business Medium version.
You can upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your existing version of the plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of the General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
You can upgrade to the higher version of Booking Calendar from your existing version of the plugin by clicking on the "Upgrade" menu item at the top right side of the General Booking Settings page in your admin panel.
It means that you deleted the booking resource with ID = 1 at the Booking > Resources page.
You need to reinsert the Booking Calendar shortcode for existing booking resources into the content of that page.
We setted that customers can only book from five days from today.
The calendar shows this five days in white as unselectable.
The owner needs to show these days as booked, in its color not in white.
We changed the style of the calendar with the classes that the system indicates but there isn't a class for this 5 unselected days when they are booked.
Do you know how to change the color of these days?

Unfortunately, there is no special .css class for such days.
You can use CSS like this, but it's will apply to all other unavailable days, as well:

Trying to have the day of checkout or last day of booking be available to other visitors. We have tried "Set check out date as available" but it does not change the number of spots available. I also tried use check-in and out times for booking and that did not change the availability on the last day either.
We are a boarding kennel and the dates for drop-off and pick-up are selected on the calendar but the pick-up day should be available as another open spot that day and none of the suggestions are working. Is there something I am missing? There are no scheduled times, it is just by days in the calendar but they are actually by night. Is there a way to accomplish this? We have a set capacity of 60 but if there is a day that 15 are leaving, we would like for those spots to be available. thanks

If you activate those options: "Set check out date as available" or "Use check in/out times" (change over days), then it's will work ony for the new bookings, and not for the old past bookings. Please make new test booking and then test it.
Please note, you need to activate only one such option, not both Together. So Please activate this option "Set check out date as available" then create new test booking.

But this option is about this. If you make booking from 20/07/22 to 30/07/22 and if you have activate this option “set check out day as available” then system will make booking for dates from 20/07/22 to 29/07/22
So 30/07/2022 will be available for ability to submit new booking by Other visitors.
And number of available spots for this date 30/07/2022 will be the same as before that booking.

Yes and thanks for your response. However, in our reports in the admin, it looks like they are only staying 20/07/22 to 29/07/22. And I believe the email that is sent to customers after approval says this as well which confuses everyone. The shortcode we use is for check in and check out dates. Does that make sense?

In the Booking Listing page you will see only the dates as 20/07/22 to 29/07/22 (it's visible for admin only)
But in the emails (that is sending to visitor) you can use these shortcodes: [check_in_date] - [check_out_plus1day]
And in emails you will see dates as 20/07/22 - 30/07/22

1. ok, so if we change the setting, will that change any of the existing reservations we have? We are facing an issue were we have 20 spots that are opening on Sunday due to checkouts but the calendar is showing as at capacity because of including the check out day as taken.
2. Also, is there any way to set capacity on different days? We can take more through the week but don't have extra room on weekends and holidays.

Is it possible to turn off bookings for specific days if we don't have a max capacity set? For instance, set July 20th to not available to book? Right now I only see days of the week, not specific days. If it's not avail in admin, is it avail in functions code to hook into?

The Season availability functionality available only in the Booking Calendar Business Medium or higher versions.
You need to upgrade from Booking Calendar Personal version to Booking Calendar Business Medium version for having season availability functionality.
