  1. Hi !
    I have 3 different houses for rent on my website.
    If I buy the Single Site / Booking Calendar MultiUser version, can I have 2 different email addresses (one for 2 houses and 1 for the last one)
    Example :
    House 1 = A@mail.com
    House 2 = B@mail.com
    House 3 = B@mail.com

      Yes, it’s possible in the Booking Calendar MultiUser version.

      In case,  if you need to have the different emails for the different booking resources so then  you need to  check  the  BookingCalendar MultiUser version. 
      In this version each activated regular user can have their own booking admin panel and can configure their own emails. 
      So here different emails relative to  specific WP user,  and each  such  user  can have their own booking resources. Its means that  different booking resources will have different emails.

      In the Booking Calendar MultiUser version possible that each registered WordPress user (your owner) have own individual independent booking admin panel, and can see and manage only own booking resources and some other settings (other owners will not see the bookings from this owner, they can see only own bookings).       Also each owner (user) will receive the emails about the bookings of the own service(s) or property (booking resource(s)) and can approve or decline them.     i configured a medium business plugin and getting this error while testing the booking form.

    Any config settings wrong? Not sure where this is coming from. I just moved the website from een test version to the real domain, wood-view.nl.

      • Thanks, the last solution worked, were i dropped tables in mysql. Is er also a option to restart and clean the complete DB?

          For making full reinstall of plugin (its mean that booking data will be erased).

          For this please open the general booking settings page and make checked the "Delete booking data during deactivation of plugin" at the right side of the page. Click save changes button.

          Then open the WordPress plugins menu and click on "Deactivate" link. Wait for the message that plugin is deactivated successfully.

          After this Click on "Activate" link of Booking Calendar plugin and wait for the message that plugin is activated successfully.

          After this test it again.

    Will the plug-in work with Divi please? Is there a way I can try out the Business Medium version on my Divi-based site, in order to check if this works correctly?

    • Hello.
      You can use any theme. The general rules, for any WP themes for using together with Booking Calendar plugin, is that theme do not generated any JavaScript errors.
      Otherwise calendar will not show. Its general rule for any WP Theme from plugin.
      You can download the Booking Calendar Free version ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/booking/ ) to test if its working correctly with your theme.

      Also some other conflict can be if the theme is using Bootstrap library and version of Bootstrap is different then version in Booking Calendar. Booking Calendar is use bootstrap library 3.3.5.
      In this case, possible issues with not showing mouse over tool-tips at the front-ens side in Booking Calendar. Its tool-tips for showing booking data, times and cost, when mouse over specific day.

      Specifically about the DIVI theme, we was not tested it with Booking Calendar.

  4. Hi, Email validation is failing on modern TLDs (e.g. .coach) . Booking manager version: 8.7.10 WordPress version: 5.8

    • Hello.
      Please note, Booking Calendar is use standard WordPress wp_mail function for sending emails. This function can be overridden by other plugins.

      Please check this troubleshooting instruction https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/no-emails/

      The most probably you need to check the point #5 from this instruction and install WP Mail SMTP plugin which is 'sending emails via php' option and it can resolve that issue.

      • It's not an issue with sending emails. It fails validation before sending because of the modern TLD. Is there any way to update the validation?

          Booking Calendar does not send emails by itself it use standard WordPress functionality for this.
          That’s why I was suggested to use smtp plugin.

Hello I am having a problem with the short code on http://eppinecreekcabins.com/our-cabins/ that shows an overview of all the resources' availability, but it is suddenly not advancing forward in months beyond July. I tried testing some other short codes and had the same problem. Please investigate ASAP!

        You need to specify all ID of booking resources in the type parameter. It is means that correct shortcode have to look like this:

  7. Hi,

    With the Personal version of the WPBC, I have read that each option will display its own calendar with availability against multiple options. I was wondering, is it possible to have the availability display in one calendar in the current version of the WPBC?
    The reason being, I have more than a handful of options/packages available, with multiple calendar displayed the page is going to look extremely messy.

    Would it be possible to receive a free trial period of the Personal paid version of WPBC to test out the feature before purchasing?

    We have Personal subscription or a Scout website to hire there minibus...
    Time has come to look at allowing multiple bookings in the same day .. using time slots
    ie. Morning, Afternoon, Evening, All day... thats fine (I think... all in a single day)

    But If we want to offer weekend... multiple days ... ie. Fri Evening to Sunday Afternoon... how do we set this up ?
    they will be selecting 3 days Fri, Sat & Sun... but what about the time slots ??

      What exactly do you mean by several bookings in the time slots ?
      Do you need 2 or more bookings in the same timeslot at the same date ?
      If yes, the Unfortunately it’s does not possible.

      • Thanks for getting back, Trial and error answered the question...
        The Timeslot selected only applied to 1st day... the following dates got no timeslot... that's fine for weekend.

        Now, I have just had a booking for the same resource (Grass sledges)
        but for 2 different days.. Monday and Wednesday... they want the same time slot for both...
        currently only the 1st gets the timeslot... how can I apply a re-occuring booking ??

        • Hello.
          In the Booking Calendar Business Small or higher versions possible to activate this option "Use time selections as recurrent time slots", at the Booking > Settings General page in calendar section, if you want to use recurrent time to reserve several days. This means that middle days will be partially booked by actual times, otherwise the time in the booking form will be used as check-in/check-out time for the first and last day of the reservation.

    • Hello.

      Its most probably that you are having some JavaScript error at that page. Please recheck your page for any JavaScript errors (usually for see what JavaScript error you have you need to press Ctrl {+} Shift {+} J for showing browser console) and try to fix them.
      You can check for the most common issues on the FAQ page https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/ at the troubleshooting section.
      You can also try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu. Then retest it again.
      If its not help, please deactivate your active theme and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again. May be there exist some conflict with some active plugin or actual theme and just need to find the reason of that issue.
      If you still will have this issue, please send the link to the page with booking form, where you are having an issue, I will check it then.

  9. I have purchased the personal version for my NGO website. I am having problems and I cannot add my form and I cannot add the reservation calendar. I am trying to add shorcodes and these are not visible even though I already configure my form.
